  It’s always nerve wracking taking your car to a mechanic you’re not familiar with but dealing Century was an amazing experience! My little sister’s car was overheating and Century was booked up for the day but had us bring in her car anyway. They took the time to diagnose the issue and had it repaired the next day. Very grateful for their attention to detail and the ability to find out what was wrong. Very fair prices, extremely friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. Thank You so much!! Absolutely recommend!!

  Absolute 5 star experience. I broke down outside of Lincoln, in my 2010 Volkswagen Passat, approximately 20 miles out, century got to me quickly! The people over at century were responsive and honest throughout the whole experience, and even came in on a closed day just so I could get my car back, which is absolutely above and beyond! Just wanted to say thanks to you all over there for getting my car in and out in a timely manner!   Average pricing, friendly people, but I would have liked them to have called me prior to making the repairs when I had asked for a tow and engine diagnostic. They also tried to charge me $30 for changing the battery in my key fob (I got a 5 pack of the batteries for $6 on amazon). Was $75 for a 4 mile tow, $147 for a 2016 Honda Accord battery, $60 for testing charging and starting system and battery replacement, then 7.25% tax.

  I can't say enough good things about Century Automotive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and professionalism. I needed to have my intoxalock installed and calibrated, which I knew could be a bit of a hassle . However, the team at Century Automotive went out of their way to ensure everything was done perfectly and efficiently. They made the entire process smooth and stress free.   These folks are truly wonderful! They worked with me to assist with repairs on my daughter's car. I'm 3 hours away, and they called me with each step in the diagnosis to explain what they were seeing, how they'd like to proceed, and got approval/OK's from me before taking those next steps. Everything was clear, rational, and promptly addressed. The online scheduling was also a great option for me to be able to document what I knew was going on up front, any history, a VIN, etc. They definitely read it because when we first spoke on the phone, that shared context helped keep everything clear for what was needed. No matter how you look at it, cars can be expensive to own and maintain. When they need repair, it's going to cost something. Along this repair journey, I was also given plenty of clarity on what would NOT need to be done to avoid unnecessary costs since it's not a car in need of premium parts or million-mile longevity. That is an above-and-beyond behavior in my book, and one that I'd highlight as a differentiator for the technicians at Century Automotive. I'm very thankful for Lenny and the team, and though we all hope to not need repairs often, they'll get my business and referrals for those in the area without any hesitation!

  These guys do AMAZING work! They've done work on my vehicle several times for fraction of what dealerships will. (I own an ageing 2010 Nissan, that needs some TLC, beyond DIY work). I recommend all of my friends and family to Century if they have any Auto issues. Save yourself some money and headache and take your vehicle to Century. It's nice supporting a local business, as opposed to the big dealership. The owners of the shop are great!

  Extremely friendly! They repaired my car at a very acceptable price. Century also helped me swap out my busted rear wiper-blade. The service was fast and they treated me with respect. I 100% recommend them for any car repair and towing.

  One of very few places in Lincoln that will not take you for a fool. My fiance went to a place called breaks plus and they were going to charge her 3k just to replace the brake lines. It was around $800 for a full brake service including brake line repair. Other places in town also quoted around $2.5k for brake lines only! This team of mechanics are experienced, humble, and they treat you like a person not like a clueless bag of money! I honestly don't go anywhere else in town when my cars need work. They deserve every penny!

  I've had every vehicle I've ever owned re-keyed. That's with a tow sir and never once did it cost me $950......even at the Volkswagen dealership with the tow it was only $350 you straight took your time up until the 15 days was past and you didn't even start the job. You should've had the job done. You had a guy that was interested in buying it and you told me that after 15 days even though the job wasn't finished you were going to start charging me a fee. You told me that it said it right on the wall even though i never stepped a foot in the place cause you were still working on fixing it. You know what kinda fishy business your up to better than anybody bud. What you did to me wasn't fair especially knowing I didn't have a title for it yet. You're not right for what you did to me. Word of mouth goes a long way. Especially when there's a mouth out here that's bigger than Matts mouth. That's bad business either way.

  Staff is very friendly and the communication is excellent! They got my car in fast, diagnosed quickly, and fixed within a few hours! They communicated with me the cost before proceeding with the fix and my car drives better than ever! Very honest and professional, I will definitely being going back!

  So I had a clutch go out on my jeep on my way to work so I needed a tow and repair service. Soi wanted anew clutch and a cv axel on the driver's side because it clicked when you turned and the tire shook when breaking. But they only fixed the clutch. Didn't give me a new cv axel but a control arm and that I didn't ask for.also several other things I didn't ask for. Or discussed with. And after 1900.00 she turns around and charged me for the tow when I was told the tow was free if I get repair service there. After I paid the 1900.00 I am not happy with the service. And still have half the issue still needing fixed.

  Me and wife have been maintaining our cars with Lenny for years and years, I've never had a bad feeling or service. They work with me on needs and nices and I'm always given a comprehensive plan to keep my cars in top shape. He doesn't just slap parts on, like some places, if you can go another few months on brakes safely he'll just let you know that it's coming up instead of trying to strong arm you into buying them. Much respect.

  Best car repair experience I have ever had!! So glad I made the choice to have them tow and repair my car. I dealt with three people total and they were all incredibly easy to speak with and made the entire process smooth and worry-free. I don’t know about you, but I am intimidated with car repairs, and never felt talked down to or pressured into anything. They fixed what needed to be fixed and got me back in my car faster than I expected! I feel this is very high quality work at such a reasonable price. I will be going here for all my car repair needs in the future, and, in fact, have already scheduled another older vehicle that needs more work to be done in a few weeks. I truly could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Thank you so much!!

  My wife and I were completing our cross country trip and after having my brakes replaced elsewhere I was surprised to get the "Brake!" light on my dash on our way home. Lucky for us we were less than 2 miles from Century Automotive when this happened. We pulled in and noticed quite a backlog of vehicles but Lenny said he would take a look and discovered I needed new brake lines. Not only did he repair both brake lines at a reasonable cost but he managed to deal with the metric sizing Ford only used for a few years. I highly recommend Century and would stop in Lincoln (ironically the name of our foster dog) again.

  We stopped here after we ran into an issue on the highway during a cross county trip. They took the time to help us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken of. The problem with our car was addressed within the discussed timeframe and at a reasonable price. Lenny was such a great help to us and extremely knowledgeable! I don't live in the area, but if I did, this would be my go to shop.

  While on a across country trip, we had an emergency wiring issue with our van which required a tow, diagnosis and repair. We were elated with the expertise, honesty, cost and 24 hr. convenience of this garage. When we were awaiting diagnostics on the van problem, the overall vibe reminded us of a skilled surgical center. We watched the owner, David, come out and talk honesty in a private, quiet tone with each customer. This approach created a calming to an otherwise stressful problem. Carol, the office manager, helpfully suggested sight- seeing while we waited for the van to be repaired and gave us a ride into the city. As a result, our van breakdown, turned into a great adventure on our road trip. We can't say enough good about this establishment. We only wish we could have them as our mechanics in South Carolina.

  If there's one service I don't trust it's a mechanic. Too many bad experiences to count. I've been here only once but so far the first impression is great! They have a small parking lot and the location makes it slightly difficult to pull into but that's small compared to the service and how quickly they perform the work. The guys I talked to were very friendly too

  Much more reasonably priced than a dealership, obviously, and they work around peoples’ schedules as well. In fact, their prices beat everyone else I’ve gone to in Lincoln. They have also been around a long time, which says a lot in their business; most shops don’t last as long as they have, and the reason they have is in their performance. I travel a lot for work, so I need a dependable car at all times. Century helps ease my mind by keeping both my cars in tip top shape!

  This review is based solely on a single experience and specifically to having a vehicle towed to a separate shop. I heavily rely on Google reviews in chosing who I use for services. Thus when I saw the high marks, I took that as a positive indicator. Called this morning to have my daughter's car towed to Fun Auto, the shop I always have my vehicles repaired. Upon arriving at the shop, the tow driver was cranking the vehicle over before unloading. At no point was there a conversation where I was asked if that would be okay or if the vehicle ran at all. I've had other companies ask that very question to assure they wouldn't cause additional damage to the car/engine. Lastly, the driver failed to communicate with the shop owner about where to place the vehicle upon arrival. He just unloaded it and went on his way. No paperwork left either. Again, I can't comment on what job their shop will do, but I can say STAY AWAY at all costs from calling to have a tow. I see a similar review from 9 months ago about issues with towing. I should've taken heed.

  I took my truck in for front end work and exhaust work. The price was fair, the job was done in a timely manner. Most importantly I feel that Lenny and Jerry are honest and knowledgeable. They are not just about the money. You can sense a passion in their work. Maybe that is why they enjoy alternative fuels and will gladly discuss that subject with anyone. I will never doubt these guys, neither should you.

  Best place in town to take any type of vehicle. The guys there know what they are doing, they are honest and upfront about everything. You will never walk in to pay your bill and not know ahead of time how much it will cost. Lenny is the best!! I take all my vehicles there and would never go anywhere else!!

  It's always great finding a repair shop you can trust. I had a quote from a dealer that wanted to charge me $700 for a leaking AC line. Century Automotive found the leak and informed me I only needed 1 of the 3 parts the dealer was recommending. That along with the reduced hourly labor cost saved me over $400. Great work, affordable, and I trust them not to take advantage of me.

  Jeep broke down outside of Omaha. Called my insurance company for a tow, they sent Century. Gary, the driver, was hilarious and really helped make a stressful situation a little easier. Had them look at it the next day, they were timely at getting back to me and helping me get my jeep back on the road. Will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend their services.
