Stopped by today because my neighbor said they will switch ou5 the battery if you purchase it. When I walked in the boy behind the counter made me feel like I was bothering him by asking him to do it. Then he started to give excuses why he couldn't switch it out. Then I encouraged him just to look at the car before he said no. He said he couldn't do it because of the fuses and then grabed the positive cable to "show me". There were not any fuses even near my battery. I went to O'Reilly's and the young man there had them switched out and me on my way in less than 10 min. Do better Auto Zone
My car went down on us mid-highway it was overheating. The belt in the hood broke. and had to drive 5mph for 10mins up to this automotive. Thank God this place showed up. We parked and asked for help. A man name Jim came out and helped us identify the problem and also helped us put a new belt on. He was our angel today and im very greatful. He was very patient and kind. Thank you so much.
Bought a horn for my Ford truck. After putting it in, it sounded like it had a sore throat. Took the truck back to Auto Zone so they could hear it. Response was, no warranty on the horn, but you can buy another one. Not really what I was hoping to hear....
Unlike this windy lady said about this place I believe management has completely improved with the new manager and she was super helpful got what I needed was super nice she even said hello to anyone walking in while I was there did a great installation of my wiper blades way to go for the new changes store has improved a lot
Manager was rude no personality treated us like a burden about parts that were supposed to be held for pick up under our name. LOUISE then looked at shelf did not say a word and just walked to back of store. She came back with both our parts and tried to check us out said our card was not working so we gave her cash. She told the man behind us to move registers the card reader there didn't work there anyways. We actually had our business act there and closed it due to this almost a year ago nothing has changed!!
there's always plenty of people to help I've gotten the wrong part a couple times but that's not really their fault that has to do more with my vehicle. friendly service and I always end up getting what I need in the long run
Manager was very helpful after both of our headlights burned out on a road trip. We asked to borrow a tool to switch them out and she insisted on changing them for us and gave us recommendations on things to do in the area while she did it. Great customer service!
Stopped as was having issues with my paper plate not staying down and no way to screw it down. The manager helped me get it temporarily fixed down till my plates come in! Tried to tip as it cost me nothing and she politely refused. This is why I go to this store as they always ready to help! Thank you!

We were in town from Virginia for a wedding and had an engine light on. We decided to swing by AutoZone to see if they could do a diagnostic test. They offered that and Jimmy Colvard performed the test and gave us some sound advice. We followed it and made it home back safely. Good peace of mind. Great customer service.
The employees at the Camdenton store are amazingly helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need for any auto project and if they dont carry a specific product they will lead you in the right direction. Nobody hassles me while I wander around and check out anything of interest to my current or upcoming project. Thank you auto zone, for making my never ending list of to do's, a little easier to piece together.
In and out , got the brake line I needed fast and helpful lady behind the counter .A+. I was just back again the service was excellent and the tool to remove oil filter housing worked great and was correct. The ladies at AutoZone are exceptional service women. Thank you .
The only place we get our parts for our vehicles. They stand by their lifetime warranty parts. It's worth paying a little extra in the long run. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
My car broke down at the busy intersection right next to AutoZone. A kind soul saw me stranded and pushed my car to the AutoZone parking lot. Another kind soul at AutoZone named Derrick helped me diagnose the problem and help me take the next steps. I was very stressed out, but Derrick found out the alternator needed replaced. He was very helpful in the process of me replacing it. The main issue turned out to be bigger than just the alternator, so he referred me to a reliable local mechanic to have my car towed to (Dependable Auto). Great experience all around! Not sure what these people get paid, but it's not enough.
great real helpful. Unable to order me the correct wiper blade for my sante fe and was unable to find us in the computer under our phone numbers but the guy working there today in camdenton tried really hard ...

I went in for parts for my car and had to go back called and had them pull the parts and told them I was on my way. I got there with 6 minutes to spare till they closed doors locked with two gentlemen standing at the counter staring at me. The manager started to come open the door and the other guy told him no not to. So I went to oriellys. I understand it was the last few minutes but I drove 30 minutes to get there just to have the doors locked early with my parts sitting right there on the counter next to them. I was a long standing customer not anymore.
Larry, the store manager, is truly an incredible human! He not only listened carefully, problem solved, responded with swift action and FIXED our issue, but we had a wonderful conversation to top off our visit! Top notch customer service with vast knowledge! EXCELLENT! We will be back.
Auto Zone #4442 in Camdenton MO. is thee absolute best auto parts service you will ever get! Larry, Jimmy and Misty were ready to help, ready to serve and did everything they could to get my family and I back home! They were caring, respectful and friendly. They don't know me from Adam and helped me like I was family!!! Because of you 3, my family and I can once again get back on the road, worry and stress free.

The staff at this location is amazing! Mike went above and beyond to help us when stranded along the side of the road! The manager let him leave the store to pick us up to get parts and even took us back after realizing we needed another part! Mike and his manager were our heros to helping get us back on the road!
Had to go there a few times today with new problems, every time I went they were nothing but nice and super helpful. I didn’t catch his name but he said he was a full time mechanic and did this part time. Anyways, I was struggling removing a part from my car and when I went to get a replacement he gave me advice on getting it out. I struggled with it for 20 mins before going but when I got back home it came right out! I’ll never go anywhere else after this experience.
I wish I had got the name of the guy who helped me!!! The weather was horrible, below zero wind chill, ice everywhere. I broke a wiper blade trying clean off my car. I was so happy to see Autozone was open when many businesses had closed because the weather was so horrible. The guy that helped me was so kind and insisted on putting the wiper blades on for me even though it was so cold. This kind of sincere caring is a rarity these days. I'm so thankful for his help. Amazing kindness.

Very clean store with employees who will go above and beyond to try and help you locate something. They don't rush you out of the store. They make you feel welcome and you can tell they're actually looking at every available option to get you the part you need. They have quite a selection of merchandise and many parts in stock that you wouldn't find elsewhere. They have a very clean and nice parking lot with the handicap spaces right next to the door. Vacationing in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Camdenton, MO when we were pulled over for a brake light out! Mike knew exactly how to get us back in working order. We are grateful for his kindness and expertise. Highly recommend! We also really appreciate the deputy alerting us of the problem and not issuing a ticket.
