My daughter is a college student at Rocky Mountain and during this last cold spell had difficulty starting her car. Chris and Kmberly were both so helpful and got out to help her very quickly. They were honest kind and knowledgeable. They towed her car in and got it running. They also did a follow up with her and I was worried about the cost but it was very good pricing. I will always feel good about calling these people again if my daughter is ever in need.

Life saver!!! Great help when I needed tires and rims for my Jeep Liberty. Told me about his part vehicle which was a year younger than mine and he could sell me them instead of towing the vehicle saving me a hundred bucks or more.

My truck broke down and their towing rates were very reasonable. Chris made my tow a priority due to my truck being in a bad location. After I diagnosed the truck had a bad fuel pump and was unable to find a shop to fix it right away I called Aaliby towing to see if he was able to get it in his shop right away. Not only were they able to he came back and towed the vehicle to his shop and had it done in 3 hous but only charged me for 2 hours and didn't charge me for the towing. Will definitely use them again if needed and will definitely refer them.

I used Chris last year when my daughters truck broke down at school. Went thru 3 other tow services before Chris told me he’d do his best to be there ASAP. I didn’t know any better. Anyways Chris come out and hooked her truck up and hauled it the dealership. No problems.

Our car broke down 40 miles from Billings. They came out and picked us up and had us back on the road within a couple hours! I told them what I thought the problem was, and they found it to be something completely different. I am no mechanic and they could have easily fleeced me for both parts, but they were honest and efficient. Their pricing was quite reasonable, and their helpfulness tops. They even called our tow truck driver on our way in to see if we wanted them to start a pot of coffee for us! They also gave us a significant discount because my wife is a front-line worker at our local hospital. If we lived in Billings, these people would DEFINITELY be our go-to mechanics!
Driver was extremely friendly and polite about my situation. Arrived sooner than expected, and got the tow to destination safely. Reasonably priced compared to others around town, would strongly recommend this company
We usually have one guy that we use if we need a tow because he is just amazing, but he couldn't help us today when we needed, so he referred us to another tow company. My husband was involved in a car accident today and our truck is pretty much totalled. I called Aaliby towing and Kimberley was extremely helpful in informing me on what we need to do and how to go about it. She said Chris would be there as soon as he could to tow our truck. Not long after that, Chris showed up and loaded our truck onto his and was so polite and helpful as well. We were extremely grateful to the both of them, and hopefully we never need a tow again, but if we do, will for sure call them again!!
