Had to get an oil filter housing replaced as soon as possible these guys got me right in the same day and even gave me a ride home while waiting for my jeep to be fixed.... very friendly fast adm efficient
They take care of all my car needs. I absolutely love the text messages and being able to read all the suggestions of maintenance and what needs to be fix asap. I can read, think about it and approve what I want done.
They will also call and explain everything to you.

Best place I've ever took my truck to repaired by far.they towed my truck and had me back on the road with in hours .I've never been more satisfied in my life at having to get work done.great friendly people who cared about me.great job.next time I brake down it's nice to no theirs a good shop to fix my truck. Brought my car in to change water pump, they did their inspection, sent me a list of things to fix. Then called me and said the car was ready but it was leaking coolant still. Said to fix it they would have to pull the engine ( that was a lie) then told me they found another fix but it was going to be an extra 2500. I looked up the fix and its taking the water pump back off and putting a tub in behind water pump. They should have seen the coolant dripping out of the weep hole thats right beside the water pump. Being a BMW "specialist" should have known it had a coolant line though the center of engine. They were going to charge me to do the job again. When I asked them why they didnt do a pressure test he replied " you told us it was the water pump". I am not a specialist but know to do a pressure test on coolant fixes. I drove it in and had to trailer it out........... the leak is worse. Will never use them again nor recommend to anyone.
My parents had bought me a car from out of state and we needed an OT done that same day to register my car. Well Logan there was very helpful and did within seconds, super fast and super easy. Thank you so much. I will be their customer from now on.
They keep in constant contact and then when they figure out what is wrong with your vehicle, they send you a link that is very descriptive with pictures they took. Awesome place! Found our new shop!
First time customer, replaced muffler and tailpipe, repaired broken drivers side door handle and changed oil and filter in my 2003 Toyota Tacoma truck with 235,000 miles on it.
Friendly and very professional service and presented with cost estimate for work expected. Appointment made and work completed in time estimated. Getting a .veterans discount was unexpected but appreciated. Very satisfied customer and will return when needing repair or service on my vehicles.
Fast friendly service. I had a scheduled morning appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before. I got both a text and a call when the work was completed, and that was 1/2 hour before my appointment time. Fantastic!! I was happy with both the work done and the price.
I was involved in a minor motor vehicle accident this morning and Dependable Towing sent their driver, Bryan, to retrieve my vehicle in a very timely manner. We Recently moved to the area. Not knowing where to go for an oil change made a couple calls and looked at reviews price seemed kinda high but looking for a long term shop took it there. They did a great job changed the oil and free safety check where spot on with what I knew so they are honest didn't try selling me what my car don't need. So I'll definitely be going back there. If I was forced to complain I'd only say that there was oil dripped on rad support cover and front bumper facia. And I was upset the service sticker was on fresh tint but I got it off before it damaged it. So no big deal there either. Just maybe say take the extra minute
They were able to get me in the same day. I had a slow leak in a tire for weeks and it just needed looking at. Thankfully, they found a nail fairly quickly and fixed the tire. Great people to talk to and they did a phenomenal job. The tire repair was reasonably priced also.
Very misleading was charge a $200 fee to pick up my car from getting an estimate. No repairs were made to the vehicle. The technicians laughed at me and made me feel like I was not important, go somewhere else if you want to spend your hard earned money.
Had my truck fixed here a couple weeks ago. Norm was honest, quick, fair priced and did great work. This will be where I take my vehicle to anytime I need it worked on. 100% recommended
My car's headlights stopped working because of an electrical problem. After Walmart couldn't fix them, they recommended I go to Dependable Auto. When I arrived, the friendly staff at the front desk looked at my car right away to diagnose the problem and scheduled me for an appointment.
On the day of my appointment, I asked if they could also check my transmission fluid. Not only did they do that, but they also gave my car a full inspection! I was very impressed with their process. They test-drove my car and took photos of everything, then sent me a link to see all the pictures on my phone.
They didn't pressure me into any extra repairs. They simply fixed my headlights, gave me a quote for other issues they found, and only charged me for the headlight repair, which cost $150. I'll definitely be back the next time I need help!
Worst time of the year to have AC issues, but they got it fixed after clearly explaining and showing me what was wrong... What made me leave a review though was watching their interactions with every person that came in. They truly seemed to listen, see what the issue was and go from there. It was so refreshing to see a shop not just after money. Booked an appointment for our other car because of that!
These guys are the real deal!! My boat trailer broke the bearings and hub on a tire and they were there within an hour of calling for a tow on a Sunday! Then the repair shop got my trailer fixed within 2 days even though I wasn't scheduled. Very friendly and respectful people to do business with! I highly recommend them!!!
In town for vacation and had a terrible grinding noise on our truck. Called around hoping to be looked at the same day, and Dependable Auto could get us in! They got us in and out within 45min and back to vacation mode! Luckily, it was a quick fix, but regardless will go to them for any future needs when in town. Staff was friendly and waiting area was very clean. Good job guys and thank you!!
Took my car in for a muffler issue. They fixed it quickly, did a thorough inspection, and gave solid recommendations. They also found a major safety issue I was unaware of, which I got taken care of right away. Logan was excellent with communication throughout the process. Highly recommend.
I wish I could give more stars, they were so nice and helpful when I really needed it. I’m a food truck owner and was on my way to the music festival there when my food truck broke down five minutes away from the site I called dependable towing. They told me to the site so that I was able to make the event they found out what the problem was After my husband came and did the electrical part. Then they towed me to their shop where they were able to fix my exhaust and get us back home I am really appreciative of everything they did and I would recommend them to anyone.
Dependable Automotive was great! Pat took great care of me from start to finish. They took pictures of the issue and emailed me all the information so I could take it to the dealership since it's still under manufacture warranty. Pat also gave me the price if i was to have them fix it. I appreciate that so much. When my warranty is over I will definitely take my car to Dependable. Trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend!!
