This place reminds me of service stations of years ago, where you know and trust your mechanics. I had an issue I expected to be more than what it turned out. They let me know it was not a big deal, did not try to upcharge like many other places might.

"Thank you!" to Mike who rescued us at Ha Ha Tonka and got our car unlocked for us on Sunday afternoon! (Our key accidentally got left in the car.) We were over an hour from home, so it's not like we could have someone bring us another key from our house. We had no idea if anyone would actually come out on a Sunday afternoon, but Mike got there quickly and helped us out. Thank you so much!
Meant to post this months ago…….. Very honest and fixed my cars issue to the best of there ability. Taking my car to a mechanic as a single mom is intimidating and you never know what you’re getting into. At Bledsoes shop the prices were honest and the work was done the next day! Will definitely be returning for all car related issues.
Wade and team came to our rescue not only quickly to tow us when we needed but also found us the help we needed to get fixed up and back on the road. We were out of towners - he went out of his way to give the whole family a ride so we could stay together as well.
Went to 4 places with my jeep today. Was told everything from new axel, we won't do it, more than a month wait... until Bledsoe's. Friendly staff with smiles and jokes. Took care of my jeep in THREE HOURS and charged an incredibly fair price. Didn't try to upsell anything (and it's an older car). I'll be back!
These guys took care of my son and his family after their car broke down. They towed them and helped them get to a rental car place when none was believed to exist. They'll help you when you're down on your luck. Jim was kind and very helpful. I can't thank them enough! It's good to know there are still people that are willing to help in this world.
These people are crooks. My daughter was in a bad accident while she was in the ambulance they came and tow her vehicle before she could get her personal stuff. She contacted them to get her things the and they refused to let her get her things out of the vehicle. Told her she had to pay $650. She had a right to get her personal stuff before towing. I plan on turning these crock's in to the AG. It's ashamed that this horrible company would do this to someone who was hurt. L
Great place for business I got two brand new tires, mount and balanced for 120$ when a different shop wanted 140$ a tire also while he had it in the air he rotated my tires and looked at my drum brakes for me if you ever need any mechanical work done I would go to them 100% thanks guys .... Would give 10 out of 5stars.
Required Tow Services on 07/08/23, Saturday Afternoon. Jim, tow truck operator was ready within 20 minutes. Vehicle Ford F350 4WD Diesel, recovery was prompt and very professional, all on Jim’s part. Vehicle was repaired ( AC Compressor, Serpentine Belt) and ready for pickup within two days. Very reasonable charge for towing and repair. Great Great Service from all employees at BLEDSOE’s!!!
The process to tow my car went so smoothly, I didn't stress about a thing. The driver, Wade, true professional! Great customer service! I'd definitely recommend them!
Jim was amazing! First had a lockout, then a few hours later vehicle needed towed 30 miles! Not only was he beyond nice and friendly, he went above and beyond with trying to help us diagnose the issue. Would recommend Bledsoe's every time! 10 out of 5 stars!
Gave bledsoes several chances. Took our truck to them to fix the brakes, they worked for a little bit then broke again. Took it to loving hands in Lebanon and they fixed them for good. They also couldn't figure out why it kept dying after we got it back from them... Then took it to A1 Thomas and they figured out it was the computer. Took my vehicle there for an inspection and they failed my vehicle. I read the requirements and had it inspected by MVI and they said the fail was bogus.
They're actively hurting local people and I'm not going to give them my money ever again.
If you're from out of town, don't go here. I know they can get you in, but they are not busy because they're not helpful.

Robbing their own community people. Claimed it Took two trucks but couldnt say why to tow a Honda accord from the beginning of pier 31 to their shop. Said the officer didn't tell them the car was locked but it clearly says on the officers report to them it had no keys and it's locked. It was a normal tow not a recovery or any special requirement. Front wheel drive car so hopefully when they dragged it on to the rollback it didn't hurt the transmission and tires. Charged us for salting the road on a community salted road. Plus charged us $36 for the extra milage of that lengthy drive of theirs. It was sitting there maybe a few hours at most. An when we called at 3pl they told us to rush n get there cause the wanted to leave early when they cause at 4:30 to pick up the car. For a single mother with a full time job dosent have the extra $236 bill from them for the 45 mins spent getting it off the road. During business hours. Just because the local authorities call you shouldn't mean you bill someone with anything and everything you can think of. I used hi-tech a few days prior for my work truck(ambulance). It took two trips and 3 hours and was billed $58 for an after hours tow. Unbelievable. I feel a refund of some sort should be applied. But why would they care cause it sure didn't have thought of that when I called. Worse place in town for anything auto. If I could upload pictures of the road being clear where it was towed from I would. Hour after it got towed the road was bone dry. Thanks for helping your community...
They got my car home (out in the boonies) from in town for a very good price. Safely and quickly on a dangerous road. Their service is the best in Camdenton!
Had a couple of cars inspected there, and they are fast and honest. Also needed a tow once and they came out very quickly. Everything was done professionally and carefully.

I broke a ball joint on my truck about 20 miles from Camdenton. Barely any cell service, much less internet to look anything up. Bledsoe's was the first thing that I could get in touch with and I was holding my breath that I wasn't going to be ripped off. Well, it turned out to be about the luckiest day of my life!
I called and spoke with Jim. Despite being quite a ways from town, and barely knowing where I was, Jim agreed to come and tow my truck. He got there much quicker than I anticipated and was super friendly and professional. He towed my truck to town and texted me early the next day that my truck was ready. This was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. He was open and my truck was finished on Memorial Day!
I was expecting a HUGE bill, but no, it was quite reasonable.
I'm not one to write reviews, in fact this may be the first time I've ever done it. I just wanted everyone to know how fantastic Jim and his business is!
Worst place ever!! Towed and held my fiance's car without permission after an accident that wasn't my fiance's fault. We didn't have money to pay for their storage fees as the other driver's insurance wouldn't pay and then turned around and Bledsoe sold our car!!
These people were awful to work with. 225 dollars just for a towing fee, plus 30 dollars per day till picked up. They were very rude on the phone and will not allow us to get our child's stuff out of the car. They are Overpriced. Bad customer service. We will NEVER use, nor send anyone to them. Stay far away from them. They are only in it for money and ripping people off.
On a Friday, on vacation, 5.5 hrs from home. Our battery light kept coming on. Knowing we had to leave Sunday afternoon and worried about the car making the 5.5 hr drive back, we went to 4 local auto/dealer shops begging for help. No one would take a look or try to help us. Until we called Bledsoe's. Pug and the guys checked it right away, confirmed it might just be a battery going dead, charged us $16, and we went to the nearby O'Reilly auto parts store and put in a new battery immediately. Thanks Bledsoe's..that's what I call service, especially when you really need it.
