2015 Kia Sorento needed new headlight bulbs. Picked up Sylvania Golds but was lost on installation. Brandon Rich was a huge help there. Brandon stuck with us and was able to get both installed and functioning even though one of the sockets was especially challenging. Thank You Brandon!
I was in town for business when my car threw some codes and starting acting funny. I drove in and asked if they could scan my car and once we found it to be a electrical communication issue, I asked if they could clear the codes so I can drive it and see if it's going to be a continuous issue. They did, and she was so polite and positive about the whole deal. No pressure to buy anything and seemed happy to help!
Horrible service. My husband went there to buy a battery. Nobody welcomed him and nobody helped him the whole time. He went back and got the battery himself, set it up on the counter and watched 4 employees walk by him without even acknowledging him. He stood at the counter for a while and still nobody came up! Not a good look for those employees at all!

After having another company break a part on my vehicle and explained to me they didn’t have the part to replace it, I came to auto zone here in Osage. And Larry was great. Extremely friendly, found exactly what I needed and put it together for me! In less than 10 minutes! Thank you so much Larry!
These guys are awesome. My family and I were stranded at the Lake due to heavy snow and my truck battery died. Autozone actually delivered a battery to me at the entrance of our road after O'Reilly wouldn't. We would have been in serious trouble without their assistance. Thank you all at AUTOZONE!!
Ramsey was very helpful and showed me where the front license plate mounts were. He double checked to make sure they had the bracket and not just the chrome plate outline thingey. Then, he let me be and let me think. He let me know about the deals they had on wipers when I was at checkout and saved me money switching them out for the promotion ones. Wonderfully personable and relaxed about life in general
I went in not sure if my car needed a new battery or other parts/labor. Sean took the time to walk through everything with me and said everything looked good after running diagnostics. He was friendly and incredibly helpful.
I ordered a part for store pick up. I received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. After driving an hour and a half to the store I was told that actually they don’t have the part. They told me they could order it for me but that it would not come in for about 2 weeks.
I did not receive a phone call. I received an order ready for pick up email.

A couple of weeks ago my daughter got a flat tire. Actually, there was a big rip in the tire. I presume a curb must have been hit at a bad angle. Anyway, of course this is a newer car and there is no spare, nor any jacking equipment in the car. There is something like a Fix-A-Flat kit, sort of a joke. It was going to be hours before we could get a tow truck. The AutoZone happened to be about a quarter mile from where my daughter stopped with her flat tire. I initially bought a jack that was too high to be put underneath my low profile compact car. That was annoying. I brought it back to the shop and there was no problem with an immediate return and exchange for an appropriate jack. They helped me find the right jack, including looking inside some of the unopened boxes to find the right sized jack. They were very kind, and actually carried the jack out to my car for me (which was very nice, but wasn't necessary).
One of the friendliest places I have ever been, I was greeted immediately and I was checked up on by 3 different people over the twenty minutes I was there. I had a lady grabbing a part in the back for me and I was checked on while waiting. Good job Osage AutoZone you are rocking it.
People are so friendly and helpful. The counter guy came out and put my part on for me and the parts I was ordering he checked my car before I ordered. Love these guys.
May 2022 Went in to return a part I didn't need an the woman was so rude an hateful an wouldn't listen to me an pretty much tried to just get me to leave the store an didn't want my business!!
May 2021 Worst service ever. I go in there trying to get something I saw online that they swore was in the store and when i get there they told me that they didn't have it in the store and sold me something that was $20 more than what I wanted. When I went back in to ask them how come they sold me what I didn't want and they said it's all they had that i could take it or leave it. Worst service ever an i will not go back inless i absolutely have to!
Very helpful. They checked a marine deep cycle battery for me and verified it was bad. Unfortunately, they did not have the size I needed that day and I had to be on the water first thing the next morning. I did have to purchase elsewhere. But their help is greatly appreciated and I have absolutely no problem passing on how great their service is.
Robin helped me with the problem I was having. She came out to my car and worked until she found the right part! So thankful for her service. She was awesome!!!
In regards to Brett Solomons review. I was a customer in the store at the time of the visit. The manager was very polite and did tell him the dog was allowed as long as it wasn’t unruly. The dog may have been young but puppy implies that it was small, it was not! It was a large dog that was barking a lot and running loose around the store dragging its leash. It was a nuisance and startled my wife and I to the point we were leaving. The manager politely asked the dogs owner to please take the dog outside because it was disturbing other customers. That customer got rather mouthy and proceeded to leave with the dog and not return. The manager handled the situation perfectly. I give Auto Zone 5 stars for customer service. My wife and I have never had any issues shopping at this location and always find the staff to be professional and helpful.
Thank you isn't enough to the young man that saved my bacon here. Visiting from out-of-state and starter went out. He went above the call of duty and ran a diagnostic on my vehicle to determine what exactly the problem was. He located a mechanic that could get me right in. I purchased my starter from AutoZone and I was back enjoying our sister's trip in a couple hours. Thank you ❤️
Only complaint is I can get the exact same part online for 1/3 the price but great service and they receive the part the same day usually, if I order online it usually takes 3-5 business days. With that fact weighed in "usually need the part right then" so all & all it evens out it's worth!

Had purchased a few different things on Saturday including some bolts that would not come in till the next day. Went in to pick them up and not only did they try to make me pay for them again, but they did not show where I had paid for them the first time. Had to make 2 trips to the lake which is 25 minutes one way just to get proof. Not happy with the way they handled it either. No apology.Have been a customer for years.May have to rethink where I buy things going forward
Nice to have a place like this around when your starter goes out or wanna do tune up by yourself. Most employees I've talked to there seem to know their stuff and some dont. Either way they were helpful.
I love the people that work here. I always feel like we made their day by walking in the door. And they are like that with every single customer that I see come in. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.
