Stranded in Ogallala, had to have my vehicle towed to a dealership in Colorado Springs. A terrible situation, but appreciate these guys being up for it on a Saturday night. Fast and friendly, definitely would recommend.
We got stuck around 11pm at lake Mac while messing around in the mud. Cody had no problems coming and towing us out. We were in our lifted truck and we were sunken in the mud! Cody got us out in no time! I recommend!

Cody is the sweetest man! He met us in 30 mins and communicated wonderfully with us to find our location. He gave us tips on what to look out for in the future and kept my car safe during the tow.
It was our first time visiting Lake McConaughy in my honda front wheel drive. Needless to say we got stuck a few times goin out to the beach. If we ever return with this car I’m definitely calling him again, and recommended anyone to use his service.

Cody from Serenity Towing came out to rescue me from soft beach sand. He arrived within a half hour of my call to AAA, in an awesome Swiss Army vehicle. He was very pleasant and professional. I was hot and in distress, not even sure which way to turn the wheel. He was patient and kind. He had me back on the road within 20 minutes and I gave him a tip.
Very professional and courteous, gave very good updates on timing and took very good care in loading and hauling my vehicle. Was very contentious of where my vehicle was left. I would call them again.
Cody towed my car about 200 miles from Nebraska to Colorado after I got a tire blowout while driving cross country. No one in the town in Nebraska was able to get me a tire to get me back on the road so I needed to the BMW roadside assistance to tow me the 3 hours back to Colorado. Cody was great to ride back with. Even though the AC wasn’t working in his truck at the time and it was close to 100 degrees outside he made several stops along the journey to get us cold drinks and offered to stop and allow my old dog to have potty breaks and stretch the legs. Cody was easy to talk to but also allowed me to just do my thing on my phone. Much needed during a 3 hour drive. He made every time we stopped that my car was secure. Thank you again Cody!

I had a blowout on the freeway and it was 110° outside. I called AAA and was told that it would be 3 hours before they could get to me and I was blown away. I am not capable of sitting in heat for any length of time and unfortunately my AC wasn't working properly in my truck. So I called Cody, the owner at Serenity Towing, and he got to me within 30 minutes. 30 minutes! I couldn't believe it! What am I paying AAA for? Cody was so pleasant, very competent and capable, and got my truck towed to where I needed to be to fix the problem quickly. I totally recommend Serenity Towing!
Serenity Towing came in Major League Service in helping my father and myself with getting us off the side of the Highway and towing us to a near by hotel to rest up. Next day when we need to have my car towed to the next town over to hook it up to a truck and trailer Cody our tow driver offered to get us there quickly and safely.
