Everyone is very nice except the lady on the first weight in and the other lady on the second weight out. I asked to speak with the manager and the curly hair lady (2nd weight out lady)said that she was the manager but the other workers said otherwise. I wanted to complain about the first weight in lady but I wasn't able to speak to upper management other than the second weight out lady that claimed to be the manager. A good day for me after visiting this location is when they are off. The first weight in lady always shuts the little window on my face when I go to the window and she makes me wait and sometimes I just go without the paper since she will not serve me and the 2nd lady won't even said a word. She grabs the paper and nothing is said. Very uncomfortable place to go.
1 star just so it posts. SA recycling is not the place to go. If you don't know what you have and what it's worth they will try to rip you off. SA recycling is the worst!!
The one on lossee rips people off they stand on scale put different weights down and pay for cheaper scrap been going 3 times a week for last 6 months and been paying attention last 2.5 months they rip me off at least 40 bucks or more each time I'll be going to champs for now on
This place is incredible. Everyoneto t is just to darn friendly. From Ruben to Mrs Robin. Indria and the operator's So helpful. I am paralyzed on my left side and they do it all for me. I work for and drive for Basic Food Flavors. Will pass the goodness of the se people on to others that need to bring scrap to this place.
Professional recycling facility. I always get paid high $$$$ for my recycling! I recommend this place for both companies looking to recycle metals of any type and individuals looking to make a positive impact while making extra cash from scraps!
First time dropping off scrap metal. I ended up driving through the wrong entrance, but the lady at the weigh station was super kind and the three other employees I came across were very friendly and helpful in guiding me to the less than 500 pound drop off point!
Been delivering to the Nellis Blvd center for the passed week. Scale lady Indira and material director (Josh) really nice people. Josh is real nice and chatty , Jack of all trades and master of none, but overall even the security guard whom I had an interesting chat with was nice. It’s nice to go to a place where on my lucky days, despite the heat we’re laid back easy going, makes everyone’s day go by easier.
