Took in 4 motorcycle engines. Was paid for sheet iron. Not a single scrap of sheet iron in any of the motors. As far as I'm concerned that's theft. What goes around comes around.
Took an old rim in last week and got like 41 bucks and found another rim in my yard this week and went back and only got six bucks Very confused on how they read their prices in rates for metal.
I have been there before. I drove in the back unloaded my pop cans in the bin that a forklift drove in the building. They gave me a slip of paper which I took to the office around the front where they gave me a check for a little over $7 for what I thought was quite a few cans. Apparently the price for cans is down.
Most mixed set of employees I've ever seen in a company. By that I mean most of the people in the yard are some of the most decent and helpful people you will see but the lady I've seen at the front desk most of the time is one of the nastiest people I've ever met. Might as well plan on being treated like the dumbest person on earth if you have to deal with her
Decent deal in the back and the people running the back are easy to work with. Older lady in the office needs better customer service skills and is rude.
Raw deal got ripped off on a few Cats.Went in a little before closing got Cats rated at 50%..They weren't.Im not an expert but seen enough of them to know better then that.It did no good to dispute the fact it was take it or leave it. My mistake should have left it.If that wasn't bad enough I went to get my check and they were listed as small GM when they were large.Which is a big difference in price.So I went back around to them closing the gates and was told to come back tomorrow but basically probably won't do any good.I got 124 dollars not even half of what I should have
Very unorganized, couldn't get any direction on exactly what I was supposed to do. I was told to pull around and someone would help me. Sat in my truck for a half hour no one came to tell me where to go. Couldn't find anyone who worked there. Had to go back to office only to be told that I had to unload it my self in to one of the containers. Unloaded and waited another half hour before anyone picked it up. They gave my scale ticket to someone else and staff did not believe me. Luckily I had pictures of my load on the truck that I had taken to see if someone else wanted to buy it before I scrapped it.
Been there many times. Not always super friendly but based on usual clientele they have reason to be all business. Recently, we had a pretty big load with various material on it and the gal in the office, the scale operator, and other workers were very helpful and accommodating.
Quite rude and when you say something about the disrespectful workers they just tell you they will talk to the workers which means nothing is going to be said.! Funny you allow your workers be disrespectful and give your company a bad rep way to go guys!!!
Saw a woman huffing wd40 in the parking lot behind the wheel of her car with keys in the ignition. Went in to tell the woman behind the front desk and she knew the woman on a first name basis. She told me there was nothing they can do. It wouldn't have bothered me nearly as much if it wasn't clear this woman was planning on driving off after.
Corrupt Place, I will just go to Dowtown Omaha Next Time for sure they pay triple for #1 Metal. No wonder they have a nice little office and send checks from all the people they rip off on a daily basis. Really regret the 2 times I’ve gone here with 2 tons in total for only $240 . I will never be back.
Too lazy slow service the forklift guy just talking to his buddy rather then load me and that old lady in office took hour to make paperwork. Coz she is taking other ppl who's standing behind me he put my work on side they wasted my working hours why man why they dun care about times. No respect no restroom no parking
