Luke showed up when he said he would and worked quickly to help us get out of the rain and back home. Very easy and pleasant to work with!
My car broke down in the middle of the road, I had no Towtruck driver, I spotted a flatbed and flagged him down, that’s when The tow truck driver (Luke) turned around and got my car out of there to the mechanic. Life saver lol

Amazing company. When my car died on my way to an auto repair shop they were fast to answer my call. They knew exactly where I was with minimal description and had someone on their way and at my car in 6 minutes despite extreme cold and snow (albeit, my car died roughly 5 minutes north from their office). The employee towing my vehicle was incredibly friendly and efficient. Pricing was fair given conditions and distance. When I didn't receive a text with my receipt it was as simple as making a call and they got it sent in seconds, all with a friendly, eager-to-help attitude. While it always sucks to need a tow, I would absolutely go through Wiestar if I ever have need again.
Great people. Had called so many companies in regards a service I needed and nobody was willing to help besides them. Due to the weather, it was an impossible job for myself to get the car on the trailer. Needed to put my vehicle onto a Uhaul trailer bed and they came out and got the vehicle transferred quickly, the driver stayed after finishing the work and helped us strap the car vehicle down properly on our trailer. Great customer service and care. Wish you guys great success. Keep up the great customer service. Goes a long way for others in need.
I had gotten a flat tire and didn’t have a spare and was honestly quite distraught because I had called 8 different companies, I was on hold for a long time, they didn’t have a truck, or it was extremely expensive, but when I called wiestar, Paul (the gentleman that answered the phone) was VERY kind and dispatched someone to me right away. Then the man who came to tow my vehicle (I didn’t get his name) was very pleasant the whole ride to my destination and even answered all the questions I had for him to kill time during the ride. Also for a really great price!!! Cheaper than the other 8 places I called.
Had an engine malfunction randomly on the high way and these guys got to me quick and efficiently. They were super respectful and did all the work. Took really good care of my vehicle and was left in perfect condition. Would for sure call these guys an again if something were to happen. Nate did an amazing job!

Finished reffing basketball this winter out of town and came out to a car that wouldn't start. Called Brian at Wiestar Towing and he was out quickly to get me. Towed my car to a shop near my house and then drove me home. Great customer service, price was less than I expected and wonderful people. Definitely recommend!

The location of my car was a country and gravel road that got stuck in mud after a slight rain fall. Wiestar towing was my third call but should have been my first, they pulled through and were super quick getting there. Super nice and professional, I will ALWAYS call them first from now on!
Weirdest call for tow service I've ever made. There was a kitten under the hood of my vehicle and it scampered down to the undercarriage . I needed the vehicle lifted so we could try to remove the poor thing. John responded and we spent about an hour trying to get to the kitten with no luck. He didn't charge me anything for the hook up and time. That was an unexpected surprise! John, fyi, the can of cat food was mostly eaten the following morning, so at some point the kitten came out to have a bite. Sorry we couldn't send the kitten home with you for your daughters. Hopefully it got to a safe place! Thank you so much for coming to my aid and doing your best to help.

No other towing company would touch our company trucks that broke down on minimum maintenance roads during the snow storm a couple weeks ago, except for wiestar. They came through and no one else would. Driver was courteous, Respectful, and very friendly. Would recommend
"I had a very unfortunate experience with this tow truck company. They were responsible for damaging my car's transmission, and they initially promised to fix it. However, after multiple attempts to contact them and follow up on the repair, they have completely ignored my calls and messages. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected better communication and a commitment to resolving the issue they caused. I cannot recommend this company due to their unreliable service and failure to fulfill their promises."
We had an accident 5 hours from home, thankful Wiestar Towing came to the rescue when our Roadside Assistance wouldn't. The driver was awesome (I believe his name is Alan), as I was pretty shook up, and he was very kind, genuine, and really went the extra mile for us! 10/10 recommend and would use again if we needed.
My Jeep decided to test the skills of my 15-year-old self, by blowing a ball joint! Yay! I was able to keep the car on the road until a driveway, and pulled in there. Keep in mind, this was at S 84th st. and Pioneers, in Lincoln, Ne, a very busy intersection. I called Wiestar Towing at the recommendation of my uncle and grandpa, both of which are local mechanics, and own/used to own their own shops. I'm sure glad they did! Took some work to get the wheel off and onto a block, but we were able to get it on the flatbed, and out to my uncle's shop. When it got dropped off, they took cash OR card. Thanks for all your help!
My pontoon boat on trailer blew out both wheel bearings west of town. My high school buddy Nate Burns at Apollo Automotive Services recommended Wiestar Towing right away. I found out I had roadside assistance on my insurance, and the two other referred companies turned the job down, so I recommended Wiestar and it went through. Showed up right away with TWO trucks for highway safety, and ready to rock on a Saturday night. Got this up and rolling into town in 30 minutes. Strong Work!
