Amazing work and customer service. My driver ( Jake if I remember correctly) kept me updated without me calling him and ask him for updates. Not to mention his amazing skills. I worked with a few towing companies in the past and Allways towing is by far the best. They will be the only towing company I work with. Keep up the amazing work!
HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! My boyfriend got stuck in the snow with his front two tires, the gentleman towing was very very fast. The entire process from when i first called to when we left the spot (boyfriend only needed to pulled out to continue on himself) it took 45minutes maybe even a bit less! Once he got my boyfriend out he proceeded to wait and make sure he could make it up the hill, then me and him dealt with the payment and he made sure me and my small car could make it up, when i couldn’t, i got myself able to turn around the other way and he followed til i was on stable ground again. Will recommend everytime.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! When I tell you Jake treated me like family...I mean it! I won't bore you with the intricacies of my situation, but Jake displayed the utmost kindness, respect, urgency, and patience figuring out how to get my practically bricked Tesla M3 out of my garage and onto the flatbed. They've handled many Teslas with excellence and had never seen a case like mine that the car would not allow us to put it into "transport mode." Nonetheless, Jake persisted and came up with an idea that worked to get the Tesla safely and properly out of the garage and onto the flatbed! He took it to Council Bluffs for me, dropped it off at the service center, and even called back to confirm it made it and was unloaded. Just absolutely outstanding service from Jake and ALLways Towing.
Jake has come to the rescue for me more than once. Seems to always be in the worst kind of weather (in the middle of a bad snow storm and in the rain). Arrived when he said he would and got the job done. Very easy to work with and communicate with. Friendly, easy going and a great attitude!!

On my way to the lake with boat in tow, when my truck died. I called ALLways towing, talked to Jake and he was there within the hour (I was about 5 miles east of Lincoln).
Jake separated the truck from the boat so he could tow the truck, and was extremely helpful and friendly.

Jake was the best. He made sure my car made it safely to the repair shop and that my keys were secure in the overnight drop box. Jake also made sure I got home safely as well.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using AllWays towing for my broke down vehicle on the side of the interstate and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. The service was so abysmal that I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.
Firstly, the response time was beyond unacceptable. I found myself stranded for an unreasonably long period, wondering if anyone would bother to show up. When they finally did, the lack of professionalism was staggering. The attitude of the staff was indifferent, and it seemed like they couldn’t care less about my predicament.
Communication was virtually non-existent, leaving me in the dark about the status of my vehicle. It’s astonishing how a company can operate with such disregard for customer satisfaction. I felt more like an inconvenience than a paying customer in need of help.
I strongly advise anyone considering AllWays Towing to think twice. The service I received was not only disappointing but also frustrating and entirely unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for reliable towing assistance.

I called theses guys and the person they sent to me his name was Chris and he was amazing very helpful he went the extra mile to try and help and he didn’t have to and I really appreciated that , I will continue to use their services whenever I need them again and I will recommend them to anyone. I had Angel tow my car today and she did a great job, even with a few different issues with my car, she was able to find a solution and get my car on her truck to be towed. She also worked quickly and was very friendly.

First tow went fine. Second tow was terrible. They overcharged me because they said there was no key to get into my vehicle even though I stated there was. Instead of calling me so I could come with my spare they unnecessarily dollied it. When I asked why they didn't call me when they realized they needed a key they began to stutter and had no valid response. Just bad business. They should have refunded me the difference in good faith since they could have taken steps to avoid this problem. I will never do business with them again.
I have a delivery business and one of my drivers broke down on a dangerous busy Lincoln street. The tow truck was on his way to a job but saw the breakdown and pulled my vehicle and driver off the road to safety.
I called to thank them and ask if they had another driver which they set up.
I've used Allways before but they are now top of my list in Lincoln.
I appreciate doing business with Good Nebraska People who care to do the right and KIND thing. Their in town price is also less than others I've used.
Allways towing, more like always getting me out of a jam. These guys are quick, polite, and reliable. Saved my company twice in a day last week by getting trucks to where they can be fixed quickly. We only make money when our wheels are on the ground, so these guys are much appreciated when we need service.
We called and scheduled a tow they said they would call us when they were on the way. We called back to discuss the time and update the business on the vehicle and it’s axle. The gal that took both calls seemed inexperienced and frustrated. The company representative also made us feel like they were more interested in how we intended to pay rather than our concerns for our vehicle or our Safty. We felt that they did not have our best interest in mind so we canceled the tow and used a better rated company, as there are hundreds of companies to choose from. Anybody reading this might consider doing the same as this company seems obtuse to customer service .
I have a collision near to Lincoln Nebraska...I call Always Towing, the Owner come by checking my situation... because I. Lost my rear right axel while I was driving in the Freeway, I was very scary alone with my grandson... they help me alot not just with great prices. But with kindness from him, without knowing us in middle of not where He direct me to the near motel, took me with a great mechanic, in fact he's a great person with a great heart. If you are near take a moment to know the great people that work for Him amazing, nice!! People, that was my experience!!
They were an hour out from coming to save my truck. Luckily a friend was on her way to take my husband to work for me but they got my truck to the tire place & the guy called to check on me afterwards. A-1 service.... You guys deserve the 5 stars..

I don’t usually leave reviews but last week my car broke down in the middle of O street first thing in the morning. I was able to pull into the driveway of a parking garage. I was so upset because it was a new vehicle and I couldn’t believe it broke down. I had no charge on my ph so I called my Dad and asked him to call always because a friend of mine had told me they were reliable, quick and, cheap. My Dad called him and within 5 min I heard someone honking there horn and when I looked over I saw a tow truck and driver smiling and waving. He pulled up to me to tell me he was turning around and and he would get my car where it needed to go. Well I don’t know much about cars but he helped look at my warranty and helped me figure out where it should go. It was nice because he has done business with my car dealership and was able to call and get through to them when I couldn’t. They knew who he was and told him to please take it to the auto repair place he told me they would send it to. It was nice to see he knew what he was talking about and u could tell he had established good working relationships with other people in the car industry. I later found out he was the owner of Allways Towing and I was further impressed with the fact that he personally saw to it that my tow experience was professional from beginning to end. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend Allways towing
Great service! Even though I had my car towed which was a bad situation from me being parked illegally. Allways helped make it smooth to get my car back. Jeremie was understanding and pleasant. I actually used them to help my roommate tow his car when he broke down the next week!
The absolute WORST service ever. They lied about when they were coming. Then they told me "I'll be there in less than 10 minutes".... 45 minutes later they still were not there. I called them and they did not answer. I thought I had been stood up and I had to leave. I didn't hear from them until 2 hours after they were supposed to be there. Then the tow driver screamed and cursed at me and called me every name in the book. I had to leave after waiting for them for over an hour(I was on my lunch break). They did show up sometime after I left and they did do the tow out. Then they called me and told me I have to pay $198 before 9 pm or they are calling the police. They told me they were going to do the tow for $125 before I agreed to do it and after they did it they jacked the price way up. I was more than happy to pay for the tow, but they pulled a bait and switch on the pricing, screamed curse words at me and were now threatening me with the police. Absolutely insane. I paid them just to be done with these crazies. There are a lot of towing companies in town, I wouldn't risk doing business with these liars.

I read the reviews before going and a lot of negative reviews have been made so I was nervous about my car and the service I would get. I showed up at the lot and I had to wait for a driver to show up which it’s snowing and cold so I was pretty upset but the wait was only 5-10 minutes. I want to be angry at them but they were extremely kind and quick with service so I can really only be mad at myself for getting towed. Not nearly as bad as service as I thought t would be. Honestly I feel like they were more patient with me than I was with them.
