They were the first company I called and even though they were busy they were polite and professional. He showed up with a beautiful tow truck that made my old beast look even worse, but he did a great job.
Money hungry people I broke down on the highway had my truck and trailer towed by them told them I would be back with a rental to grab my trailer they got all angry because I told them I was coming back and told them I was coming back that night to get my stuff and trailer they proceeded to say “you didn’t mention anything of that to me” I told him yes I did in the office he then charged my company 3600 for 8 miles and proceeded to say it took 4 hrs it took an hr and half won’t take credit cards over the phone
These people are hungry for money. Our insurance paid them twenty-seven thousand dollars for truck and trailer towing. But it was not enough for them! When we came to pick up our trailer, they came up with an extra invoice, and they charged me nine hundred dollars for taking pictures and videos ( for our insurance claim). OMG 900 dollars, are you people insane? The owner even told me that if I didn't pay , he would not release the trailer, and almost hung up the phone! Next time you have to tell customers that you charge for puctures, so people know how much your "favor" costs!!
Quick Excellent service. Towed me off the Interstate swiftly. I was terrified on the side of the road. Got me to a great mechanic and even checked to make sure I made it home the next day.
Kelly was amazing. We were traveling and had some of the plastic of our car rubbing against the tire. Kelly helped to fix the problem and get us back on the road. We offered to pay him for his time and he declined. He was friendly and professional.
Please do NOT have these people tow your vehicle, ESPECIALLY after an accident. Listen to all the negative reviews about them taking advantage. They charged our truck driver a total of $1500 ($1300 for the tow and $200 for storage)for 2 miles of towing and 2 days of storage ( Friday afternoon to Monday Morning), which just so happened to be closed. While that's understandable, the driver should not have to pay for those days as he would taken the truck out sooner if they were open.
To add onto the horrible experience, the people there are just outright rude and do not know how to treat customers well. Everything that they said come out with an attitude. We tried to get the truck fixed there but couldn't get a straight answer on expected completion and cost. I understsnd not knowing exact costs and time but a business needs to supply their customer with some sort of timeline and in timely manner.
Lastly, their form of payment is cash only. I mean who thinks it's simple to just take out hundreds of dollars in cash? Most banks/ATMs have a daily max. Driver had to be driven around all over the place and use multiple cards to pull the ludicrous amount they were asking to release the truck.
Crooks, they ripped us off after we were in a major car accident!! Made a horrible time in our lives that much worse!! Who charges $500 to tow a car 7 miles?!? Then because they didn't take credit cards we couldn't get anything out of our car until we paid it. Which we found out later was illegal to hold our personal belongings. We only had the shirts on our back and were thousands of miles from home.Then when we went there WITH CASH the guy working there claimed that he didn't know where our car was!! All we could do was get the stuff that my husband was smart to put off to the side in their shop. They kept half our stuff that was still in the car! Shame on them!
They wanted to nickel and dime us for every little thing... Not to mention their towing fees are outragous and well above the national average. Crooks! And I feel he was not very pleasant person.
