Shout out to the staff at the Hibbing, MN O'Reilly's! They went way above and beyond to help me tonight and get me back on the road! I would give them 100 stars if I could!
What can I say. It's O'Reilly auto parts. Most the persons working have absolutely no knowledge about vehicles in general. Once in a while you get a experienced sales person. I find it best to look up my own parts online then just give the sales person the line code and part number. Otherwise it can be very frustrating dealing with some kid who doesn't even know how to change oil let alone order head gaskets.

Got what I needed. Was able to look around without being bothered, which is nice. When I needed help for a hard part they got to it and found what I needed.
Went in to get power steering fluid and Was told my jeep doesn’t take power steering fluid. They tried to tell me my car has an electric rod. Went back and Showed the asst. manager (same guy as before) a photo of my revisor and the cap stating “power steering fluid” and the type I need. Still was told “well this is what the computer is telling me” finally got the fluid I needed after telling him the type I needed again.
I can't remember the kids name who helped me one night when I was distraught over my vehicle issues, but he was very kind, helpful and understanding and I appreciate all his help!
Nice helpful staff. They loan tools out with a refundable deposit. If you have an account you can save up to 50% off the street price. If they don’t have the part in stock they can normally get it the next day. They are my favorite parts store in Hibbing. They even have a flux capacitor for your time machine car. Part Number 121G.
Sold me a defroster that had apparently been returned many times before I came in but proceeded to sell it to me anyway. The advice the guy gave me could have started my car on fire. I go to an auto parts store for the fact that I don't know much about vehicles, I expect the staff to be more knowledgeable than me. Glad I only blew out some of my wiring but its gonna be a spendy fix and an inconvenience.
Not too bad. Counter person was busy chatting with friends, so it delayed me for a bit. Lost more faith when he asked if the tie rod end I needed was for the front or back of the car...... still got the right part
Quick friendly service. Some employees are knowledgeable which is always a plus! Still A+++ Still always friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Only parts store we use. Customer service can make all the difference!
Quality store where it's clear people care, not only of their working environment, their knowledge relative to a question, but me, the consumer as well. One of the gentleman that worked with me, bravely and without hesitation went so far as to say he did not know; obvious sign of quality and care as they did not want to point me wrong. Another helpful staff chimed in with accurate, reliable data relative to the Code on my vehicle that led to the problem being quickly resolved simultaneously being incredibly cost effective. With O'Rileys quality and overall dedication to uniformity, they pretty much set the standard for brand and product representation in a time where these features and values are being diminished the most. I would thank them for being a bright light.. but, I really just go there trying to figure out how to turn the light off...
Friendly and helpful in helping me out with the process of getting a diagnostic test done on my truck today and I have no idea what any of the codes would be walking us through the process from testing to the final sales
I go here for my part all the time usually always have what I need and good customer service for the most part. Only thing is sometimes they don't help diagnostics of vehicles
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Lots of stock in house,if they don't have your item in stock they can get it overnite and sometimes if you order early they can have it for you the same day!!
Very displeased with how I was treated today by Devin. He has the temper of an un disciplined 10 year old. If I was his boss he would have been canned. Ill be going to NAPA instead.
Pulled in right as they were closing on the weekend; I felt terrible but I caught the gentleman as he was leaving the store he got me a serpentine belt and help me put it on all after hours. I can't say enough good things about this gentleman, the knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond that would be more than five stars for me. Thank you!
Be careful, called looking for a part, the clerk was giving me prices, was asking which price/quality I wanted ordered, didn't want to be interrupted. He had not asked whether I had the 2wd, AWD, 7 passenger, heavy load, the V8... All of which use a different part than what I needed, and they aren't interchangeable.
