  If they don't have your part, and they can't order it, you might be in a pickle. The staff know what's up and are extremely helpful, also can be hella busy, extra respect when it is cause everyone is getting parts. Your getting parts, she's getting parts.   Went in 20 minutes before they were closing one evening to have my battery checked. A nice lady hooked it up and checked the battery. it was bad, but I was happy. my alternative was to buy an alternator. they were both about the same price, but a lot more work goes into replacing an alternator than a battery.
