I woke up with a flat tire. USAA sent a gentleman from Redneck towing and Recovery to my house about an hour later. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he took extra measures to look into what my exact issue was with my tire. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind to my two year old son who wanted to watch him through each step of the process. I had never heard of this company until today, but I would definitely recommend and use in the future!

Don't ever use Hansers again! Redneck Towing was fast friendly efficient and did a great job of Towing my vehicle! He even offered to put the new alternator in my truck! I could not ask for better service. This is hands down the best towing experience I've had, not that I've had that many but it definitely deserves a five-star rating!
I've done business with him before. It was raining and I sat 2 hrs trying to get a tow truck. He was the first I called. He said he wouldn't work with Farmers Insurance, then I couldn't understand what he said, something about billing. I was surprised. I felt this was an excuse to not work in the rain. Won't call him again! Thank you for your time.
This guy went above and beyond from putting in the car seat and properly installing to taking us home and financially helping me out by taking my part of the bill off. What an amazing guy!! Totally recommend! Definitely need more people like you in this world!
Hate it! They towed my Lincoln and I am on foot again. Lost my job,so I don't have the money to get my Lincoln out. My whole life was in that car. They are swindler's, said they help me, and work something out. I just wanted to get my clothes and personal belongings out, but I had to pay it in full $1,100.00 before I could get anything out of my trunk. All I had was $375.00 and they couldn't let me take my clothes, personal belongings, and tools out. So I have to start all over again. Clothes, job, & vehicles.
Had to get my broken down truck towed. He got there earlier than dispatch said which was great. Let me ride along to the shop. Very helpful, very communicative, professional service. I would definitely recommend.

2 wks ago my caliper bolt broke and the wheel seized up. Everyone else wanted $89 bucks flat plus $1.50 a mile unloaded to get me then $3.00 a mile loaded. This AWESOME COMPANY...not only charged me a flat fee of $90. He drove me 5 miles home first to unload things from my truck. And since my brother was stranded with me...he drove him down town to his apt. And we paid an extra $10 to him for gas. This a fairly new company....but he was great! And this will be who I will be using from now on!!!! Big Plus...he covers BILLINGS AND ANYTHING WITHIN 50 MILES OF BILLINGS FOR THAT FLAT FEE OF 90 BUCKS .....IM TELLIN YA PEOPLE YA CANT BEAT THAT, UNLESS ITS FREE!!! Three times in the last few years I have needed road service from Farmers Ins. Each time I was lucky to be greeted by the redheaded Redneck and his tow truck. He was always super nice, went out of his way to help, and really new his stuff. He is a pro!
I got a flat and needed a flatbed tow. Highly recommend these folks. Communicative, kind, gentle with the car, and checked the straps every 45 miles to ensure the car was secure. He took COVID seriously and wore a mask in the cab to keep us both safe. Thank you!
I learned that they go east as far as Mile City, west as far as Bozeman, and southeast to the Sheridan Wyoming border -- wide range for highway breakdowns.
Okay.. first off, the man behind the curtain is downright amazing. He is friendly, more than on time, willing to work with you and all around a stand up guy. If ANYONE ever needed something towed or repaired, I could not recommend someone better. A local legend if I have anything to say about it.
Redneck Towning & Recovery knocked it out of the park for me. We were 60+ miles out of town on a Sunday and he arrived timely, had our car hooked up in no time and was really friendly and professional the whole tow back to Billings. Highly recommend!

Not only was he on time and called to let me know the status but when he got here he explained to me the process they go through when recovering a vehicle.
