  Very dirty, lack of knowledge, Forman was not only rude to me , he was very rude to his employees in front of customer, asked if I could pay him on the side , very inappropriate and bad business if I could give them a negative star I would.

  My husband and I are thrilled with our new jacuzzi walk in shower. Michelle and Stephanie made communication a very pleasant experience and answered all questions. The 2 fellas Josh and Sam were very hard workers, very respectful with us and our home and very knowledge about the work they were doing. They left our house spotless.   I was very pleased with the siding job by Big Sky Exterior Designs. My old vinyl siding was taken off and discarded in the deal and replaced with 1/2' sheet installation and beautiful white and accented charcoal colored seamless steel siding. The installing crew went straight to work with no nonsense and all getting along good and finishing the job in three days. The foreman communicated very well with me being very polite and courteous as were the whole crew of workers.   We needed to upgrade our windows throughout our house We talked to a few window companies at the March Home Improvement Show. From there we had 3 come out and bid our job. We selected on quality, features & price. BSED had great communication, on our project & the installers were incredible & precise craftsman. Two men removed & installed 15 windows and a slider patio door, on 3 levels, in 5 days! They cleaned up, as each window was installed & trimmed. They were very respectful & hard workers. Final price was as agreed on & time was very close to the original estimate. I would use BSED again and recommend them for window replacement.

  We met the BSED team at a trade-show this winter. They immediately contacted us because we had expressed needing to get some windows done. They came out quickly after that, explain the process showed us examples of what our finished product would look like, and gave us a quote. They even worked with us on pricing, because this is a new house for us, and we got a lot of projects to do! We decided to replace three old wood frame windows, due to them being drafty, moldy, and we’re letting in the bugs! Donald came out a few months later, and did all three windows in one day! He then returned the next day to finish up the siding. He is an excellent craftsman, and our windows look beautiful. Better than I imagined. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely professional, especially Donald, who worked so quickly, efficiently, he cleaned up and even discarded our old windows! We’re so thankful we met this company at the trade-show and will be using them in the first future. Our family highly recommends Big Sky Exterior Designs!

  I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They are prompt, friendly and the work is top notch . It's refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their clients and the work that they provide. They have done several major projects on my house and after this last hail storm in Billings I asked if they would come take a peek at everything and make sure it looks OK , because who wants to file an insurance claim if they don't have to, right? They didn't even hesitate to help. They put me on the schedule for this week. Thanks for always taking care of me and standing behind your work. I highly recommend your company.

  I went in on a Wednesday to order 3 pieces of sheet metal. The guy writes down my order, takes my phone number and says he’ll call when it’s ready. Thursday comes and goes, Friday comes and goes, the weekend comes and goes. I call on Monday to ask about it. A guy answers and I ask if my sheet metal is done. Tell him I ordered it on Wednesday. He tells me the guy who took my order is on vacation and he doesn’t know the status. How does he know the guy is on vacation? I never told him who took my order. Didn’t even offer to get it cut for me. Horrible customer service. I know my review won’t put them out of business but I just wanted to share my experience.

  This place is a wreck. My first order took over 3 hours to load 6 pieces of steel i called in a week prior. My second order they offered delivery. Over 3 weeks later, with multiple calls in they still haven't even started the process. Unreliable is a nice way to put it. Thanks Big Sky steel for driving customers away from my business as well as yours.

  We contracted with Big Sky Exterior designs to put in a slider door that would replace a single exterior door to our Patio. The finished install is fantastic! The crew, Donald and Travis, were very respectful of our home and neighbors during the install as well as very professional. The outcome is better than we anticipated. Love the new slider!   I had an extensive siding and window replacement job that had some special requirements from the bank that required the job be done sooner than was thought possible by most contractors and required the job completed before the re-fi could be completed. Todd, Sam and crew at Big Sky came through for me time and time again making sure the project was done on time and worked with me every step of the way through the financing process with the utmost patience when others would not. The job their crew did exceeded my expectations in every way and I couldn't be happier with the result. I plan to use them again on my upcoming bathroom remodel and would not consider using anyone else. Call Todd, you won't be disappointed!

  Got my Cats stolen and made a post on Facebook about it. To my surprise it was responded to with info that my Cats were in their possession. Most yards would just have taken the quick buck. Not here!!!!!! They actually have integrity and returned my stolen parts. Highly recommend this business and the amazing people that work there!

  They get 2 stars just because thwy are open until 2:00 on Saturday. I waited for 20 minutes before leaving because i was 3rd in line and the one person working was still in the first pickup. Slow service.
