I bought a pair of Matrix headlights for my 2019 Model 3 SR+ from them on eBay, shipped and arrived fast and was packaged securely to prevent damage to the headlights. Installed them myself, coded with toolbox, reinstalled software and they work perfectly! All lights function and are bright, very minimal scratching on lenses almost look brand new, they are insurance quality as stated in the listing! Also a very responsive seller! I had been searching for a digital instrument unit for my Range Rover Sport. A new one is in the thousands (yes plural). Even used ones were high. Finally I encountered a posting on eBay that was affordable. However, it did not come with the cable harness connectors that go from the car to the back of the unit. I found only one posting on eBay that had the harness and that was Parts Link Their posting for the instrument cluster included the harness. I took a chance and contacted them to see if they would sell me the harness only. Connor with Parts Link, reached out to me quickly and agreed to sell the item to me. He efficiently followed up with a separate invoice through PayPal because the item was not individually offered for sale on eBay. After paying, Connor did a great job with getting the shipped out the same day!

Bought a headlight assembly for Tesla Model 3. Friendly staff took the time to phone me back about faster shipping options I had asked for. The headlight is a new reject from Tesla. The item arrived on time and in great shape. It worked great in my car. One word of advice: make sure to re-install the software on the car through the service window so that the car firmware matches the headlight firmware. I would order again from Parts Link without any hesitation.

I have bought a TON of these Tesla modules from eBay sellers and NEVER have I seen a module in such great shape, so well packed, coolant lines drained and plugged very tight, no leakage, no damage. I live remote so have no access to a forklift, they were VERY flexible on shipping individually wrapped in order to help me. Dmitriy was an absolute pleasure to work with, very patient as I asked for some certain things related to shipping and they now have a customer for life and will get ALL my biz.
After ordering the part I needed from 5 other lower priced vendors who claimed to have it in stock these folks delivered. They shipped same day as the order with shipping included in the price.
