My car was in such terrible shape until I went to el pulpo. I was missing my windshield wipers and someone stole my hubcaps. Rocco was so kind and he assisted me with finding all the necessary parts for my Toyota Camry. If not for him I would not even have a car. El Pulpo is such a awesome place and I suggest you go for all of your auto needs.
Fantastic service and parts selection! Rocco was super helpful and professional. I needed a part for my Honda and I swung by a couple of the other salvage yards. Wasn’t a big fan of the selection of parts or the prices so, I decided to stop by el pulpo. They had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. If you’re headed up to the salvages yards in North Vegas, make el pulpo your first stop.
Roco was super nice and took care of my needs returned all calls very fair and their cashier are very friendly I got what he described it was Hard to find accommodating people

I bought a set of rims from here. I really wanted to replace my ugly hubcaps and Rocco was really helpful. He explained to me how not every rim will fit your car They even helped me load them up and not get my car dirty!
My purchase experience was great @ el pulpo parts lv , was looking for a low mileage engine for my honda 94 and they had it . they showed me pic and updates of status to pull engine out and as well for added service they kept my new purchase engine until I decided on transportation .They provided the transportation for a minimal fee . great service overall recommended.

I found this little gem looking for a specific part for a commuter car I purchased. After doing a ton of research the young man working at this place, I believe Rocco was his name, went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed for hella cheap.

I have recently purchased an engine which according to them was the correct one. Even though the mechanics at the professional shops installing engines have confirmed then they sold me the wrong engine, they continue to insist that according to their information it's the right engine and they're refusing to give me my money back.
In good faith I drove down half an hour to their place to give them a cash deposit of $400 because their credit card system was not working, and in good faith I paid them the remainder in cash when I picked up the engine. Well, that engine will not work for my car. All they are saying is
Sorry, all sales are final. take it or leave it. You can pay us a $200 restocking fee!!! Really, like they are going to reinstall the engine into the wreck they removed it from. The way I see it it's actually good for them since they don't have to remove it to sell it.
Anyways, buyers beware!!

So,I received a lame excuse. They are trying to put the blame on the customer.
I provide their suposed professional people there all the I formation they asked. And I even went as far as to ask multiple times if it was the correct engine because it was missing the cover And you could not tell if this was a v-tech engine or not. And was Repeatedly told that it was the correct engine by Rocco (employee there)
After running the VIN # it turns out that it is a v-tech. What a surprise. Oh well.
I guess the people doing the repairs on my car DID KNOW what they are doing. I can post the VIN# if you want.
