Highly recommend. A little over a year ago the lifters went out in my 2017 5.3L GMC. I talked to precision and decided to have them put a Jasper engine in the truck and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made repair wise on any of the vehicles I have owned. They are an excellent shop with excellent people. I have had several more repairs plus routine maintenance performed here over the past year and they are always quick, honest, and reasonably priced.

These people helped me late on a friday when I thought it was out of luck. They got me in super quick and fixed my issue fast. I'm extremely thankful for them and would recommend them 100%
They were extremely helpful. The woman running the office was very understanding of my problem and being stranded. She spoke to the mechanic who broke away from another job to do a quick evaluation of my truck and get parts ordered so they would be on site when they got ready to repair my truck. I’ll use them again.
Took me in the same day I called. My car battery died and was needing a replacement. After checking around the area Precision was the cheapest. Got me up and going again with always friendly service and reasonable prices. Thanks again guys!!!
I took my vehicle there because I was told a bracket that was supposed to be holding up my tailpipe needed welding. But it was much larger repair than just a bracket. He told me that I should take it down the road to another shop because the guy at that shop was really good at at repairs such as I needed and showed me where to go. I asked what I owed him and he told me I didn't owe him anything it was free of charge.
That's about as awesome as you can get. And I give that guy even further praise because although the repair was more costly than I had initially anticipated it would be, the guy that did it was very fair in his pricing and made sure that everything was as it needed to be so that I could drive safely and worry-free. In fact I plan on doing business with both precision Auto and tire and the other repair shop in the future. As soon as I find the paperwork with the name of that shop I'll add it to this post and do a separate review of them as well.
It's nice to find some integrity in this world especially on a day when I needed it.
I was at the lake for a conference and got a nail in my tire. They fit me in as soon as possible and over explained the situation to make sure I was comfortable plus informed. Definitely recommend using this business.
I've been taking my vehicles to precision Auto for a few years. They have always taken the time to explain everything to me. The customer service is outstanding. The owners are great people and they go out of their way to make sure I'm satisfied with the work that they have done. I have always referred people to them because of these reasons. Highly recommend for any repairs needed on your vehicle.
Had our minivan break down while on vacation in Osage Beach and saw Precision was highly recommended. Called them up and found out why - they were helpful, courteous, prompt, and thorough. They fixed the issue within a couple of hours and got us back on the road. 10/10.

Asked them to look at my wiring, they only told me the codes I already knew, my reader was literally sitting in my passenger seat. Wanted me to pay over $1,000 to replace a $37 sensor I did myself and it only took me 5 mins. Spoiler alert, it didnt fix my issue because its a WIRING issue. I told them I'm not throwing parts at the problem when it's a wiring issue. Still gave me the run around and charged me $127 to do nothing productive to the actual issue. So basically they'll charge you for not doing what you asked them to. Don't waste your time with these clowns. I'm amazed they have above 4 stars on here and not constantly being sued. Literally just out here scamming people.
They did some really good work on my old 1995 Nissan Pick up Truck. I had to get a new alternator, new tire, new brakes, new muffler, and they even helped me get my door handles fix on the truck. I was very please with there work and my old truck drives like it’s new.
I had a great experience with Bobby and his family. When I left I still had a little noise I was worried about. I called Bobby and took it back for him to look at. He looked at it ordered part and fixed it right away with no extra charge. The whole family is extremely nice and easy to work with.

I took my vehicle to Precision Auto and Tire for a routine oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They also offered a courtesy ride to and from my workplace, which was a really convenient bonus. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, which I truly appreciated. Great service, great people- I'll definitely be coming back!
Rolled in with a low tire in hopes they could squeeze me in. They patched it, replaced a few bad lug nuts, and had me back on the road in no time!! I always receive great service at a great price!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I have had only good experiences with this shop. They had to troubleshoot a problem my van had recently when it had a short and most everything was not working properly on the dash. They found the cause of the short and were very fair on the troubleshooting charge. Thank you guys for taking care of me. I really appreciate it. ?
I hit the ice and ended up in the ditch. I took my vehicle to Precision Auto and they did a great job at diagnosing the issues that I was having and getting them fixed in a quick and timely manner. Precision Auto has reasonable prices and does great work. I would recommend reaching out to these guys for any issues with your vehicles.
I’ve been taking my cars to Percision for about 20 years now. They are always professional and knowledgeable as well as consistently more reasonably priced than other local competitors. What a relief to know I have the best car care this side of the Mississippi. Well that’s saying a lot because the other side of the big muddy couldn’t compete with The Show Me State anyway:-)

Bought 4 new tires had installed there, very prompt, and professional. But customer service is second to none, from first contact to the very end.
We had an road hazard incident that ruined two tires, was out of town, called Brett, he said get replaced and bring me the tires back and we will take care if it, only had about 500 miles on tires at the time. Everything was taken care of no hassles ,
