Corry gets 5 stars. He was so helpful and very efficient. However, it would have been nice if the call center person would have taken my payment information when I scheduled the tow instead of me having to call back again after Corry got there.
Driver was very courteous and friendly. He even arrived earlier than estimated. They were timely in their notifications keeping me up to date. Would definitely use them again if needed.

When you’re sitting in a state that you do not know, dealing with life emergencies and being stranded, it is great to know that you have someone that’s going to show up and get the job done. I really appreciate these men. As me and my toddler were cold and very relieved that they solved the problem. I could not recommend them enough. I didn’t even know my location and they were able to find me. It was amazing above and beyond any service that I’ve ever encountered.
A truly wonderful experience in a less than ideal scenario. Our recovery driver was quick, knowledgeable, and more concerned for our safety than I was, not an easy feat. He ensured we were not only safe on the side of the road, but were dropped at a safe location for the night. Cesar, thank you so much for everything.
I was having a pretty crappy day and my car not starting was just the icing on the cake. I went through my insurance and they connected me to Midwest Towing. Chris#66 came out and was the nicest guy you'd ever meet. He made my day ten times better. He got my car back to my apartment and even told me some tips and tricks about fixing my car without spending an arm and a leg! Thanks Chris!!

I paid for that service.They kept me informed via text when they picked it up and when they dropped it off at my mechanics place. The tow truck operator even called and verified everything.
My first experience with this company was a positive experience no problems.
I can't say enough good things about Midwest Towing & Recovery, especially Cesar. My pickup would not start due to a parts issue. Cesar arrived within 30 minutes. Cesar's flatbed truck was unable to load my vehicle, but he called another wrecker that arrived quickly. Cesar stuck around to help and make sure everything went smoothly. He and the other driver (can't remember his name) got my vehicle hooked up and safely to the dealership. Cesar and the other driver were quick, thorough and honestly entertaining. They made a stressful situation a lot better. You have really good employees in those two.

The driver, Quincy was there in 12 minutes. Loaded me up, gave me a ride with my vehicle and offered to give me a ride home after dropping my truck off at the shop of my choice. Super professional and beyond accommodating. I would recommend Midwest to anyone in need!
Benjamin was quick and efficient. Quick response. Had a plan. Did the job well. Even helped me pull my bumper straight so my tire wouldn't catch it on turns. Great service.
My car had mechanical issues. The first unit sent out by the company was called back to help with an accident. The second unit – I don’t know what happened to that. The third unit that was sent out came in a timely manner, and I could follow its progress.The driver was helpful and got my vehicle to where it needed to go. I paid over the phone with my credit card. The receipt was sent the next day by email.

Had two guys come out, were professional and courteous. Tackled a tough tie and worked swiftly as possible on the side of the Interstate. Had to use some specialized tools, adjusting the price some but the office called me before running it to explain the adjustments and why. Great Experience, would use them again if needed
Midwest Towing and Recovery is MARVELOUS.
Low and behold, 4AM I was attempting to leave the UNL Innovation Campus for a 9 hr drive and my 2021 Tundra wouldn’t start. Dead. No dome lights, no dash lights, NOTHING.
Needless to say, I requested AAA out(I’m a member) and it was going to take over 2 hrs, after filling out the online form to request service. (not a slam on AAA, just that 2 hrs was killing my schedule)
Ended up Googling Midwest Towing & Recovery. GLAD I DID! The phone was answered at 4:20AM by a HUMAN.
Joe(I believe was his name) an overnight driver was on-site within 20 minutes. Joe had a long non-stop overnight shift! We chatted and he jump off my truck with a portable battery.

Midwest Towing and Recovery was awesome to me when I had a collision on the I-80 traveling through Lincoln, Nebraska on the way home. The tow operator was awesome and helpful on the roadside and the folks at the front desk, when I went to recover property from my vehicle, were exceptional. A reputable company that I would use again if I ever had to.

Mike and Owen were fantastic. Dispatch was very polite. I would appreciate more transparency on the response time. No ETA up front. I called after 15 minutes and told it would be 15 minutes. After that 15 minutes I got a text with a link saying it would be 16 minutes. They arrived approximately 20-25 minutes later. Service was great, though.
