This was probably the worst wreck I’ve ever dealt with. My car is a Cadillac. It’s all wheel drive. They showed up with a questionable towing vehicle first of all when my car was towed back home for the second toe in a row your company dispatched some folks that came out and first of all, they wanted to leave the car in the very beginning of my driveway, which would’ve rendered my driveway useless without thinking and pushing it back or doing what they had to do. They asked me if I would sign something to do something they weren’t supposed to do so they could get it back in the driveway and I declined I said to get it back where it was and it wasn’t really something that I should have to sign anything for. I didn’t want my Cadillac damaged. They finally got it back into place, but they left the car on and they left the windows Wide open. I called the record to find out if they would come back and get the window shut because I was so upset he said he’d see what he could do but never contacted me again. It started to pour rain and my car was being destroyed. I had to put garbage bags over the windows to hopefully prevent the leather seats from being soaked. I reached out to them a second time, and my response was very rude. The record told me that they weren’t paid enough for their toes yet didn’t have a concern over the safety of my vehicle and couldn’t help me anymore. They also stated that they had taken a picture, proving that one of the windows was cracked, but yet two windows were wide open when they left the car. I called Browns Auto and they also said that that never put it in the yard without the windows being shut so everybody denied the windows being open at all in the end. I had to call Browns Auto to come and hook up something to the battery so that the windows could roll up. The point of the matter is that my car is damaged and I paid good money to get an estimate and to pay for two different toes to have it towed to the auto shop and towed home. I will never recommend your record again. In fact I’m going to put a bad post on Facebook Customer service watchdog because they are a ridiculously rude imp professional Company who left my car to be damaged not only did the rain damage it, but I had trespassers that night, walking into my driveway, looking into my car, which was scary. I will never recommend them again. Learn to treat your customers with much more respect than that. What’s the point of getting a tow when your car gets damaged that’s absolutely the last thing I needed. No one took responsibility for it either I’m angry.
This company is the bomb. I rented a Mazda SUV in Bozeman Montana that had a visibly damaged FOB key and a white warning on the driver side window stating “No Key”. I went the whole way back to the Avis desk and was told that the car was ok. IT WAS ALSO DIRTY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT CLEAN INSIDE and only had a half tank. I should have been more argumentative with the staff but they were not helpful. I have rented over 300 cars from AVIS and I have never had an issue before. After driving the car over 200 miles to Cooke City Mt and parking it overnight, the FOB stopped working and The Key that was suppose to be the backup if the FOB failed was missing from the FOB. AVIS in Bozeman clearly knew this and had written “ NO KEY” on the window. SEE pictures. I had no clear cell service and was in the middle of nowhere.After several phone calls with an AVIS representative from Bangladeshi, I somehow got Francis Wrecker Company involved. Now, it was 9:00 PM. I still had no cell service. The Nearest AVIS replacement car was 200 miles away . Francis Wrecker company is obviously relied upon by AVIS and the Wrecker driver delivered a replacement SUV to the little cabin in the wilderness outside Cooke City at 2:38 AM! AND, the driver found my cabin and hand delivered the new contract to me after finding my written “ ThankYou “ note and directions to the cabin in the unusable car. This gentleman was polite and professional and clearly, this company is the bomb.! They will get the job done. Tom Walsh, a Floridian stranded in the wilderness outside of Cooke City , Mt.
Service was absolute shit, and I would not recommend this company to anybody.wrecker driver showed up after an hour and a half. Just to jumpstart me. And when he showed up and tried to jump start my vehicle, his box wasn't charged at all. He couldn't jump me and told me.Sorry I can't help you out. Hope you have better luck i have to get going not professional in any way.Shape or form

When no one else would come out these guys did! I called 7-8 wrecker services as well as attempted to use our premiere AAA membership to no avail! These folks sent out a tow truck without no extra BS involved very cut and dry “these are our prices the driver can be there in 60-90 mins” bam done! With all that aside tho my 5 star rating comes from the time I spent waiting which was far less than the 60-90 mins…….Trenton was there in less than 30 mins and when I tell you he has got to be the best tow truck driver IN THE WORLD!!!!!! Omg he was out in -20 degree weather pulling my trailer out of a ditch and he didn’t give up when it wasn’t cooperating he got that mo fo out and did so happily no attitude no complaining just professional and I generally don’t do the whole rating thing but these folks deserve the extra time it takes to write it! Keep doing what you’re doing I’ve no doubt you will be the top tow company in your area! Thank you for such a wonderful experience nothing sucks worse than being stuck out in your vehicle in the blistering cold! Your employee is GREAT!! Thank you again Trenton!!
AJ came out on location, was extremely pleasant, had the pickup unlocked within minutes. We laughed about that, I signed some documents, laughed about my signature, then gave him a High Five and we were both on our way! Great company all around.
My experience with Francis Wrecker was very easy! They had great communication, were very friendly, and delivered my vehicle quickly. He even asked what was going on with my vehicle (as it just wouldn’t start) and shared what he thought it might be, and said he’d pass that along to the mechanic when he dropped it off. Will hopefully not have to call again, but I will if I’m in an emergency!
Was so cold i knew my car wouldn't start sure enough didn't start. I went to Wal-Mart had to get another battery. Car didn't start today 1/22/2025. I didn't put the battery in yet I did some walking out in cold will try to put in 1/23/2025. I had very good service from Francis Wrecker Service. The driver got my truck started and so I didn't have to pay for a tow or shop time to get it running. I am so appreciative for his help. It’s really hard to find honest service as a female these days so I would recommend them anytime!

I’ve worked with tow companies in the past with my employment and the individual who helped me out was by far the best I’ve worked with. Very humble and friendly, very helpful and efficient, and overall a great experience. The wait wasn’t fun, but I was promptly told when I called that the driver was out on another call and they gave an approximate time that was close and understandable.
Got stuck on the side of i90 in 100 degree heat and my insurance company quoted me a wait time of 75 minutes which is not too bad but the tow truck arrived within 25 minutes and the driver was very polite and helpful and knew what he was doing and drove us to our hotel and dropped the car off nicely in a parking spot where we requested. Great experience!
Truck broke down in Billings Montana. Tow truck driver was very excellent. Towed truck to the facility. Arrived on time to pick up the truck. This is an excellent company. The man that came and helped us with our truck was very professional. We would recommend this company to everybody.
