Great people I had problem in my trailer my tandems were not sliding these people helped me in minutes they put the nut and all and adjust trailer brakes accordingly and they dint even charge my any money thanks for your help guys much respect..

I broke down on the road, there were no spare parts anywhere, they found them in one day and did it for me, the service was very good, responsive, good service, thanks for the work guys, and most importantly, the prices are very good

These guys are GREAT! Trailer blew a wheel bearing on my way through town in route back to Fort Worth, TX. I made the call and the gentleman said to bring to the shop and they'd take care of it. I was back on the road within a couple hrs. Not bad considering it was a last minute thing.

the worst service I've ever encountered on the road, very lazy staff, they go to lunch for 2.5 hours, without saying anything, they just leave! I don't recommend

I broke down and had to be towed to there shop. They got started right away, figured out the problem and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Great little shop to take your big truck.

Took truck there for injector cups on a DD15. They did the work for a reasonable price in a reasonable timeframe; however, they did NOT drain the fuel tanks! If you know what you’re doing, you know the tanks must be drained! That’s where the coolant goes. Ended up breaking down a few hours down the road in Cheyenne and had to wait a week for a spot at the local Freightliner to open up. I lost a week of revenue and $1300! There’s no excuse on this. Freightliner drained several gallons of coolant from the fuel tanks.

Did rear main seal for us. Good people, fair prices and great work. Will definitely use them again if in the area.

I was parked in their lot, and early in the morning, my ac compressor seized and burnt the belts off. They not only got me in as quick as they can, but got me going and out the door in reasonable time. And everyone there are great to deal with

Very honest affordable work. Great customer service and doesn't nickel and dime your pockets. He's gives you upfront cost on diagnosing it and points out anything else that's out of ordinary. He saved me lots of money. I will use these great people for anymore services coming through here and will direct my company to send their trucks coming through here that needs repairs.

They were able to diagnose the issue with my truck in a short time. The owner was nice enough to pick me up and drive me back from the hotel to the shop during a winter storm so he could go over the damages.

Had a bad transmission that the freightliner dealer in Sydney refused to work on under warranty. Came to MCM Truck repair, they got the new transmission in, within a day, once the new one arrived. Even came in their day off on Christmas Eve, to get me on the road again. Amazing people to work with, definitely coming here again if I’m in the area and needing more work done.

We had and emergency. During our road trip our e350 ford shuttle bus broke 4 lug nut studs and had a flat tire on a dully. We called bunch of mechanics all said they can do the repairs after two-three days. Mcm guys took us instantly and started repairs. Found all the parts that we needed and we where on the road same day. I am no mechanic but I know thing or two about cars. Everything was done professionally, no unnecessary repairs, staff was very friendly and price for the quality was on point. Highly recommend.

This is my second time in this mechanic shop. First time was good experience but now but things gets difference. I was Colt for 2 hours labor for change a wheel seal & a air bag on my truck, but now prices rise up to double the hours. I got said work by Mike was very good but prices different change.

Called about low oil pressure they took us right in. Was done in about an hour.No more problems so far. Highly recommend these people!

I drive for a living and its hard sometimes when you're on the road, don't know anyone and have an emergency. Driving from Indiana to Cali and had an issue in North Platte. Couldn't find anyone to help but called MCM in Ogallala. They said get here and we'll figure it out. Knowing I was traveling they basically all dropped what they were working on and got to work on my trailer. Brake actuator had a broken line and they had me back on the road quickly. Thanks so much to everyone!

Theese people are just great! Bad fuel leak had to be towed off of I-80. They ordered parts, took me to a great motel. Next morning parts arrived at checkout time of motel my truck was fixxed. Theese people are very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. All I can say what a God send hiding in the middle of nowhere, Ogallala Nebraska!

I broke down on the Interstate 80 at a rest area. I called the tow company that was posted there, and they were too busy, so they gave me the number to this place. I called them and they sent Mike to tow me. He showed up within minutes and had me hooked up and towed to a dealership. I have to say, Mike was not only Very Helpful but also Very Professional in his work. I can't express enough how Thankful I am that he showed up. He also took his personal time on his lunch break to come back to the dealer and give me and my pets a ride to a motel so I can stay there while having my car repaired for the night. Without Mike's help I would've been stranded and not know where to go or what to do. Mike's generosity is something to be acknowledged and grateful for. THANK YOU MIKE YOU'RE NOT ONLY A TRUE GENTLEMAN BUT ALSO GREAT TOW DRIVER. I APPRECIATE NOT ONLY MEETING YOU, BUT ALSO THE EXTRA HELP YOU EXTENDED TO ME. PROFESSIONAL THIEVES!!!! BE AWARE... One of our semi trailer's two tires flew under the trailer. Those two tires we just put them in TA Pennsylvania day before. My driver end up going to MCM. Owner I think his name is Steve told me it is going to cost me $1500 over the phone. When I asked for written estimate he says they are closing the shop for the day and it is $1500 of course no written estimate... My driver leaves the trailer and in the morning they fixed it. Driver got the bill and called me saying they want 2129 now!!!! I asked him to put the owner on the phone owner is screaming in the back I'm not talking with anyone you eighter pay me or your m.... f.... trailer stays here. By the way he only except cash or comcheck!!! To me it shows that they did this to so many people so many times they know how to screw a person who is already stuck with them .We are going to contact DMV Nebraska to file a claim and also State Troopers office and etc..It is not the amount of money being robbed and the treatment. We do not want anyone else to get rubbed and being treated this way.

Absolute theives!! Charged $2,000.00 for a 15 mile tow on a SUV with a mere busted brake line, and an additional $3,000.00 on a total loss camper in the same incident. $5000.00 for one job?! Business must be that bad. Low down crooks.

Our transmission went out while cruising down the interstate in the middle of the night. Fortunately we were able to make it to the Ogallala TA. When the shop opened in the morning at the TA they informed us that they don't deal with transmissions but directed us across the street to MCM. I'm glad they did, my boyfriend spoke with the owner explained what happened and he knew exactly what he was talking about, told us to bring the truck over and immediately looked at it and diagnosed the problem in no time. Everyone in the shop was extremely nice and helpful, one of the guys even brought my dog a cup of water. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a shop. They are also excellent mechanics, replacing the transmission in a timely manner. The truck is running better than it ever has! All this at a reasonable price from honest mechanics. Thanks again! MCM has awesome customer service!! I blew a tire in my RV on I80 in the 100 degree heat. MCM came right to our service and at their closing time. John was the serviceman who came and changed our tire and with utmost professionalism. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very kind. Thank you MCM and John!!

Wonderful quick service and super nice people. We broke down at night at the truck stop down the street while traveling east on 80 and still eleven hours from home. We called and Scott said he could fix next morning and told us where we could get motel. He also offered to tow if necessary. He got us in first thing this morning and had us back on the road quickly. The bill was less than we could've fixed it ourselves. Lisa in the office was as pleasant as could be and the whole experience was great. I would highly recommend MCM.

Do not use them at all they are unfriendly they don't care about anyone but money ..... Here is what happened ... We were in an accident (Truck and 5th wheel trailer roll over) on July 29h 2016 out on Hwy 92 at about 4pm. A white Ford Fusion came into our lane, my husband swerved to miss the head on collision but in swerving the trailer caught a colvert flipping the trailer and truck totaling both out. The owner of MCM Towing / MCM Truck Repair got the call from Nebraska State Patrol to tow both vehicles and clean up debri from the accident. When arriving he was very rude to us saying " I need you to get out of my way, I have to clean up the mess you made". The tone and expression in which he used was very uncalled for. We were still trying to tend to the wounded, round up our dogs that were in the trailer. We were at the hospital for about 5 hours and then had to try to find a hotel the would accept our dogs and some relitives that had came down.The next day we asked if we could get some of the personal belongings out of the truck and camper, again, met with unprovoked anger, but he didg agree to let us get our personal stuff. After arriving, we started gathering our belongings under the watchful eye of one of his henchman. When we were getting ready to leave the overlord called his boss on the phone and he shut the gates. When asked if he could open them he refused saying "he was under orders to not let us leave until his boss arrived." As we tried to make our way to the other gate the owner showed up, sliding to a stop in front of us. He began yelling at us that we can't take everything (we had misc paperwork, change from console, tools that were in camper, lawn chairs, and the like). I told him that he didn't have to be so angry and unfriendly , he looked at me (holding his palm towards me), and said "I ain't even talking to you young lady." We decided not to pursue anymore confrontations with him and left. He followed us out of town
