A situation where you have to be towed is RARELY the result of any pleasant circumstances, and a positive attitude from the folks helping you out can make the difference between that situation spiraling into cursing, or making it one of the best experiences of the week.
Earl, the recovery driver from Meyer who came out to tow me to Lincoln, showed up quickly and wasted absolutely no time in getting my rig hooked up, inspected, and on the road.
The 70 mile ride back to Lincoln was made in a tow truck that was VERY clean and comfortable.
Earl made for some great conversation and, in my opinion as a professional driver, represented Meyer well with his professionalism and positivity.
These guys are absolutely the go-to for heavy duty towing in and around Nebraska if you're looking a safe, quick, and quality tow.
These guys were amazingly helpful. Tayler the driver was great and very friendly. We called at about 10pm and they got to us very quickly. They were able to find a good maintenance shop near a hotel. These guys really saved a bad situation and helped make thing way easier to deal with.

Driving across country, we broke down outside of Friend, NE around 10pm one night and, thankfully, we were able to get in touch with Meyer towing. Not only did they send a tow for us but when we let them know we were not from around that area and needed to be towed to an auto shop next to a hotel, they did the research and found one for us. The driver, Tayler, was very polite and professional. He let us, and our little dog, ride in the tow truck with him and after taking the vehicle to the shop, he offered to drop us off at the nearby hotel. He was so friendly and helpful and made an unfortunate situation much better than it could’ve been.
These guys saved us, USAA roadside assistance Could not help us for 2 hours, someone else was going to charge me $620 and be a 3 hour wait. Within 20 minutes they were at my car and changing the tire. So so so happy with my service. My only regret is not calling them sooner.
I called and requested my car to be towed to a mechanic shop - they were on location within 15-minutes - super fast! The driver, Ryan, was quick, friendly, and double-checked the drop off location. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future if needed!!
Great group of people to work with, always answer our calls and take care of our needs. Earl always treats us great and is willing to help us out. Bobby has even come out to assist on one of our calls which shows the customer care they want to provide.
Definitely recommend and would use again. My 1 ton crew cab dually (big truck) broke down on a Saturday night outside of Lincoln. I made a phone call to the dispatcher, he assessed the situation efficiently and he had a truck there quick.
The driver was well qualified and courteous. He took excellent care of my vehicle and got us to safety.
The value was very fair even though it was a late night weekend call they didn't take advantage of me.
On a sunny Sunday afternoon, Jeff Day brought his rotator to help me pull my camper out of a ditch before it tipped over. He did an excellent job and kept my property from receiving any damage at all!
This is such a great company that I am thankful to have in our community!

We had a flat and called this towing company. After they arrived, we found the tool we needed to put a spare tire on, so we no longer needed the towing truck. They were so sweet and didn’t charge us for driving out to us!! Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding! Chris was amazing and very patient with us!! Amazing company!
Drew was amazing and personable, helped me and my friend get to a dealership late at night. I felt safe the whole time and knew my car was in good hands too! Hope we don’t have to call again but this is the place to call if you do.
I would recommend Meyer Towing & Recovery to anyone! Instinct Pet food has used them several times. They are prompt, courteous, & efficient. They have recovered our trailers from melting asphalt to towing our shag truck. They even went all the way to Omaha to pick up our semi truck that broke down. Thanks for all that you do!!
I had a tire blow out on I-80. They let me know how soon they would be there, which was really quick. They made sure my dogs and I were safe and explained the process of what was to take place. I walk with a cane and they assisted me to the truck and got this fat old woman into the truck. Bless him he was so sweet. Conversation to Walmart was pleasant. Dropped me off at the door then unloaded my car. Came back in to see if they could be of anymore assistance. We shook hands but I really felt like hugging them. They deserve more than 5 stars. Awesome!!!!!
Picked up my broke down car and myself within 20 minutes of my call. Brought the car where I requested and waited to see where I needed to go. Actually drove me 20 miles away to the nearest rental car place. Very friendly service! Update, the towing service was great, Meyer Ford in Seward not so much. They've had my car for over 5 weeks after it overheated. Called once after 2 weeks of having it to ask what happened and if it ever started again. Smh!!
My truck broke down when I was traveling and these guys went above and beyond to help me. They made sure my truck got to their location safely and the staff was awesome! Highly recommended if anyone else runs into the same problem I did or if you just need a tow.

I was already having an awful day when I blew a tire on the interstate. They were at my car within 10 min of call and instead of towing was able to change my tire. Was friendly, so efficient and very grateful for the service! Thank you!!
Called and had a tow truck within 25mins at 6pm on a Friday night. Driver was extremely courteous and helpful. Car was delivered promptly and they sent me a text and picture to verify. Could not be happier with service. Will absolutely use these guys again

Responded right away to an accident one of my driver's had, and even assisted us with in getting the truck put back together to drive it home! I would give 10 stars if it where possible, very stand up company!
Drew helped me when one of my tires popped. He quoted me the lowest price of the places I called in the surrounding area and got my car to where it needed to be fast. I would call them again if need be!
