Stopped by Auto Zone for them to switch out the battery in my car. The kid there didn't want to help so I drove further to O'Reilly's. The young man there was so helpful and kind. He had the battery in and me out of there in less then 10 min. Thanks to the guy with the hair! (Sorry I dont remember your name)

I went into the store today to get a replacement wiper blade for my vehicle. Jeramey helped me find the correct size and installed it for me. I know, I know, O'Reilly installs wiper blades for everyone. But after the day I had had, his help, kindness, and professionalism were very much appreciated. He also ensured I received a military discount, I'm guessing he saw my veteran plates, because I had completely forgot to ask for it. Thank you, Jeramey! You did a GREAT job today!

Of all places you should know how much wear and tear goes into a car delivering doordash and you leave no tip no employees at your store like the tip. We start our car we go into the restaurant we wait for your order and deliver it to you, so our car starts three times during this transaction and we get no tip for it.

These guys did a great job of getting me a part the next day. I was out of town 5 hrs from home and this was my only transportation. Was able to get it fixed and drive home. Excellent work guys!

I had the oil leak completely out of my car. The gal behind the register absolutely helped me with some recommendations and products. It all worked out great for me. After repairs it is back on the road.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back! Got the parts we needed and the Manager even carried the batteries out to the truck for us! That's some great customer service!!!

Bought a starter, a deep well socket set and a few other things, computer kept crashing and the cashier said he ran the $189 dollars I spent on my rewards and he didn't, and was kinda short tempered and not very knowledgeable! I rather miss O'Reilly's staffing before they hired just anyone who could run a register, staffing in an auto parts sales industry should have some kind of knowledge of automobiles and they're workings.

Generally speaking most of the staff is very knowledgeable about automotive repair. They are always willing and ready to help. If they dont have the part you need in stock they will get it as quickly as they can.

The staff at O'Reilly's is great! Yes, it is often busy, but they do a great job of giving each individual attention. They do not act like they are too busy to answer questions. Highly recommend them!

I overheard one of your kids tell a customer Valvoline was the worst oil on the market and sold him Orielly brand oil. He said he worked in an oil field once and it was full of sand. He also mentioned he graduated in 98. Barely 22 yrs old if that. Then he proceeded to make light of mask wearers while ringing up his customer. -which i was. I also stood there for 10 minutes waiting to get rang up while the counter guys were gabbing and laughing. Worst store in the area by far, operated by a bunch of uneducated people.

Had car trouble at night and limped into their parking lot. They ran the codes and let me leave it until the next morning when it was light enough to see to troubleshoot the problem. Super helpful and great service, highly recommend these guys.

Honestly its not a bad place if you know who your dealing with there. Some aren't mechanically smart but they do their best. Depending on how busy they are the service is great but I've waited near an hour to be waited on

The Absolute Worst Customer Service once you step in to the NO LINE ZONE. 7 people were waiting and the Jerks (Clerks) continued o help whoever they wanted with Total disregard to who was NEXT. "Who is next" is a phrase they apparently never heard of....You Really Suck & I will never walk into your store again. They need a Ticket Number system to keep track of WHO IS NEXT !!!!
