Called hansers for 2000 dimmer switch was told I’d get a call the next day, didn’t called again was told they didn’t have one veryyyy common part, walked in here was greeted by a couple ol’ boys willing to look for whatever had one within seconds and they even found so 7mm screws they gave me for my gas filler neck to shroud!!! Good people here that care I’ve bought multiple engines from hansers this part they had but didn’t want to waste their time on since it is obviously cheap since so abundant was made in 7 years of Gm tahoes, suburbans, silverados, sierras, etc.. these guys are the best!
These guys are amazing! I was in Montana for a family reunion 2 weeks ago. We were getting ready to head home to NW Washington, and I took a chance on Friday late afternoon and made a call to see if I could find a auto trans for our Cadillac CTS. Talked to these guys and they said that they weren't sure if they had one, that they would check and call back. Well they did call back and confirmed that they had it! Plus it was a fairly low mileage unit and about 1/2 the price of any other I could find. I had a problem, leaving in the morning, over one hundred miles away, and they are not open on Saturdays! Explained my predicament, and they volunteered to meet me on Saturday so I could pick up transmission. These guys are incredible, they truly went the extra mile for me, I highly recommend them!
