I have a lot of good things to say about Greenwood because they are simply GREAT , I recommend them 200% , first of all I found the car of my dream with them (a very nice blue 2020 ford explorer ) I found it on internet and I sent them a message , they immediately responded to all my questions, being that I was out of the state and that I was moving to Nebraska soon , they did all the process so the car can be ready on my flight date , when I picked up the car everything went great , the paperwork was smooth and they welcomed me in a very nice way , second ,1 month after I got the car, it started to show some lights on the screen , I called them and they told me to bring the car immediately so they can check it , they fixed the car and they covered all expenses , and also meanwhile the car was under their power they provided me with another car until my car was ready, every time that I go to their office they are very nice and treat us like family … They have a lot of nice cars , do not think it too much !! Go and get your car with them !!! They are EXCELLENT … Recommend them 200%

Recently bought a vehicle here, & had some engine lights come on as I was leaving. I spoke with the salesman and was told it was nothing, but if they didn't go away they would take care of it and all of their vehicles come with a 4 month warranty.I live 3.5hrs away and was told I could take it to any shop and they would pay the bill. Ended up needing a wheel bearing ,a battery and a few other things, but when I called them to let them know first they tried telling me the "warranty" didn't cover it. After initially trying to offer $50, they eventually agreed to pay half of the bill. I waited weeks and never received payment, and now they won't even answer my calls or messages. I would not recommend buying a car from them, they will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale then forget about all customer service when you need it.
Flew in from out of state to pick up a van from another dealership. However the van wasn’t what we expected. We looked around for similar vans and found one at Greenwood Auto. Talked to the owner, Saad. He was courteous and very helpful. Went to take a look at the van and it looked as nice as the pictures showed. The purchase process was straight forward. No pressure, no hidden fees, no paperwork fees, and they even helped me get my rental car returned back to Epply airport - they definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention, the free 3-month warranty! I was very impressed by the high level of service from this small family owned dealership.

I would recommend to anyone to shop here! We drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle at another dealership, they were incorrect about the information they supplied us. We stopped in here and had an awesome experience. I got a great deal on a lower mileage ford fusion and you couldn't even tell it had prior damage! The gentleman who helped us was very polite and honest and gave us a good deal. Overall we had a great experience, it was fast, the car is in great quality and I would recommend highly!
