I have used midwest before and had good service tonight not so much the people who took my call couldn't find andermatt st so told them 84th and nebraska parkway them quoted like 150 got done with tow it was 70 dollars more then quote person on phones called for a better location still couldn't locate st in computer had to give access to phone location thru a text message call came from number in Florida then had to pay using link thru phone have to call to get receipt on Monday not liking the upgrade at all tow guy was awesome though
I really hope the driver sees this. Today January 28th at 4:15 at the intersection of 40th and normal I was driving with my three year old son. As he saw the tow truck he was asking me all sorts of questions about the truck. The driver noticed his curiosity and started to wave at my son. I'll just say the world needs more wholesome things like this.
This was arranged thru our insurance roadside assistance. The driver - I believe named Chris - was amazing with us. He explained quite a bit having a mechanic background. Gave some helpful tips. Overall Midwest was professional and helpful. Was very appreciative for the helpfulness. What started as a tow ended up a battery charge.
I would recommend Midwest for your towing needs . They are the cheapest i know in Lincoln Ne, fast ,efficient and friendly. Especiallyat a time i really needed.. .Chris went above and beyond for me while keeping me calm and providing excellent service.
Don’t waste your time with these people. Waited an hour and a half and I finally had to call them back to find out if they decided to send their tow truck to somebody else. $420 tow bill and she was gonna credit me 20 bucks. Move onto the next tow company in line and don’t waste one second with these people
Midwest towing did a great job. Our driver was excellent. The dispatch communicated everything to the driver properly. It was a very easy way to get towed. I highly recommend them very professional and quick response and very very affordable

Within a 2 week time span, I have used Midwest tow home twice and taken to a shop 1 time. Three different drivers, all were extremely nice guys. I will always use Midwest and make sure to let people know what a positive experience we've had with them.
Absolutely wonderful service! Their experience with me was probably slightly chaotic with quite a few hiccups, from leaving my bank card at home, to them having to wait to release the car, to my card not confirming, to paying in cash, and then some, but the service tech handled it all with humor and understanding, definitely one of the best customer service experiences Ive had. I had an amazing driver come to my aid on a freezing December morning. He was professional, kind and changed my popped tire in less than 20 minutes!! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know and I’ll personally call them the next time I need roadside assistance.

Midwest Towing dispatch had great communication. Tow driver Corry promptly contacted us by phone and arrived to our location in less than 20 minutes. He was courteous, safe on scene, and able to help change a tire on the side of I-80 in mist and fog. We got on our way without needing the tow.
I had my car break down in Omaha and needed to towed to Lincoln. They were very helped when I called. The driver was very nice and arrived faster than I expected. I was very happy with the experience all around and would highly recommend them.
Corry gets 5 stars. He was so helpful and very efficient. However, it would have been nice if the call center person would have taken my payment information when I scheduled the tow instead of me having to call back again after Corry got there.
Driver was very courteous and friendly. He even arrived earlier than estimated. They were timely in their notifications keeping me up to date. Would definitely use them again if needed.
Very fast, polite, and reasonably, priced.
I broke down in a bad spot and they didnt waste any time to get there and worked well with the simi complicated issues presented.
Hopefully i dont need them again anytime soon but would definitely recommend them when you are in need.
When you’re sitting in a state that you do not know, dealing with life emergencies and being stranded, it is great to know that you have someone that’s going to show up and get the job done. I really appreciate these men. As me and my toddler were cold and very relieved that they solved the problem. I could not recommend them enough. I didn’t even know my location and they were able to find me. It was amazing above and beyond any service that I’ve ever encountered.
A truly wonderful experience in a less than ideal scenario. Our recovery driver was quick, knowledgeable, and more concerned for our safety than I was, not an easy feat. He ensured we were not only safe on the side of the road, but were dropped at a safe location for the night. Cesar, thank you so much for everything.
I can't say enough good things about Midwest Towing & Recovery, especially Cesar. My pickup would not start due to a parts issue. Cesar arrived within 30 minutes. Cesar's flatbed truck was unable to load my vehicle, but he called another wrecker that arrived quickly. Cesar stuck around to help and make sure everything went smoothly. He and the other driver (can't remember his name) got my vehicle hooked up and safely to the dealership. Cesar and the other driver were quick, thorough and honestly entertaining. They made a stressful situation a lot better. You have really good employees in those two.

The driver, Quincy was there in 12 minutes. Loaded me up, gave me a ride with my vehicle and offered to give me a ride home after dropping my truck off at the shop of my choice. Super professional and beyond accommodating. I would recommend Midwest to anyone in need!
Benjamin was quick and efficient. Quick response. Had a plan. Did the job well. Even helped me pull my bumper straight so my tire wouldn't catch it on turns. Great service.

Midwest Towing and Recovery was awesome to me when I had a collision on the I-80 traveling through Lincoln, Nebraska on the way home. The tow operator was awesome and helpful on the roadside and the folks at the front desk, when I went to recover property from my vehicle, were exceptional. A reputable company that I would use again if I ever had to.
Went above and beyond helping me get my car (with locked up brakes) from the alley into my yard. Took an extra hour to man handle it into the yard. No extra charge! I’m very impressed, and they have definitely earned my families future business going forward. Thanks!

Driver was very respectful and professional. Dispatch answer my husband's call promptly even with influx of calls and were patient and polite. Would have them tow my 18' outlander sport again if needed
