Honest with pricing, availability and services performed. Or air conditioner was repaired, another car wheel bearings, tires. Love the service. Update to the A/C being repaired, it worked for 1 month. I brought the truck in and told them that whatever it took to fix, do it. The changed the pump charged it and that was it, so it leaked out and I had to use alternate transportation all summer while it was hot. I went back to them, their old mechanic quit, the new manager said he would "help me as much as possible" but no promise of the warranty. I called as soon as my A/C quit working but wasn't able to get there until 7 months later. Yet to see if they will cover the re-rebuild. If so, I'll change this to reflect the service.

Took some new tires by for mounting. They assisted with loading and unloading and completed the job quickly and without any issues. Very smooth. Professional employees.

Wanted inspection. These people are crooks.. I had been going here for years. NO MORE FAILED INSPECTION n stated needed muffler bracket and 2 hoses on power steering unit and had a burnt out reverse lite. When I asked how much for parts n labor for the power steering hoses I was quoted $250 LABOR $150 PARTS THEY TOLD ME HAD TO ORDER ONE HOSE N TAKE COUPLE DATS TO COME IN AND THEY WOULD CALL ME Ha..Never called. Now I know why TOOK my vehicle to another place and I paid another $12 for inspection n showed them the failed inspection paper. #######HERE IS THE GOOD PART##### THE TAIL LIGHT NOT BURNED OUT THE BRACKET WAS BUSTED BUT THERE WAS ANOTHER BRACKET ON THE OTHER SIDE and they wouldn't fail my vehicle for that THE POWER STEERING HOSES .ONLY THE RETURN LINE GOING TO THE RESERVOIR NEEDED REPLACING.#### there was no second hose that needed replacing #### $5 for new hose $25 labor installation $12 inspection $42 total No wonder they never called.... Crooks.... THIEVES..... IM OLD AND THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED GOOD DAY

Excellent experience. Went here to get tires and we were in and out in no time. Very professional and courteous. They have one of the best tire protection programs around. Highly recommend.

Been coming to Purcell tire since we moved to Osage beach in 2021. They’ve serviced everything of ours from golf carts, RV, jeeps, etc! They have taken great care of us every time! Jake, the manager, is amazing. He’ll gets us in, goes above and beyond in servicing the vehicle from oil change to tire rotation to everything in between. they’re the most knowledgeable out of all tire places at the lake. They also take time to explain what they did to the car albeit my lack of knowledge with cars!! Thank you so much for being awesome!!

My family was headed to Bennett Spring with our camper had a blow out on it called Jake at Purcell tire and he was AWESOME, they were there within 30 minutes and fixed so we headed to the shop and had a whole new set put on . They were fast,friendly and nice, we were out of there in under 2 hrs! Thanks again to them for fast, friendly service. We will recommend them to anyone in the area. They were a life saver . The staff at Purcell are awesome. I had a blowout at five in the morning due to being overdue for new tires about a lot about a mile away from their shop. I was able to get the tire changed & dropped my vehicle off at 6:45 AM using their early bird dropbox. I called them at 7:05 AM and luckily they were able to work me in to their schedule and they installed four new tires on my truck! I’ve used them for the last 3 years because I appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and honesty when providing service!

Was told to make an appointment to mount my tires x so I did, no big deal. I had an apt for 11am. Dropped my car off before work, get a call around 2:30 stating my car is done. I show up and my car is t done which is t a big deal until the dreadful wait.. I waited there until 5:30. Wasted a good portion of my work day just sitting there. What’s the point in making an appointment if you are going to do it when ever they can fit it in? I’ve spoke with others about it only to hear similar stories. Please, bring your car to another place.

Not only was my appointment confirmed by Purcell but they saw it on their schedule and knew that our tires hadn't arrived yet and did not call to let us know. We are not local and drove to Osage Beach just to turn around and go back home. We still have not received a call letting us know if our tires are in and have not received a reschedule, all services have been paid for already. Update: The manager called and explained that our tires were there the whole time. He was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He offered to pay for our gas and offered vouchers for a free oil change. Once there, the service on my car went smoothly. I have no complaints on the performance of the tech that put our new tires on.

New to the area and had an unexpected issue with my car and decided to try Purcell. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. The entire experience was great (and I absolutely hate dealing with/waiting on car maintenance stuff). Quick service. Super friendly employees. Purcell is my new go-to for regular maintenance. I came from out of town for a girls weekend. I had car issues on Friday afternoon. Jay took my call when I called in a panic. He was very accommodating and even though the shop was busier with business than usual, because of my circumstances he took the time to diagnose my issue with my vehicle. Very thankful that I called the right place to help me get the issue addressed. Although it wasn’t an ideal circumstance and I wasn’t able to wait around to get my vehicle fixed there because I live almost 5 hours away, Jay was on standby and willing to do what he could to get parts and do his best to get my car fixed ASAP. Thanks so much for the assistance 100x over!

The best experience that I have ever had in the auto industry. Luke, Austin, and team were great to work with. From scheduling the appointment, to advising on the tires that best suited my needs. The Purcell Tire in Osage Beach went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. They have earned a repeat customer, and I would definitely recommend to all in the area.

I was in town visiting family and had a warning light come up on my drive there. Purcell's was able to get my car in right away, got it checked out and fixed quickly for a reasonable price. My drive home was worry free thanks to them! My parents are regular customers and I can definitely see why. Can't thank them enough!

Let me begin by saying my situation was emergency service because of a flat, which means my arrival interrupted their normal schedule. They worked me in very quickly, but they weren't as thorough as I would hope if I was a scheduled customer. When I asked why the tire went flat, they said it was premature wear on the inside suggesting misalignment or inadequate tire rotation, yet they didn't recommend either of those services. I chalk this up to them not having time to do an alignment because I was interrupting their schedule, but I would have appreciated them recommending that I schedule a follow-up appointment. They did rotate the tires when I suggested it. I liked the staff at Purcell and will go back and see how they do when service is scheduled.

I had an appointment to replace a flat tire and was seen at my appointment time. They completed the service in a timely manner and checked over several other things on my vehicle to assure it was safe then explained the diagnostics performed and results. I didn't realize that service came with a tire replacement but it was awesome. Definitely would recommend them and use them again in the future!

I needed a brake inspection very quickly because they just went completely out. Purcell got me in, inspected and fixed within an hour of walking in. They gave me a detailed report if what was wrong and fixed and what still needed to be fixed soon. I was very pleased with their service.

Mike took great care of us today when we needed an alignment on short notice. Great service! The lady answering the phone was also wonderful. She said if we could come right away they could get the alignment done. The mechanic found a very small problem with the front end and came and told us. We’re going back next week to get it done. He said you can drive it like it is but it should be fixed. Very impressive! Thank you!

Love this place! Quick and easy! I always make an apt and they get me in and out! Staff is great! Steve is an amazing mechanic and always comes and chats with me when I come in. Very thorough and quick in getting my repairs done when my tire blew. I like that they explained everything that needed to be done, and Tiffany was very helpful in getting me set up for the other work I need done right away. It was also nice that no one pushed any optional or unnecessary repairs. Cost was more than reasonable.

Had a nail in my passenger rear tire pulled in to see if they could fix it and they got me in just like that. Also they checked my front end out cause my front tires always wear out and to soon. Got a great mechanic and he discovered I need a wheel bearing and front end alignment. Very pleased with service. Also was my first time entering their doors. They were really nice and professional. They helped get me in when I was in a jam! I brought two brand new tires of my own in. I needed two tires from the back rotated to the front. I then needed the two new tires we brought in with us mounted to the back. During the mounting of one of the brand new tires, the air sensor was broke by the technician. So, our complaint was I got charged for a sensor that their technician broke. The policy was that it could have broke if anyone had been touching it. They also stated that the part was given to me at a discounted price. Not sure if that's true. I was also charged $40 to have four tires mounted and rotated. Overall, while the people were extremely nice and friendly, AND they really did help us in a jam which we were really grateful for, the policy and rates were a little high and questionable which is why I went with a 3 star instead of a 5. Just make sure to check your bill and speak up.

I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. They were prompt in taking my car back. Shortly, a technician came to explain the problem, show me the worn out part, explain the cost and time frame. The waiting area was comfortable and bright. This was a good first experience with Purcell.

On two different occasions I visited Purcell Tire to repair a tire. Each time they were able to remove the nail and repair the tire. The first time I visited their store I had my “donut” spare on and after they fixed, inflated and put my original tire back on, they also stowed my spare in the specific area in my vehicle. I had not expected them to stow the spare and was pleasantly surprised they did it for me. Each time I was there, I arrived within two hours of their store closing and was thrilled they didn’t ask me to return the next day because they couldn’t fit me in before closing. Their customer service is outstanding! Even when they are busy, they greet and recognize each new customer by telling them they’ll get to them as soon as they can. It was an amazing experience, except for the fact I was there for tire issues.

I had the BEST experience with Purcell Tire last week. I found them to be patient in my asking many questions to understand what was going on, and they were all very polite, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The place is clean and bright, and their pricing is competitive. I love that they have a female mechanic working there too. Thanks so much to every person up there that I interacted with last week. You now have a loyal customer.

From the moment I walked in , I was greeted with a warm smile. The gal at the front desk listened to my issues and needs and found us an appointment in a short period of time . I told her we were on a road trip and we were able to have a nice conversation . She was extremely personable and asked the right questions for our tires needs. They were able to get the job done in record time . Such amazing service and great pricing . They were honest and we would go back again . You have our business for life !!
