Extremely rude and unpleasant man. Tried to tell me he was going to refuse to allow me to have my vehicle when I was there trying to pay for it. One price given on the phone and upped it when I got there by $200. Treated me like I was stupid and wrong. Yet the invoice stated the same price that he stated on the phone. Refused to give me an accurate reciept and wouldnt give me my car if I didnt pay the $200 extra. Would only accept cash. CAN ANYONE SAY TAX FRAUD.
Towed my car. Called them the same day, they said $650 I tried to drop it down and they wouldn’t budge . Then it turns out nobody called to tow us, they took it upon themselves to tow. According to the city it was an illegal tow. They are scammers. only wanted Cash. All towing companies have their policies and they get pricy, but these guys have no morals or anything that would stop them from screwing people like that. Scammers!
Nothing like almost getting ran over by two towing rigs going down grand doing 50mph on ice. Maybe have some professional drivers instead of carefree dangerous ones.
I made a phone call to them while I walked home after my car broke down at Albertsons. The girl on the phone asked simple questions... Where is the car, where is the key, where do you want it and what's your phone number. Was told someone would be there within an hour to get it. Received a phone call 40 minutes later from the tow driver saying that my car was already towed and and dropped off at the mechanic. Gave him my credit card information over the phone and it was done. It was a little expensive... A few pennies shy of $160 for a 2 mile tow but very convenient and fast. Very happy with the service.
Very unprofessional!! If I could give no star I would . The driver of the truck was using profanity!! Was super rude .

They have not been liable for damages the front desk is unresponsive I wouldn’t use them at all they simply do not know how to use a tow truck look at the picture dropping the pickup out of the bed of the tow truck.
Responded on. Sunday afternoon to me and my wife stranded in the middle of nowhere. Pricing was very fair and service was above and beyond. This is an excellent company unafraid of the hard jobs.
Rob was very timely and quick to get my vehicle loaded. He was friendly, helpful, patient, and personable. He was asked to drop it at a specific shop and when he went to do so, it was further determined the vehicle needed to go to the scrap yard. Rob was willing to do this and with no additional cost. I really appreciate his willingness to be flexible and help in a stressful situation.
Wow! I was a panic mom because my son locked himself out of his car. He had to get to his next college class within a half hour. I called and All pro towing responded immediately. The lady on the phone was comforting and so helpful. I am grateful to this company for their quick, professional response.
Driver came into our place of business and started an argument with us saying that his tow truck (all metal flatbed roll off truck) was dented by a plastic bumper on one of our vehicles. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, cussing and swearing at us. On top of this there is not a single mark on our vehicle he lies to his boss and supervisor because he is a scam artist. Never use these guys for anything they are the worst if they treat customers like this.
I locked my keys in my car while it was running. I called around to about ten different towing companies/lock smith companies before I was able to get ahold of All Pro. He came out in fifteen minutes and was so nice, helpful, and reasonably priced. Will call again for any future needs!
Billy was very courteous and extremely cautious when loading up my wife's Subaru with custom exhaust and front bumper lip onto his rollback. He took extra time loading and unloading the car to make sure not to damage any of the custom parts. I would absolute recommend All Pro Towing if you're unfortunate enough to need a tow!
Extremely fast response time, even on a Sunday night. The driver was very professional and extremely helpful. It took less 20 minutes from my phone call to being back on the road. Absolutely recommend these guys if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation like I did.
Would give them no stars if possible. Broke down and was told we could call the authorities and they could tow us...seriously? I understand is was 1:30 am but really? If you don't want to be woke up at inconvenient hours then don't own a towing company...
Timely & professional. They towed my bike 15miles to a shop, dropped me off a hotel and ,in the end, gave me a hellova deal. Don't get me wrong I hope I don't need there service any longer, but I highly recommend all pro towing to anyone requiring it in the billings area.
