Needed a single part for a repair. They had it in stock, cheaper than the national chains, and they weren't pushing other sales I didn't need.
I got two messages, one that my order was received, a second that it was ready. Everything an online order should be with none of the other annoyance.

The customer service here is terrible, they barely answer any questions asked. I’ve came here a few times and all those times the guys at the desk talk like they want to fight with you and have a horrible attitude, specially the two older gentleman. Like chill bro, just trying to get what I need that’s all. I’ll be sure to try my best to not come back here again.
One of few places in town where you can get custom made and matched spray paint. Very helpful when you touch up small spots or grating. Quick turnaround as well!
Worst customer services ever! Drove all way from south almost got a ticket cuz was rushing trying to get to the store before they were close. Got there at exactly 6pm and there were 3 guys in there. All 3 said that they were close and didn’t give a chance to even say hi. I anyway asked if I can get a can of body filler and would pay cash or card. They said no. I thought I would at least write a review about this bad attitude towards costumers. Would never recommend this store and I really wish the owner sees this. They could have said it politely I wouldn’t force them to sell me something. To owner to need to address this with your employees. Peace
Very bad service they say that they have life warranty on there parts and that’s not true because when you try to return some thing even with the receipt they will argument with you so they don’t return it and that’s what they did to me so I recommend not to Delal with them Thanks.
Called this morning for a headlight switch for a 63 Galaxy, my husband was told they don't have that old of parts, even thought we have picked up a solenoid and dimmer switch, all in stock, in the past week. I called, and they said they have one. Went to get it, kid said they didn't have one. Told him I just called and someone else said they did. He went to the computer to the right and they had one. Maybe the computer on the end should share that info with the rest of the computers. Still my go to place for classic auto parts!
Very bad attitude from one of the guys work there, I’ve purchased from there quite few times and got good impression but this one guy barely talks and doesn’t question properly. If I were the owner, I would kick the out so that they keep the good reputation they have.
it doesn't seem like the old snow of the past, I used to be able to get old car parts here and they would have them in stock. Now they're like every other parts store in town, and have to order things.

My husband and I went there to get a paint gun. Who ever was mixing paint was very short and had a bad attitude. When my husband asked about one the guy who had long hair, gauges in his ears and wore a stocking cap said, I haven't read up on those, we got them in and now their hanging up there. He also asked 'What are you painting' twice when my husband said color and clear. This guy then told my husband that an couple of the paint guns were the only ones for paint all the others were for primer only. My husband has done auto body repair for years. I walked out my husband followed shortly. Lost at least a $500. Sale. The other person working was very nice and tried to help but this other sales man needs to have better attitude.

Went in looking for a reconditioned battery and the guy working the counter looked until he found ok ne that would work for the vehicle I was working on. The price was very reasonable too.
I tried to get paint matched here today. Customer service was terrible, despite being the only customer in the store. I brought a sample part with me to match with but I was basically told “we can’t do that” unless i knew exactly what I needed. Shortly after that I got insulted by the owner so I figured it was time to leave. What a joke.
Looking for a wheel bearing seal, nowhere to be found in chain stores. Snow didn't have the exact one we were looking for but too the time to measure the one brought in and recommend an alternative that worked great! Thank you for the extra care and customer service!
This may not be as flashy as a chain auto parts store, but, every time I've gone, they've beat the others in price, availability and customer service . It reminds me of the parts store I spent time in with my dad who ran a service station when I was little. As a woman, I like snow Auto because it doesn't make me feel intimidated to ask questions like I sometimes do in other stores . Two thumbs up!
