Friendly, helpful, and has a nice co-pilot (Freya). I was lucky enough to schedule a tow with him. Called a half hour ahead of time to verify, and he was just down the road. What more can you ask for? In the unfortunate event I will need a tow again, I will call Thin Line first.

My vehicle broke down at a gas station in Billings when I was traveling home to Wyoming. I had two small children with me and no way to get my vehicle moved to a safer location. After I was able to figure out how to get home, I called Thin Line, with a recommendation from a friend, and he was so great to work with! He was kind in a stressful situation and was even willing to call the gas station and talk to the manager so that my vehicle would be able to stay there until he could tow it to a friend's house for me. I am grateful for his help and will recommend his company to anyone who needs it! Thank you again for you help!
This company is amazing! Shows up when they say and is great at communication. Very helpful and great at what they do. There is one driver who comes off a bit strange, but once you get to know him, he's cool.

My mom recently got into a wreck in her black Ford edge I didn't want any of the big name companies to come tow it, and wanted a small business owner, Thin line tow was ready, friendly to talk to and professional. When we went to gather our belongings inside the Ford he was available with in 10 minutes. I highly recommend Thin line for your towing needs.

What an amazing guy! He helped me get my keys out of my 1 ton ford after the alternator went out and my keypad no longer worked at 11pm at night in negitive weather. The following morning towed the same 1 ton to the shop for me and was nice enough to give me a ride home near by. He has amazing prices and is extremely friendly! Defiantly going to recommend him to everyone and I have become a forever customer.
Was fast and friendly at a good price. Would definitely recommend. Got my motorcycle loaded up and dropped off at the dealership and even gave me a ride to a hotel down the street.

After my vehicle was wrecked, Thin Line Towing was called in to deal with the wreckage. Kris was very accommodating and helpful. I was very impressed and I am very grateful.
GREAT SERVICE. I woke up with a flat tire. I called and they were there within 20 minutes. They inflated the tire and I was able to take the car and get the tire fixed. Can't say enough nice things about this company!!
Last week my family got stranded just outside Billings. We didn't have a lot of money since it was only supposed to be a trip for an appointment. After calling numerous tow companies and mechanics we were referred to thin line by Darrin from top tech automotive. We were waiting for a call back but we got picked up by a couple of Montana HP so we could get warm. Once I was able to charge my phone I had found out they were able to tow my vehicle to the mechanic. They were amazing to cut the price down to help our family out and since Google took us to the wrong place the mechanic was able to pick up the bill and just added it to our bill. Overall fantastic service for a family in distress.
Thin Line arrived well before the e.t.a, greeted me with a handshake and a smile and had our vehicle towed away in a matter of minutes. They exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend them to anybody.
