I was driving on my way from the highway to the heights when I was cut off by the flat bed wrecker which if not for a low car and the bed tail being higher than my hood would have made contact with my car.
If you’re broken down in the middle of 20 degree weather, it’s pitch black, you’re stopped in a very difficult location and you’re crying your eyes out because you’re stressed and scared…Anthony is the hero you need. From the initial phone call to the time he dropped us off Anthony was beyond kind, calm and so caring. We were freezing and scared and his voice when he arrived made everything instantly alright! We got to warm up in his truck and he even had waters for us. It was an awful situation but he truly saved the day and was so amazing. THANK YOU!!
Woman answering the phone is incredibly rude. She repeats herself over and over again and refuses to answer questions then hangs up on you. I would recommend using any other company in the area instead of this one. Not a great way to handle business, especially when someone just has a simple question.
I do not care what q2 has to say about Anderson towing they have always treated me and my machines good. This time around it was a very knowledgeable man by the name of Steven, he told all things that could be wrong with my car and was very talkative and nice. This is my fourth time using Anderson and every time was a very well priced tow, will use them every time, good price, good response time, they have my business.

I was already having a rough day, when my tire gave out. 3 hours into a 18 hour road trip, and 45 mins away from Billings at midnight. Due to it being a holiday staffing was understandably low manned and stretched thin due to a lot of other incidents in the area. So the wait to be towed was going to be about 4 hours, but thankfully Steven was willing to come in on his off day and help out. Thanks to his selflessness I only waited for an hour, and I was able to check into my hotel at 1AM instead of 3-4AM. He was able to find the best position to load up my lowered sports car without damaging the lip, and dropped it off without any issue. If you are stranded and you need a tow, I hope Steven from Anderson towing comes to help you. 10/10
Very satisfied with their service. The tow truck driver was friendly and fast. The office staff was knowledgeable and helpful when I needed some photos for insurance purposes.
We had to use Anderson Towing twice, as we had two flats in one day. Our first flat was out of Hardin, MT. The driver came from the Billings , MT., location. Very efficient and professional. Unable to remember his name but very nice person. Our second flat occurred about 30 miles from White Sulphur Springs,MT. Because we were so close to our destination to continued on with the flat. The insurance company was unable to have the flat changed until Monday. When they did get us a service it was Anderson Towing out of Bozeman, MT. Again great service and very professional. Would recommend Anderson Towing highly.
After being given a wait time of 75-100 minutes, imagine my delight when the very cool and capable Anthony (and his trainee) showed up in less than 1/2 an hour! Initially, as the car was completely dead, we thought it was going to be a tow to Gallatin Subaru. But Anthony deftly diagnosed the issue as a battery problem, broke out his handy thingamajig, and charged the car. His expertise saved me the trouble of having to leave my car for service at the dealership. Thank you!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely outrageous pricing for minimal service, paired with some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever dealt with. The dispatcher was rude, the driver was late, and when I asked about the cost breakdown, they acted like I didn’t have a right to ask. I was charged a ridiculous amount for a short tow, and when I questioned it, I was met with attitude instead of answers. Save yourself the stress—look elsewhere.
Today 7/9/2025 on the Interstate between South Billings Blvd amd 27th St exit one of your trucks was tailgating a semi that was in the passing lane due to traffic merging on from South Billings Blvd. Really professional from a company that provides recovery services.

I've had to be towed twice recently. It always is a cause for anxiety. Both times, the drivers showed up ahead of schedule. I'm very particular about my vehicles, and both guys were careful and cautious. I've seen the recent news articles, so verified the prices before hand, which were below quotes from other companies. Great operators, service and value.

I highly recommend Anderson Towing. I recently had a wheel bearing go out on my 2012 GMC and there was no way it was going to make it to any shop. I recently moved to Billings and had no idea who to even go to, and nervous about how much it was going to cost just to be able to get it to a shop, yet let alone to fix it. I was very impressed with the rates of Anderson Towing. Honestly I was worried it was going to be a large bill, however they were able to come to my rescue without me waiting long at all, and it was under $100 which was amazing.We all hope to never end up needing to have our vehicles picked up and hauled to the shop, however if that does happen, I would highly recommend checking with Anderson Towing. first. Absolute best service I have ever received from a tow company! They kept me informed and even called me to let me know they were on there way. They showed up on time and the driver was very polite and professional! Definitely recommend if you're ever in need of a tow!! 10/10!
The driver Jacob was super nice. He was earlier than expected. We talked for a few minutes. Then he loaded up and was going quick. I have already told people that Anderson Towing is awesome.
I called them when my truck wouldnt start. They were friendly, prompt and figured out my issue. I had a great experience with them and it was covered by my truck insurance. Good customer service and reasonable wait time for help. The employee dispatched was helpful and did a great job.
I have never really had to deal with getting a jump where I had to call and later get towed. Last Saturday I called to get a jump on my car which unfortunately didn’t work. I am not from the area and no one seemed to have cables so I called. My dispatcher David got here in less than 15 minutes around 7 PM. Super good dude who was very understanding. Few days later I called for roadside assistance and low and behold David was dispatched for my tow! My car was handled with care and the team there was excellent. I would like to thank Bryce for helping me out after the attempted jump and David for all the help throughout this not very fun process! Unfortunately the car has PCM issues so nothing much in the moment that could be done but Anderson Tow was a great solution to start with.
We had the unfortunate event of hitting a deer in Montana, and we picked up by Shawn from Anderson Towing. Even though it was a stressful event, traveling with my family in an unfamiliar area, Shawn made us feel really comfortable and we chatted all the way to Billings. He even dropped us off at the hotel, which was really nice of him. Shawn was knowledgeable and really helpful. Highly recommend this team of professionals!

Anderson Towing folks are so great. My van broke down between Butte and Billings, the driver was there in 20 minutes, let the dogs ride in his immaculate cab and when a small RV plumbing part was broken by accident they paid the repairs no questions asked. Hope I don’t need them again….but I would call Anderson Towing!
Anderson towing were very fast and professional. We got a flat tire on highway I90 right outside of Billings Mton 3-29 Call-24. From the moment we called them for a tire change till we were on the road again . It was only a total of 45 minutes. Will definitely use them again.
Nathan was amazing!! Let my little guy climb up and honk the horn. He took care of dropping off my keys at the shop so we didn’t have to follow him. Will ask for him again if needed!!
Guy that came out was amazing. Made us feel very comfortable (2 women at 3am) and went the extra mile to make sure my spare had air in it before he left. Would highly recommend them!
Unacceptable service, left a woman stranded
I am deeply disappointed in the service provided by Anderson Towing, a company which touts itself as a reliable 24/7 service provider for "all of your towing and roadside assistance needs". However, when my wife needed their service, they failed to deliver.
Her Honda Accord got stuck in the mud. The tow operator from Anderson Towing arrived but did not even get out of their vehicle. Instead, they called my wife, told her they would need to call a different truck to get her unstuck, and then drove away. No other help arrived. When she called their dispatch number, she was told that Anderson did not have any vehicle that could reach her. They left her stranded without offering her a ride back into town or any alternative assistance.
In this case, my wife was fortunate that a local rancher came to her rescue. But it's unacceptable that a company with over 15 years of experience and 39 well-made trucks available at all times, serving areas across Mobile, AL, Gallatin, Flathead, Yellowstone, MT, and the surrounding areas, could not provide the necessary assistance.
This experience has been an eye-opener, and I hope that Anderson Towing takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to ensure that no one else is left stranded in such a way. Please do better.
I called in after normal business hours and they sent someone to my location right away. Gave me a very good price, probably the best imo. The driver arrived even before the expected time (which was really helpful for me because I needed to tow it ASAP) Driver's name was Chris, really cool guy. Got things done in minutes, clearly knew what he was doing which gives more confidence and peace of mind to any client. Chris was always in communication and as soon as he dropped the vehicle at destination, he sent pictures to let me know, Very professional service.
