I had a great interaction with the young driver. After driving 6 miles on a dirt road he was still in a good mood & immediately started hooking up my truck.
His expertise was visible from the time he started untill he left. Additionally, he was very social engaging in conversation.

The wheels on the driver’s side of our travel trailer sheared off and it was sitting on its axles. The guys that came with the heavy duty flat bed truck were very knowledgeable in jacking up the axles and putting the spare tire on the trailer to be able to load the trailer. They knew to block off the closest lane for safety. During the time getting the truck to the site, etc we were kept informed as to how long it would take, etc. She was very reassuring during the whole procedure.
Company fully explain why they could not be out right away and told me when to expect someone. They met their commitment and provided the proper equipment and operators so that our RV was not damaged. It was a very good experience.
I had such an excellent experience with Hanser’s, from the moment the phone was answered late at night till the moment I drove off with my camper’s tire replaced and the bumper that ripped it to shreds (I’d hit a deer) repaired to a level that I could safely get back to Michigan!

The Hanser's team took care of us quickly with safe and friendly service. On our way home from camping our truck had a radiator issue. They towed our truck and camper home. We were impressed with how quickly they reached us on a Sunday afternoon and how efficient and friendly everyone was.
I'm guessing a long wait is normal for the circumstance ,and the price is hard to swallow for the average person...but I had little choice.. great service though from Gabe... professional and personable....we talked on the 1 1/2 hour ride back and he's a really good guy...best wishes on his wedding...
Yesterday, my husband and I were stranded in Crows Agency with no key to our car, and no way to obtain one with it being a Sunday past 5pm. We spent hours calling everyone we could find on Google with no luck. We are from Virginia, traveling through to Washington and our car insurance was unable to assist us. We were given the name of Hansers and gave them a call. Shelly was able to dispatch Gabe to our location. She was epitome of professionalism and empathy! Gabe was there shortly and got us loaded up, and drove us to Billings. This company went above and beyond for a couple of strangers with no way to get on the road again. If we could give more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve it.
Everyone at Hansers was amazing during my experience with them yesterday. A tire flew off my truck while driving so I was very shaken up when I called, and Shelly with dispatch was very calm, kind, and quickly calmed me down and was able to get a truck sent out to me within minutes. When Jim arrived he immediately checked that I was okay before starting with my vehicle. He worked quickly and was able to get us off the road in minutes, but still frequently stopped to check that my mom and I were okay after the incident and prioritized our safety during the job. Shelly even called me back to check that I was alright and that Jim had made it to me. When we arrived at our destination Jim took extra time and care to place my truck on stands to prevent further damage, and we also learned that Whisper had joined him on the ride in case I was still shaken up and wanted a woman’s presence while waiting for my ride. In short, the amazing crew at Hansers made what started as a horrible experience very easy and painless, and handled the job with more care and compassion than I could’ve ever expected.

My experience with Hanser’s Towing was probably a little more in depth and involved than most. Initially, they responded to help us out by towing my truck and 5th wheel travel trailer into Livingston, Mt. the driver was a great guy. Very personable and pleasant and helped us out with a great and positive personality. We had a little issue at our destination that caused some damage to the truck and front cap of the RV when we arrived in Livingston. Here is where it got involved. lol. But! The response that we received from this company was nothing less than stellar. I was put into contact with Shel Hanser directly, who ever assured me everything would be taken care of. And it was. Absolutely top notch business owner! Even when insurance companies tried throw a kink into getting repairs done, he was right there to step in and get it taken care of. I can’t say enough positive things about the way this company runs and the greatness they displayed when the unexpected things do happen! Keep doing what you guys are doing! Your great!
I was on a 3500 mile road trip with a small off road trailer when we experienced a major mechanical malfunction which stranded us luckily right at a rest stop on I-90. Hanser's and specifically our driver Dakota went all out and quite literally came to the rescue for our family of four, plus two dogs and a cat. Not only did Dakota just drop our truck at the shop for us, but drove us across town with our trailer and dropped us safely at the hotel while we awaited our repairs. The whole experience with them in a time of need was extremely swift, helpful and organized. Thanks again for the lift!!!!

Giving a 4 star only because I feel I should have gotten a little more for scraping my vehicle. My engine went but there were alot of good working parts. They didn't want to negotiate at all. It was take it or leave it. Other than that , they were very friendly and super easy to work with

Our tow truck driver Gage was above and beyond amazing. His conversational skills, personality, and attitude made our bad day a little bit better. We really enjoyed our hour ride from where our car broke down back to Billings, and Gage even dropped us off at a nearby Hotel. Someone get this person a raise!
The two fellas sent to assist with getting my RV to Billings were outstanding, very personable, professional and safety conscious very much appreciate them. The one out of Billings was Owen, I don’t remember the fellas name who came from Lewistown. Brenda the dispatcher was just the same as the two fellas.
