Wife was traveling through the area and had a blowout. I called them from out of town, they responded, aired up her spare tire, changed the tire, and got her on her way. They did this in the freezing cold after hours and were very affordable. They had her on her way in less than 40 minutes from the time I contacted them. Top notch service!

Local tow company would not accept my AAA tow of 50+ miles and the local tow company that refused the tow was playing slots at the gas station I was broke down at. Dependable Tow drove 1/2 hour to tow me another hour to my house. I will call them again if I need a tow.
Excellent service: prompt, helpful, skilled. A special shout out to Jesse who not only opened the door for me, but also helped with local options and general knowledge of what might be going on with my car. When it became clear later in the day that I had to have the car towed on to Colombia for dealership service, I called them again. Jesse had it to dealership an hour away by 9:00 am. I can’t say enough for the care and support this company (and Jesse) gave me considering I was alone and 5 hours from home. I wouldn’t use anyone else if misfortune finds me again in the Ozarks. Thank you!!!

Called them with a weird request, had to change plans late the night before and then the load required a bunch of extra time when it arrived. Jake was great throughout the process and never shrugged or got irritated.

They were fantastic!!! I used roadside assistance through my insurance company when, I slid off the side of my driveway into some trees after the ice snow storm at LOTO. Initially they were going to take 1 1/2-2 hours to arrive but the company called another person and he came out in his Jeep. He had me out in about 15-20 minutes! Professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again if the towing need ever arises.
Called in an ice storm, probably their busiest time, got to me within 30 minutes. Knew what they were doing and got me out from a tricky icy lake road quickly. 10/10

Rockstar company. My vehicle would not start and they towed me to a dealership. The dealer could not help me. Dependable towing took my vehicle in, diagnosed the problem, and even gave me a ride home. Way above what was expected since I was only passing through the area. I had a GREAT experience with Dependable Towing, well as good as getting your car towed can be. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he said he was best friends with the owner, he was kind and efficient while also patiently waiting as we moved our things from one vehicle to another. He has to drive our car two hours back to our home and even offered to drive us back up to the Amphitheater as we paid for a show we thought we would be unable to see (though we ended up finding a car). He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and we are so thankful, I’d rate 10 stars if I could. He’s the G.O.A.T.
If I could rate more stars I would! Came and helped me out at around midnight. Gps took me down a bad road and into a creek bottom (no where a car should have been) I was high centered and in the middle of the woods. Needless to say my rear tire dropped off in a hole. Drivers front tire was buried halfway in mud. Passenger tire was just spinning. Walked to a nearby house and the guy came out on his side by side. And it wouldn't even budge it. Called dependable towing and he knew exactly what he needed to do to get me pulled out with as minimal damage as possible. The damage that was done. Was just a prior Jerry rig I did that failed. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their car towed! Thanks again!
They arrived very quickly. Jake has been so helpful and friendly. Offered me drinks and snacks, and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend using their services! If I’m ever in the area again and need a tow, I will definitely be using Dependable Towing.
Daryl towed my car last night. He was empathetic, kind, conversational, and efficient. They said a 45 minute wait over the phone and I only waited 30ish. The price was affordable and payment was simple. This isn’t the first time I have used Dependable Towing and it probably won’t be the last. Can’t recommend this towing company enough. Tyler did a fantastic job! Called in the morning of the holiday weekend and he was onsite within an hour. Truck and trailer stuck on a steep grade and over a curb. Had a solid plan and pulled the truck and boat out on the first try WTH no damage. Skilled and confident! Would recommend them to anyone in need!
