Standing in line for 10 minutes no help. Gonzo paged to get help up at front counter nothing. Gonzo had to walk back to the manager office im guessing as he was there just visiting with someone come on ppl do better
I'm working on my pickup truck I needed the machine to check my check engine light and also get a ignition for my other pickup truck I'm working up.
They were very kind and courteous and gave me good service and even went out of their way and let me take pictures of the machine read read the computer my what was wrong with my engine

Came in for bikefest. Battery went out on my truck. Bob the store manager was an awesome help. Loaned the tools to change it and then did most of the changing himself. Great job.
We were there with faulty trailer lights and it was like working out of my garage , only more expensive , in and out to buy different wiring , electrical connectors, tools , tape , etc .
The store gets high marks because the counterman was humorous and helpful , making a frustrating job in the cold and dark night a little more entertaining.
Now I have more parts and tools to put in my garage but I'm not complaining , at least not as much as I was last night.
I’ve been received pleasantly at the O’Reillys store in Osage Beach often. A young associate named Jackson spent an inordinate amount of time freeing up my dead, corroded battery pleasantly and professionally. His efforts were beyond any service I've experienced anywhere. He had an extremely positive attitude when I was giving up on it. He is an exemplary ambassador for your store! Thanks to him I know I saved a very expensive trip to a dealer! THE place to have YOUR auto-shop's charge account... I get the wrong part maybe one out of a THOUSAND orders... They price-match the mail order bunch, and offer a 2% on time payment discount.
The staff at O’Reilly’s has always been helpful to me. They have even assisted me in a couple of small tasks with my car, such as replacing my windshield wipers. They always help me find exactly what I need for my car and sometimes verify it is the correct part or fluid for my car. I can always count on this business for many auto needs.
They're always usually helpful. Some know more than others regarding vehicles but they do try their best. There was only one other customer so service was quick and easy.
If you're unsure about something. They have the information, from what oil weight you need and the correct filter, to the correct lights for your lamps. I've never been let down by these guys, five stars.
Rating 4 stars because most of the employees try to be helpful and utilize common sense. However, the computer system which they use to look up parts is poor and mostly uses common websites to access their vendors products when questions arise. Have many transactions with this (my nearest) store, and others as well. Preferred over Napa, autozone, and others.
Super friendly and helpful staff, had to run in and grab a battery before work, they helped me find the correct one and I was able to swap it out out front and take my old one in and they put the deposit right back on my card! Very clean store!
