Not a bad store to go to but (Aries ) I may have miss spelled his name .He had very bad attitude acted like he didn’t like his job. I asked about hose I needed and asked him for hose clamps and was a jerk about when I asked if the sold them from behind the counter cause other stores have ones behind the counter. He said well we don’t have them we are different then other stores .

Jackson is absolutely incredible and deserves a reward of some kind shout out or something! He went 10000% above and behind to help get us what we needed, testing different things in my car & letting us use jumper packs. Jackson you’re going to go far in whatever you do. Had several issues with an engine code. Employee found a simple fix for pretty cheap and installed it. Beyond what I expect for this sort of situation. Don't want to put thier name, but dude needs a raise.

I stopped in to get a rear wiper blade for my CR-V and was helped immediately by Tim. He went and got the blade, I paid for it and he installed it for me! The whole transaction took 5 minutes. I am very pleased with the service I received!

Ok now this is a perts store that went out of there way . This is not the first time and I had different people wait on me so it is the people who care, no more AutoZone. I've been a mechanic for 30 plus years

Rude as hell and don’t help you in anyway other than to get you out of their presence. I go in for some fuel filter cleaner and the guy is already had rude attitude and didn’t seem like he could be bothers to help anyone one. He’s one real Neanderthal.

I had my check engine light turn on while on vacation in the area. I came here because I heard you can get a free scan to try to diagnose the problem. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

A Kansas City resident on a quick LOTO weekend getaway. Driver behind me informed me my brake lights were out. I rolled in to this O’Reilly‘s and asked for help. Without hesitation, an older gentleman stepped right up and immediately helped me. The guy was installing my brake lights in the pouring rain! Wearing a smile on his face the entire time. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate the time he took to help me.

I went in to get a bulb for my headlight for my 05 Prius. I was told that no one carries the bulb and only the dealer can do anything with the bulb. Knowing that wasn’t true I went to Autozone and found the bulb in 5 minutes. Plus the employees acted like I asked him the stupidest question in the world. I’ve never had one good experience at any O’reillys.

Came in with check engine light on. No one else in the area would even find time to run the diagnostic. They were super friendly and helpful, ran the test, and offered a helpful solution.

They have what I needed but it was very pricey and the guy behind the counter had an attitude. Not very helpful with the questions I had. You work at a car parts store you should know the basics of a car. But I guess that's just my opinion.

My headlight bulbs were priced very competitivly when compared with other options in this area. The staff seemed friendly & ready to help me find what I needed. My purchase was quick and almost effortless. I was out of there in under 5 minutes. Win win win.

Good job O'Reilly. I walked in, wandered the store for about 5 minutes located the wiring section and did not see what I specifically needed. So I waited at the counter, one of the 3 workers at the counter looked up from their phone and said "oh can I help you? ". Which I responded yes I need small wire nuts and the person said oh they are probably over by the wiring section. So I walked to my car drove to Auto Zone got what I needed. 5 stars Auto Zone!!!

Other than I can order the exact same parts online for a fraction of the price, that being said if you do have to return a part you bought paying 75% more for the service of not having to repackage, pay for return shipping, and then wait however long. That makes prices a bit more reasonable, I still think a retailer of auto parts buy in bulk at wholesale should be the cheap place to buy parts instead of someone ordering a single part online can get the exact same part a third of the price, regardless of services rendered, revenue should be brought in buy the discount of wholes parts bought in bulk and resold at competitive prices not an arm and a leg because someone has to get it off the shelf in back and you have less hassle on returns, pricing has turned myself to ordering part online and even if I have to pay for return shipping I still have money saved from purchasing online.

They couldn't get the right part for a month. They gave me three calipers that were the wrong part for a month straight. the only person who is able to help me was Chris he got me the right part and in a day my car was fixed.

Long wait. Was 4 people working and 3 were helping people and when one became free he was working 2 registers to get us taken care of. The fourth person was just walking around the store and moved to an area where no customers were like he was hiding.

Every time we've been while we've been working on my husband's new truck we've had Sharon there to help us! Everytime we walk in she's the first to greet is and ask if we need anything. She's amazing.

Nice store. Employees are always helpful with good advice. Well stocked, but may want to check prices on things like oil & filters. They run quite a bit higher than WalMart for identical brands.

I have shopped at this store since 1999. Fourteen years, a dozen vehicles and I am very happy with the level of service. Recently Tiffany Morgan has been especially helpful. I believe she may now be an assistant manager there. Today's need , wiper blades !
