I was stuck miles from home with an overheated vehicle. Fortunately, an Anderson Towing truck arrived within 30-45 minutes of calling. The driver was excellent - very professional and congenial. I would definitely use their service again.
Anderson Towing was contacted by my insurance to deliver my car to the repair shop. Everything worked great... good service. Insurance paid so I am not aware of the cost

Great service from Gordon at Anderson Towing! Arrived quickly and waited until our Uber arrived to transport the other half of our party. His lighthearted attitude helped to diffuse an otherwise stressful situation!
Safe, quick, professional service. Rusty (the driver) is the exact type of guy you want to show up when you’re stuck on the side of the road. He handled the situation better than Tom Brady handles the final two minutes of the 4th quarter, one score down. Seriously, I almost want to get my vehicle stuck just to watch him work. Mathematical precision, but without lacking any of the kindness which is so helpful in stressful situations. Give him a Christmas bonus.

I was stuck up at high elevation on solid ice, nearly ready to slide into a ditch. My driver had to winch my truck on three separate pulls to get me up on top. He then had to slide down the mountain himself to get back out.
I think someone said there were 4 -5 cars in the past 24 hours along this strip on 54th street between Fieldstone and Castlestone. There are grooves along the east and west side of the street, once it snows and/or ice, your car gets in that groove, the possibility of sliding is high, and you loose control. We were victims of that last night. Careful out there. Hopefully the city can look into it. Have a great Holiday season and stay safe.

I have used Anderson towing a few times prior to this experience, they have always been awesome, this last time was no different. Very personable but direct of what needs to happen. I hope I do not need a tow again but if I do I truly hope its them!!!

October 28th 3 am I notified my insurance company to start a claim for road side service. I ran my car out of gas and needed approximately 2 gallons. It would be enough to get me to a gas station in Billings. Approximately 4:30 am a driver for Anderson towing arrived with a gas can containing 2.5 gallons of unleaded gasoline. I had the gas lid open and the gas cap removed. It was 29° out. Three degrees below freezing. The driver informed me he could not give me the gasoline until I paid for it. I told him that was fine I will be using my debit card. He informed me that a third party would be sending me a text message with a link to pay for the gas. I don't deal with too many tow truck drivers in any capacity but this fella was absolutely rude unpleasant very unprofessional and attempted to dictate what form of payment I should use to receive the gasoline. I showed him my phone I kept telling him I don't have the text message with the link I'm still waiting for it. We are standing there in the cold he has nothing to say as if I was inconveniencing him. I went into my car close the door and waited for the text message that never came after 15 minutes I told him I'm not doing this another minute you can take off I'll get somebody else to come out. A few minutes later his boss called and said he was going to send me the link so now he's going to try and send me the link I told him don't bother don't send your driver back over here I'm going to go with somebody else and the boss man proceeds to tell me they're the only ones available. WRONG!! Allow me to educate Anderson towing company. Sage Von Muegge owner of Billings roadside assistance company arrived within 1 hour after I dismissed the driver for Anderson towing. Sage and his associate arrived cheerful professional excellent customer service and communication skills and a topped off 5 gallon gas can. They didn't stand there waiting for payment they immediately put it in my car and I finally had heat again and would be able to make it to Billings. Here's the beautiful thing about sage and his roadside assistance company he did not charge me for the five gallons of gasoline. His grace did not go unnoticed. I will be paying him a visit in the future and return the full amount worth of gasoline he's so graciously assisted me with when Anderson failed in every way possible Anderson towing gets a zero Stars I would not recommend them not after that encounter absolutely the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with. If you’re broken down in the middle of 20 degree weather, it’s pitch black, you’re stopped in a very difficult location and you’re crying your eyes out because you’re stressed and scared…Anthony is the hero you need. From the initial phone call to the time he dropped us off Anthony was beyond kind, calm and so caring. We were freezing and scared and his voice when he arrived made everything instantly alright! We got to warm up in his truck and he even had waters for us. It was an awful situation but he truly saved the day and was so amazing. THANK YOU!!
I do not care what q2 has to say about Anderson towing they have always treated me and my machines good. This time around it was a very knowledgeable man by the name of Steven, he told all things that could be wrong with my car and was very talkative and nice. This is my fourth time using Anderson and every time was a very well priced tow, will use them every time, good price, good response time, they have my business.
I was already having a rough day, when my tire gave out. 3 hours into a 18 hour road trip, and 45 mins away from Billings at midnight. Due to it being a holiday staffing was understandably low manned and stretched thin due to a lot of other incidents in the area. So the wait to be towed was going to be about 4 hours, but thankfully Steven was willing to come in on his off day and help out. Thanks to his selflessness I only waited for an hour, and I was able to check into my hotel at 1AM instead of 3-4AM. He was able to find the best position to load up my lowered sports car without damaging the lip, and dropped it off without any issue. If you are stranded and you need a tow, I hope Steven from Anderson towing comes to help you. 10/10
We had to use Anderson Towing twice, as we had two flats in one day. Our first flat was out of Hardin, MT. The driver came from the Billings , MT., location. Very efficient and professional. Unable to remember his name but very nice person. Our second flat occurred about 30 miles from White Sulphur Springs,MT. Because we were so close to our destination to continued on with the flat. The insurance company was unable to have the flat changed until Monday. When they did get us a service it was Anderson Towing out of Bozeman, MT. Again great service and very professional. Would recommend Anderson Towing highly.
We had the unfortunate event of hitting a deer in Montana, and we picked up by Shawn from Anderson Towing. Even though it was a stressful event, traveling with my family in an unfamiliar area, Shawn made us feel really comfortable and we chatted all the way to Billings. He even dropped us off at the hotel, which was really nice of him. Shawn was knowledgeable and really helpful. Highly recommend this team of professionals!
Nathan was amazing!! Let my little guy climb up and honk the horn. He took care of dropping off my keys at the shop so we didn’t have to follow him. Will ask for him again if needed!!
Guy that came out was amazing. Made us feel very comfortable (2 women at 3am) and went the extra mile to make sure my spare had air in it before he left. Would highly recommend them!
I am deeply disappointed in the service provided by Anderson Towing, a company which touts itself as a reliable 24/7 service provider for "all of your towing and roadside assistance needs". However, when my wife needed their service, they failed to deliver.
Her Honda Accord got stuck in the mud. The tow operator from Anderson Towing arrived but did not even get out of their vehicle. Instead, they called my wife, told her they would need to call a different truck to get her unstuck, and then drove away. No other help arrived. When she called their dispatch number, she was told that Anderson did not have any vehicle that could reach her. They left her stranded without offering her a ride back into town or any alternative assistance.
In this case, my wife was fortunate that a local rancher came to her rescue. But it's unacceptable that a company with over 15 years of experience and 39 well-made trucks available at all times, serving areas across Mobile, AL, Gallatin, Flathead, Yellowstone, MT, and the surrounding areas, could not provide the necessary assistance.
This experience has been an eye-opener, and I hope that Anderson Towing takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to ensure that no one else is left stranded in such a way. Please do better.
