Exceptional service, small town hospitality, these guys are doing it right! We were on our way from MN to Denver to pick up a family member for a cross country road trip. Our car, loaded with all our possessions for a 11 day vacation, was involved in a bad accident on I-80 that left it undriveable. After towing our disabled car off the interstate they brought us, and our belongings, to a local hotel for the night. The next morning they transported us to Denver airport so we could collect our Son, rent a car, and continue our trip. Thank you Kent, Dan and Travis, you saved the day and our vacation!
These guys are amazing! Blew two tires during the severe weather. Super polite, very helpful and timely with amazing energy that made me feel safe and comfortable from the first call, to the towing itself, to payment in the end. If you are in need of help give the guys at kents a call!
Dan and Kent's towing helped us out with a flat on the I-80. Didn't realize my spare had a locking lug nut, and Dan broke it off, and replaced our tire and saved us a tow.

I had a tire that flattened with no advance warning. Luckily, Kent's Towing was not far from the mishap. They responded quickly and towed my car to the nearest dealership. I'm grateful they are available in the small town of Ogallala and surrounding area! Thanks, guys!
I broke down in the 80-mile 115 at 8:30 p.m., and the temperature was —17 F. They came pretty fast, did a great job moving the truck, and ensured I was warm. Plus, they dropped me off at the hotel close to the shop where the truck went. They go pretty far towing pretty much anything from small cars to large Semi trucks. The best option in the area.
Kent, Dan, Troy and others at Kent’s towing were a great help when we had our 2 car accident. Very quick to respond to our call, helped locate trailer to haul our car home and just very very nice people. Kent’s towing should be who you call in the Ogallala NE area. Thank you all so much!
Got a flat in Ogallala while on a cross country trip. Kent’s picked me up within 20 minutes of my call and took me and my vehicle to a local tire repair shop. Quick and easy…just what I needed
If you’re planning to take your car or truck by this place beater thing twice this place are laying out crocks they will take your truck still fuel that everything off block you in space that no way out so you will be at they Marcie . Everything so they will charge more .
Kents Towing- if you bust a rim (oh - a ‘wheel’ in the techie terms) like this, and you don’t have a “normal style” rim, or drive a vehicle with specialty rims, you will NOT find a rim within 300 miles for days. You’ll just need to tow the vehicle- that’s where Kent’s comes in- he’s totally willing to work 24-7 to help (wish I’d have known that) and has a huge coverage range (also wish I’d have known that!)
And here’s the range: typical service range is Chappell and julesburg to North Platte, but we do long distance tows to the front range and Cheyenne and Omaha/Lincoln area all of the time
So if you don’t have an immediate replacement or really damage thing by hitting a BRICK on the interstate at midnight, just call for the tow. And if you’re near Big Springs there’s a motel (awesome place!) but if your stranded at a lake or somewhere in this “gap area” of western Nebraska.. call Kents! Really friendly and follows up!

On a late Sunday afternoon in May my husband and a friend were driving from SD to AZ when their pro master van with an enclosed trailer broke down 45 miles north of North Platte, NE. After numerous calls with AAA my husband received a call from a driver for Kent's Towing who was able to drive out to help them. When the he got there he was very professional , friendly and quick. (We can't remember his name but know he is a Marine veteran.) The driver not only dropped off the van and trailer at O'Reilly's in Ogallala for the night (as it was closed) but also secured a loaner car so the guys could get to a hotel for the night and back to O'Reilly's in the morning to fix the van. They returned the car and thanked the guys again at Kent's Towing once the repaired the van and before getting back on the road. The guys at Kent's Towing were awesome in helping my husband - going above and beyond what most other businesses would normally do and we highly recommend them.
These guys are the best. I highly recommend them. We were stranded at a state campground with a motorhome. The guy who towed us not only found us in the middle of nowhere, he dropped the rv off 47 miles to a repair shop. They are quick and professional.
Dan took really good care of my daughter when our car broke down that she was driving. When I spoke to him later he told me to call my dealer and have them look into the issue with my car. He had helped others on the highway with the same issue. Thanks so much for your advice.

The Friday night of Memorial Day weekend, our family of 6 was headed to Lincoln for a family event. We coasted to a stop 6 miles west of Julesberg, Colorado. AAA suggested we call a taxi or an Uber to transport our family….which is hilarious. Thank goodness for Kent’s Towing! Travis came to our rescue and brought us a minivan to borrow until we could figure out our next steps the following day. This van was provided at no additional cost and is kept for exactly our predicament. Dan and Travis rescued us from not only I-76 but from the stress of having mechanic failure with 4 kids in rural America. Thank you for all you did for us and apparently have done for so many others! I hope we won’t need your services again but am grateful YOU were there, when did! Thank you so much!

On Sunday afternoon my daughter and fiancée broke down 4 1/2 miles from home in a rest area after traveling from Michigan. Our insurance couldnt find a towing company so after many phone calls of no one willing to tow them to Colorado Springs Dan answered "yes, no problem". His company was a breath of relief for me as a parent and my daughter. His driver Troy was pleasant and professional and drove their broken down vehicle and a small uhaul trailer all of the way. I give them my highest recommendation! They are lifesavers! Dan was out promptly, loaded our car on to the truck, gave us a ride 130 miles to Kearney to get our car repaired, and dropped us at a hotel at 1:00 am.
On vacation traveling from Minneapolis to Phoenix and we had a fuel pump go out on us on I 80. So blessed to have a guy named Tony help us out with that diagnosis and giving us the number to Kent’s. Best Tow Company I've ever dealt with. I had an accident on I-80 and Dan responded. Loaned me a vehicle to get around while I dealt with the insurance company and some other things that came up. I had accidently left some personal items in the trunk of the Loaner Car. Dan took time to ensure that my belongings were carefully packaged and shipped them to my home in Kansas City MO.
There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe Dan and Kent's Towing! I would give them 10 Stars if I could.
Kent and Dan are great. My truck broke down outside of Scottsbluff and I needed to get home to Colorado Springs. No local towing companies would do it. Kent's drove about 135 miles to get to me, and then towed us another 250 miles to Colorado Springs...after regular business hours. They went above and beyond - way above. Couldn't give them 10 stars or I would have :-) Highly recommend!
Our transmission went out on our truck 69 miles from our vacation spot at lake McConaughey. AAA sent Kent's Towing to rescue us. Dan towed the truck and travel trailer to our campground and set us up for our vacation. The next day he towed the truck to the repair shop in North Platte. Great service and excellent customer care. Had a tire blow out on our way through on I80 and had no spare. No repair shops are open on the weekend except for Walmart in Lexington. Dan picked us up and drove us two hours so we could get our tire replaced. He was very friendly and very fair priced. Can't say enough good things about Dan and Kent's towing!! Thank you very much!! Would highly recommend them for anyone needing a tow!!

AMAZING!!! I don’t know what we would have done without Kent. Driving from coast to coast, out truck got an absolutely shredded flat tire (it was a new tire, too!) on the highway. We had the spare, we had the tools, and we just couldn’t get 2 of the lug nuts off. It was a Sunday and we were sure we were stuck on the side of I80 for the rest of the day. Took a chance and called Kent’s Towing and he was there in half an hour with the lug nuts off in less than a minute! Saved our butts - AND was about as nice and kind as we could have hoped! I’d used him again and again!
