I took my car here with a minor bent panel/scratch. The owner was very honest, popped the panel back in for free, and gave me advice on how to fix the paint myself rather than pay a large amount for a complete painting of a section. I would recommend.
These folks are the most underrated business I've seen in Starkville. They are extremely professional and unbelievably kind and polite. I hit my car against an obstacle and broke the grille. I took my car to other places, and after dramatizing what I'd done to that poor vehicle, they told me it would cost a fortune to fix it.
Suggested by one of my friends, I went to this place, and the gentleman's reaction after seeing the car was, 'Oh, it's nothing!' Their quote was so fair that I had to ask him twice to make sure I'd heard it correctly. They repaired my car as if nothing had happened to it! These folks are phenomenal at their job, not to mention wonderful people to chat with.
Super friendly, professional, top notch, detail oriented, clean, I didn’t need an appointment for my estimate, nor did i feel like my estimate was rushed and issues were overlooked or missed. You don’t get that feeling that you burdened them by stopping by or that feeling of being intimidated, it’s a very informative professional yet known you forever and want the best for you kinda vibe. You could tell Mr. Ronnie and the staff were very experienced, meticulous, and very thorough/ detail oriented. It seemed to be very efficient structured time line too, as was explained when they could start on my jeep, you could just tell jobs were started on day x and completed by day x as best as possible, now im sure there are rare exceptions, but they seem to be very precise with scheduling. It was nice to see there wasn’t a bunch of half-A done projects started all over the the place junking up their lot, which to me it showed jobs were started and completed, and not several jobs started then rushed to get finished by cutting corners with sloppy workmanship.
I’d definitely recommend them especially if you’re a car enthusiast or are very particular about your car and need your special ride fixed, this is your place!!!!The customer service was phenomenal +++fixing with OEM parts+++ and the warranty on their workmanship+++++ conveniently located++++ While I was there, and my estimate was being typed up. I started reading their google reviews just outta curiosity and I can see why they have a nearly 5 star rating. I had a list of several body shops to get estimates from this day, well this was my first and only stop, it’s where I’m doing business at!
This business has given nothing but wonderful, exemplary service every time I’ve taken a vehicle there for repair. They’re honest, respectful, and work hard and quickly to get their jobs done. Tim in particular is a great guy to talk with and is very knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anybody.
I've taken my truck to 3 body shops and they pretty much just turned me away. He took time to look it over good and give me good advice. If I have future body work needs I will definitely use Waltmons
Such a dishonest person runs this shop!!! If you don't know much about cars please avoid this place. They will screw you with overcharging!! I am requesting to find a better shop at starkville.
My son was involved in a wreck while at school. The shop was booked up so Timothy worked extra hours to get my son’s car finished before Christmas break. He was always polite and kept me informed of the status during the whole process. The car looked great too! I highly recommend this shop.
My cousin car had a blow out while heading to college. The tow truck took my cousin car to this place and I must say the customer service was great. Tim was so honest and very kind. He didn't seems as if he was trying get over on us eventho we were out of the state. He was able to get my cousin car very quickly. I greatly appreciate them for great service.
Very professional business!! Took my vehicle on Monday and got it back on that Thursday looking better than it did before the accident. GREAT WORK AND AWESOME SERVICE
I want to start off by saying that you will not find a more reasonably priced shop in town period. Advanced Collision Repair quoted me for over double what Waltmon did. I brought my truck to Waltmon to have a nasty dent repaired right above my taillight from backing into a tree. They had my truck repaired in a very timely fashion and did a wonderful job. Now, I am incredibly OCD about my truck especially when I am paying a significant amount of money to have it worked on. I had a very slight issue about part of the repair that was overlooked, something most people would not have even noticed. I brought my truck back to the shop and voiced my concerns. Ronnie, who is the owner, agreed to fix the issue no questions asked. After I got my truck back after this second repair, I found another very small issue with some paint not being blended properly. Once again, something not many people would notice. I brought the truck back to Ronnie a third time and he gave me a full refund because I was not completely satisfied with their work. I am writing this review as a testament to Ronnie's character. It is very hard to find a mechanic or body shop that is fair priced, trustworthy, and stand behind their work or your money back guaranteed. Waltmon Frame and Body Shop is all three of these things.
If my car needs body work, I always come to Waltmon without any questions. They always do excellent jobs with very reasonable price. They are honest, nice people. I also recommended this place to several of my friends, and they all thanked me for my recommendation after they used their service.
I went to Waltmon for a body paint and repair and, not only did they get the job done in a timely fashion, my car looked like it was never in an accident. I highly recommend Waltmon for any body repair!

We have used Waltmon's Shop for a number of years. Always super friendly, courteous service, excellent work and very fair pricing. We would say there isn't a better body repair shop in Starkville.
They did an amazing job, and way faster that I would have ever expected. My bumper needed to be replaced, and when I called to schedule the repair, they told me I could bring it in right away. I had it back within 48 hours. When I asked to have the bumper color blended in with the rest of the car (since the bumper had fresh paint and the rest of the car had faded since being painted 8+ years ago, there was a color difference), I dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by the end of the day. They even redid the pin striping, and fixed my damaged license plate. I could not have asked for better service!
Great business, friendly people! Brought my car here on a Tuesday (an hour before closing time), my car was out that Friday afternoon. My bumper and fender needed to be replaced from an accident and my car doesn't even look like it was ever wrecked! Definitely recommend this shop for any repairs.
We were visiting from TN, for our granddaughter's baptism. We had a small incident involving low ground clearance, that resulted in some plastic tearing away, underneath our vehicle. Remaining plastic, was dragging the ground and flapping in the wind, making a highway trip home, not possible, in this vehicle condition. Ronnie Waltmon was ever so kind to inspect our vehicle, and secure all the remaining plastic, so we could make our drive home. All, was completed with a smile, and "No Charge, Happy To Do It For You". Good people work here. My local body shop guy inspected vehicle, and said, "that guy did you up right, to get you home... looks very secure" We found Waltmon Frame & Body Shop, using the web... with many good reviews. We are happy to add one more review... excellent experience and service.
Ronnie did a fantastic job taking spray paint off my tailgate. It looks like new! Since then, they have done numerous repairs for my wife and me. They do a tremendous job for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone!
