Had a uhaul road side service and uhaul called Gene’s. They were quick, kind, and they went the extra mile to get our trailer back up and ready for our long drive.
Paul from GT rolled up (just happened by) on me stranded with a blown tire. Took the time to stop, a trip to the shop, then to a local tire distributor, back to the shop, back to my stranded car and got me back on the road again! Wow, so blessed he happened along. Thanks for the “over the top” service, Paul!
I ran over something in the road that instantly blew my tire and a chunk of the rim leaving me stranded in a busy intersection during rush hour traffic. My hybrid car doesn’t come with a spare, only an air pump. Googled for a tow and their name came up with the word “tire” in it. I figured all-in-one would be a simple answer. Boy, was I ever fortunate to call them. They were there in less than a half an hour, hooked it in less than 60 seconds and I was on my way. He said it would be ready in 3-4 days. Nope! One! I was also pleasantly surprised how reasonable the cost was. Great work guys!
They sent out a guy that obviously had a problem with black people he did not say anything to me other than to ask me if he was taking the old tire once he changes the tire he gets in the truck without saying anything so I walked back to him and ask him. Am I good to go he looks at me that looks back straight as if I’m not even standing there so I get back at my truck wait 15 minutes to see if he’s going to say anything or let me know if I’m good to go and he says nothing at all. Just sits in his truck then once I drive off and get to the next light down the street, he comes parks directly in front of me, sideways in the intersection and holding me up, not saying anything, nor getting out of the truck very unprofessional the light changes through six or seven different cycles, while he still just sits there, not saying anything at all to me, as if he cannot talk I do suggest any one of color using them it would most certainly clarify racism in this day and time
I messed up two tires and wheels on my semi trailer these guys are out there within an hour and a half and had me rolling in the next hour. Can't say enough good about them.
Great service... fast and thorough... my motor home was tough to get to and needed special attention because of the air bag system... he got it done and I'm back on the road again.
He helped us with a tire on the interstate and even referred us somewhere to fix our towing setup to make the trip safe.
He gave us extra time to make sure we were okay.

Kinda not what I thought they are as a tire place 🤷🏼♂️.I needed 2 Valve stems replaced on my 2018 Chevy impala.i seen it said tires ..so figured since they are a 24 hour company they would be able to help .but they were unable to do so as they don't do that kind of tire work haha! The guy I talked to was cool about it and explained to me what they do .so it was on me for assuming.

Blew a tire on a trailer headed home to Iowa on Interstate 80. Paul was very helpful and polite and got us on the road quickly. Great service even though it was 3 am.
I just got into a accident on the highway and my car was towed with out my permission by genes towing. When i got to his tow yard he told i would have to pay $120 before he would release my car that i paid for not him. And on top of that pay an extra $20 every day it was im there. Which i think is highway robbery. Its not like they actually have garages my car is sitting outside all day behind a stupid that cost an outrageous number$20 a day! I can get garage for $50 a month at my apartment and it has a roof! But anyways i think tow companies are crooked. They wont even try to work all they want is their greedy money. And it should be illegal to hold someone ells car at that!
GTS saw my wife and I stopped on the side of the road with a flat tire that was corroded on. Without calling him or flagging him down he turned around and assisted us get the tire off and top off our spare tire that was a little flat. I will ALWAYS use them for any of my tire and towing needs in Lincoln.
