I had a great experience being towed by JH Motors. I was having a really difficult time getting hansers to agree or stick to a time they agreed to pick it up, they even left me on the side of the road twice rather than calling and telling me to reschedule. I called JH motors and the women at the front desk was immediately nicer, more comforting, and most importantly helpful. Within an hour after talking to her they already had my car and were dropping it off to it's requested place. I would absolutely use them again.

On 8/1/25 the steering linkage broke while I was hauling a load, and I pulled over to the side. I first called one company, and they said it would cost $1,800 to tow the truck. Then I called J H Motors, and they agreed to do the same job for $350.

I JUST HAVE TO SAY THAT CHRISTIAN WAS & IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS TO WORK WITH !! I had one of my brothers pass away & to top that off I also had to get my "home" moved when the transmission on my truck started slipping..Long story short I has to leave it in an area that had 3 different routes in & out,in thus case two were private basically driveways & YES I WAS BLOCKING A BUSINESS after 9:00 pm & one of the Private roads..The sheriff called into have it towed on a Saturday around 12:00 am while I was going to unload my truck..J & H Motors THANK THE GOOD LORD ABOVE received the call !! IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANY OTHER TOWING COMPANY IN BILLINGS, MT THERE IS NO WAY THAT I COULD EVER BEEN ABLE TO GET MY HOME BACK !! THANKS TO CHRISTIAN & THE HIGHER POWERS ABOVE I WAS ABLE to come up w/the funds to get it back..If CHRISTIAN would not have asked if there was anyway that they could work with me I LITERALLY WOULD HAVE LOST EVERYTHING !! Called when we locked our keys in the car while out at Duck Creek, she promptly checked to see how far out her guys were it was almost an hour before they could make it… instead of making us wait she called another company to see if anyone was available called me back in 5 minutes with a different number to call for another great company in town and were there in less then 20. I called j&H towing and the ever so kind lady Chris immediately sent her guy Dillon over to try n help me out, I had a flat and much to my surprise no spare ugh 😩 stressed out and not sure what I was going to do Dillon stepped up and helped me in every way possible he could to get me back on the road. He even called around town to find me the best price on tires wow 🤩 who does that !!!!!! He took my tire off drove me to the tire place to get me my tire then back to my car to put it on………. Hanser's towing and roadside assistance is an excellent and professional service. Very quick service and easy to work with. We had the pleasure to receive help/assistance from Jim B, one of their experienced Drivers. Jim was very detailed and business minded but showed genuine concern for us, including our 19 month old pup and transporting him with us during a time of unexpected truck troubles. Jim truly has compassion for helping others and loves what he does! He's an asset to Hanser's company!

My day started nose down in a big ol' ditch on the side of the road and not knowing what to do I called BPD and they came to help and ordered me a tow truck. The tow truck that showed up was driven by Cody with J.H. Motors. I can only imagine after crying on the side of the road and in the back of the officer's car I looked a hot mess and had no idea what was happening or what I was doing. Cody and his partner (sorry did not get name), got my car pulled out of the ditch (in very cold and ugly weather), hooked up to the truck and dropped me and my busted up car off at the auto body shop. Upon arriving at the auto body shop, I realized I did not have an insurance claim number like I thought I did but they handled it like pro's and got my information and provided me their information so I could call back with my claim information after I got home and pulled myself together. Also when I called to give my claim information the lady in the office who I spoke with was so kind and asked me multiple times if I was OK. She even called back to let me know that insurance had taken care of everything. Next time I need a tow truck (hopefully not anytime soon) I will call them directly to come save me. Thank you!!

J H Motors saved my Monday night! After a long day at work I was ready to go home and relax, but my tire was completely flat and I found out that I didn't have the tools or confident know how to change my tire on my own. Distressed and at a loss, I called them up, and they came to my rescue to fix me up and send me on my way within the hour! The customer service was wonderful and the woman I spoke with on the phone helped set my mind at ease. Unfortunately, I can't remember what her name was, but she made sure she got all the right information to give me straight answers and even alternative solutions if the first option she gave me didn't work out. She was able to have one of the gentleman on call come out to change my tire for me and they made sure to bring a tow truck just in case my spare donut tire wasn't up to standard for a safe drive back home, and thankfully it was! I am so thankful for the professionalism and knowledgeable workers at J H Motors for helping me out, and I know who I'm calling the next time I need anything towed!
A great Big THANK YOU to the guys at JH Motor. They are the go to Heavy Duty wrecker service in Yellowstone County. We have called on them many times in the past but this morning they were again right on top of it when we needed them early. Within 25 minutes of my call they were there and had a difficult situation corrected in no time. Helped me out a lot. Not once, but, twice. First time, they came and got me and my wrecked semi from the shoulder of the road where I was literally about to freeze to death. They were the only tow company willing to bill insurance, and definitely the only folks willing to come get me out of the snow. They saved my life. I'll never be able to express that enough.
Just yesterday, they moved my truck from the shop it was at to another shop, and they were cheerful and professional about it the entire time.

Not only was she very unwilling to give a quote over the phone, but she was pretty rude when I informed her that I got a better quote with Bulldog Towing. I won’t be requesting a quote or services from JH Motors ever again nor would recommend them for anyone!
