Shar was awesome! 10hrs into a 30hr road trip and we got a check engine light. She got the code diagnosed and had the part we needed on the shelf. Thirty minutes later we were back on the road. Thanks!

Had some vehicle issues passing through ogallala stopped here. Miranda was a big help in diagnosing the issues as well as information on the repair. Great customer service as well.

Was on hour 11 of driving for the day when our alternator went out, don’t remember the guys who where in the store names but they had an alternator for us and a number we could call for someone to help install the alternator. “Mr mechanico” came and finished the alternator for us and we were able to make it home. Great small town full of awesome people who care the locals and strangers passing through!

They not only made sure to get me a new gas cap with a tether so I wouldn't lose it, Russell came out and got it put on my car. Great customer service!

I needed a part that the Ford house did not have a real I was having a difficult time finding it :,CHAR from O’Reillys in Ogallala Nebraska not only had the part in stock but put me in contact with a diesel mechanic that met me at O’Reillys and installed it outstanding service highest recommendation

So my husband & I had a hub assembly go out a mile away from a pilot in Bog Springs along i80. We contacted this location & Jonathan managed to get us the part. We found a ride from a fellow Horizon driver to come get it. Once back down to Pilot he noticed the axle had broke & contacted Jonathan again. He got us the part & offered to bring it down to us after he got off work. Mind you this is 20mil away so he went above & beyond to help us out. If he wouldn’t have we would have been stuck way longer then we already were. So we just want to thank him for helping us out. Great service in store & over the phone.

Go in here often , staff does try to assist you and be helpful. If it's an oddball part Char is great about finding it. Friendly staff today just didn't have any of the stuff I needed in stock

I needed to change my headlights and the staff was super helpful. I had to do an exchange on the high beam light bulbs and they had no problem helping me. Their service is fast and the staff is knowledgeable.

O'Reilly's has some of the best prices but when it comes to their crew members they sure hire some a knowledgeable people who have no idea what they're doing or talking about. Last time I was in there it was a total joke when I got told my vehicle didn't have a fuse for the turn signals. I laughed at him for common sense. Surely doesn't kick in sometimes

Travelling with some friends from Omaha to Denver when our car started to act up. We stopped to use the check engine reader and Victoria gave us excellent customer service. We bought a fuel additive and switched to high octane gas due to vapor lock. She gave us of peace of mind which is priceless. Thanks again Victoria!

Joshua was amazing. The customer service was next level!! My daughter was passing through and needed a battery. I am in Indianapolis Indiana. I called the nearest location to her and O’reillys was there to help with no hesitation!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

We were just outside of ogalala driving home to Omaha when our car broke down which we had towed to o Reilly in ogalala as they had the part we thought we needed. When it turned out that we needed more done than we thought, they provided us their own personal tools cart and even so far as letting us try tools off the shelf that we weren’t sure we would need. When we figured what further car parts we needed with the help of their own mechanic (free of charge) they helped us track down the part that they did not have, drove my husband to go get it, and back. When the Chevy dealer in town told us they couldn’t look at our car until two days later, o Reilly connected us with a mechanic who came to us and further fixed our vehicle to get us on the road. While it was a long and frustrating process, o reilly made it significantly better by doing everything they possibly could to help us get home to Omaha. Thank you o reilly ogalala!

Believe it or not. This place was better than the car repair placed. They were great people and kind. One of the staff came out with a computer in hand. He was able to tell me more of what I needed to know. My insurance company called a tow company, who had to come out of Greeley. I ended up waiting a long time. The staff came out offen to make sure I was OK. Not too many people do that anymore.

VERY VERY nice and friendly staff. 100% satisfied with the customer service there. The staff was actually helpful and willing. Im going to come back to this store even if it's an hour away from me. Strongly recommend ?

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We were traveling and had a wheel bearing go out in Nebraska, exactly half way in our trip. I called around and these guys were the only shop open on Sunday and they had the part in stock. The guy that helped us was very nice. I met a guy in the parking lot that knew a guy that could replace the bearing in the parking lot. He showed up with tools and went to work, he was a great shade tree mechanic. During the repair the O’rileys guy would check on us and he brought out a wheel puller when we needed it. When the mechanic got things back together I gladly paid the man and we were on the road safely. I would highly recommend this place. There was another guy in the parking lot changing a broken axel on his 4 runner, it is obviously the place to be. Oh oh oh O’riley …Auto Parts!!!

A big thanks to Tony, checking the alternator, determined that it needed replacing. Allowing us to do the repairs in the parking lot after hours. Got alternator replaced and had my daughter back on the road to Iowa. Thanks for your help Tony, appreciate your concern. I recommend Sydney O'reilly's, ask for Tony.

I was out here visiting from Denver when I had a car emergency needing my tires fixed. Every place in town was closed but the 2 gentleman in the store went above and beyond to help me find someone after hours to help. I truly appreciate their help and for being so kind tbeu turely went above and beyond the call of duty and customer service.

What an amazing staff working here. I was driving by out of town when my oil filter started leaking. I stopped by and the guys working here gave me their professional opinion on what needed to be done. I changed my oil filter and the guys gave me a tool to unscrew it with and a pan to lay under my car. I was in and out fast and back on road.

I was on a road trip from Denver to Chicago when my battery light came on. Everyone at O'Reilly's went above and beyond for me to help me solve my issue. I would really like to take the time out to thank Char for her hospitality and helping me get to a mechanic to have my alternator replaced. On our way from Idaho to Georgia Ann's needed an alternator. The manager came out and verified what we needed and then brought out a cart full of tools for us to do the job. While we were making the repairs he was charging a jump booster to get us going. Al was a hero today! Thank you!

Awesome customer service. My sister had battery issues late Saturday while returning to Chicago from San Francisco and stopped at the Ogallala store to buy jumper cables. To the rescue came Matt. He helped properly diagnose her problem and determined that it was a battery issue not a bad alternator by bench testing the battery. With the new battery installed by Matt, she and her dog Riley were headed home to Chicago. THANKS MATT & THANKS O'Reilly Auto Parts.......you have our business forever.

Traveling from out of state and thought I was having problems with the battery in my Tahoe. The tech check my battery as well as alternator and found everything to be OK. I appreciated his honesty, when he could have just as easily changed a few settings on his tester, to indicate a shorted cell in my battery for a quick sale. Way to go O'Reilly !!
