Tim, Family, and his Crew are all great. They are the only shop I go to have work done on my vehicles. There's a reason why they are always busy. They do great work, they will get you back out on the road and they are honest on what needs to be fixed on your vehicles.

Great mechanic shop. They're honest, reliable, very communicative and have fair pricing. Don't hesitate to use these guys. Just make sure you schedule ahead when possible- their good reputation means they can be pretty busy.

I was 15 hours away from home when my truck began making what sounded like a problematic noise, suggesting a possible bad bearing. Also the hills of New Hampshire amplified the slight warp in my rotors significantly. The glowing reviews and a verbal recommendation from a customer at O'Reilly's Auto Parts led me to this garage.
Upon calling, I was advised to get the truck in at the earliest convenience. I left it with them, and within 30 minutes, received the diagnosis - a bad bearing, faulty rotors, which I had suspected, and ball joints too unsafe for the return trip. The quote provided was $2500. Without too many options, I approved the repairs, which surprisingly were completed on the same day.
I was pleased to pay the bill, even adding a $50 tip for the mechanic responsible for the repair. I was truly grateful for their prompt service. However, after leaving, I noticed the noise that initially led me to suspect a bearing problem hadn't been resolved. I decided to get it checked by my local mechanic.
Upon examining the invoice, I noticed that I had paid $1402.08 for parts - significantly higher than the less than $600 cost if I had purchased them myself from any Advance Auto Parts store, even opting for premium grade parts. Nonetheless, this is not a complaint, and my 5-star rating reflects my appreciation for their prioritization of my situation over their other waiting customers. They truly went above and beyond in providing service.

My wife and I towed our 32 foot camper from Attleboro mass to spend the week in the mountains at a campground in Romney, just as we were pulling into the campground, our 2008 chevy silverado duramax went into "engine loss of power" the campground recommended another guy but he ghosted me, I googled a nearby place and found KTM auto and called them , spoke to Tim the owner he had me drop in later in the day to scan the truck. We did so, saw it was a bad exhaust temp sensor went bad and was causing big issues and went into engine protection mode, he and his guys got the parts, welded a bung, did the regen procedure to clean the particulate filter, successfully repaired and was super reasonable, I appreciate the fact Tim moved some cars aside to help me and my family be able to have a relaxing trip and ride home, I wish I could give him more stars!! Highly recommend KTM
They are kind, polite, and always go above and beyond. They recognize that for most of us, a vehicle is a necessity and that anytime without it can be detrimental, and they treat you with understanding and respect.
We were on vacation and our vehicle blew a brake line on Sunday when no shops were open. AAA driver suggested calling KTM Monday morning. AAA got truck to the shop and Tim and his crew had us up and running by Tuesday morning. Promt service, fair pricing and great to deal with all around. Thanks again!

Small, local, decidedly scruffy and scrupulously honest. The crew here are good people and always bend over backwards to make things right. Good quality work for a local shop.
2025 Update: Don't let the scruffy appearance fool you, these guys are up to solving complicated problems on modern cars. On three separate occasions, I've had issues with BMW dealer service insisting on a high-priced repairs, and KTM was able to solve the problems creatively, with good quality parts and computer software updates as necessary, saving me literally thousands of dollars over the last 2 years.
On my way to my inspection appointment my check engine light came on in my Jetta! I was so upset as it’s not an old car. Tim got it all fixed up! Steve was awesome about explaining the process to me. Very reasonable in pricing! I thought it was gonna break the bank and it didn’t! High recommend!
Amazing, fast, and friendly service! We had trouble with our car on the highway and found this place near us on google maps. We pulled up to the shop and were helped out right away without hesitation. Thank you for getting us back on the road in the working order soon as quickly!
We had an unexpected car issue while on the highway and when we called KTM auto, Tim said they would take a look at the car. They were ready for us and promptly put the car on the lift. They fixed the issue and did not charge us! Everyone was helpful and courteous. We were grateful. It's so nice to see there are good people in this world.
Had my 2005 Chevy Colorado undercoated today. Was quoted $200, but got charged $275. Honestly can't complain though they were very thorough and did a great job. Thanks guys.
Great shop fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable staff . Lost a transmission in my work truck last winter during peak heating season. They had me back on the road repairing oil burners super fast . Highly recommended Tim and his crew .

Brought my antique car to KTM. It needed a lot of work. The whole staff there was amazing. They did a fantastic job and at a very fair price. They are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend KTM.

Phenomenal auto repair shop… they have gotten me out of a bind or two, by assisting quickly with repairs. Prices are incredibly reasonable, they do not price gouge, and they provide excellent service. Happy I found them, and lucky they are nearby! Highly recommend. They book up quickly (for good reason) so make sure to schedule out a couple weeks.
Great auto repair shop. Tim says it as he sees it. No baloney. Good reliable work. And, they answer the phone. They are always available to fix a flat. Larger repairs tend to be out a couple weeks. Worth the wait, though.
Very professional and excellent customer service. This was my first time here. Waited 2 hours for an alignment. I was going to come back after speaking with somebody for my a/c compressor to be installed and it wasn’t a problem. Called 2 weeks later and somebody else answered and gave me a hard time about needing to do their own diagnostic which was going to start at $99. I tried to explain to the guy that I already paid for a diagnostic from a nearby professional mechanic but chose not to use him because he didn’t let you buy and bring in your own part(s) or else I would of used him 100%!! He stated per their policy they must do their own estimate but I wasn’t told that while waiting in the shop for a few hours for my alignment to be completed. He apologized for the other guy not knowing their policy…..

These guys are great. I've had my daughters 2013 BMW at this shop twice for major work. Pricing is good. They will do everything in there power to get it done in a timely matter. I appreciate what they have done.
Old school values/new school technology. The perfect blend of old world quality, honest work by a competent crew and new world technology/modern equipment. Great shop. Very happy with the work they did on my crusty 2012 Ram Power Wagon. Excellent communication and they performed a lot of work in a short time period. Will definitely be back!
KTM did fantastic work fixing up my big fat diesel truck. Very difficult work to diagnose any elusive intermittent total failure of the engine. Worked through the system ended up costing me 180 bucks for all that work and research. On the way over to pick it up, they started it up idled it for a while to make sure it was running good and I picked it up all warmed up on a Sunday afternoon. How cool is that.
The best auto repair experience I've had. I was in NH and on the day I needed to head home to MA, my GTI started make a loud sound from somewhere in the exhaust. When I called, they said they were completely booked, but if I could come by, they would take a look at see if they could at least do a quick patch fix or tell me if it was safe to drive it home.
When I got there, they pulled my car in within a few minutes, found the problem, happened to have the necessary part in stock and had it fixed within about 15 minutes. As an added bonus, the cost for both the labor and the part was so low, it almost feels as if they didn't charge for labor, because I can't imagine the part itself was much less. This is only the third Google review I've ever written, but I thought it was warranted and I'll certainly go back in the future.
Customer service and repairs were no problems at all. While doing a tune-up on my 97 Ram 1500 I asked for evaluation of items that may need attention. Everything was reasonable and after follow-up repairs, my truck is running great.
So thankful to have found this place. They have been working on my vehicle for at least 10 years now and have always done quality work at a reasonable price. My vehicle is still on the road thanks to them. They are kind and honest people who make the stress of car repairs much easier to deal with!
