Had them mount and balance 4 brand new tire on brand new rims. One tire kept leaking . Come to find out they wrecked the bead on one of the tires and never told me. If they can make it right and just give me my money back so I can get a new tire and go elsewhere to get it done I'll leave a good review . Until it's make right I would not recommend. Not very honest people.
Picked me up today, got my truck to where I had requested while letting me hitch a ride . Fair price, excellent folks. Truck i rode in was even clean inside. Thanks Again
Had a great experience with this company! They were quick, very helpful, and made a stressful situation way easier. Trent, the driver who towed and dropped off my car, was kind and professional. Really appreciated the great service. Highly recommend!
Funny they only hang on to the positive reviews, you can't see the many unhappy customers and the truly shoddy business practices. They sure like to slant public reviews. Never again. Interesting that they allegedly claim 24/7 service. But when I finally tracked down who nabbed my vehicle last year, it was 5 minutes to their so called closing so I had to wait till morning to get my vehicle out of their impound lot costing me an additional $55 and justblike a review i did get to read before they deny me now to see. They towed my vehicle without any signage and no warning costing me a total of over $250 and yet 5 other vehicles in the same vicinity were totally untouched. Including one that had snow piled as high as the snow banks next to it. And my review that was made less than an hour ago does not appear here either. They have inflated charges and questionable practices. I bet you won't be seeing this review for long either.
Kind folks. They quickly pulled me out of the ditch, on a cold snowy day, on a dark dirt road. Like a knight in shining armor. 🗡️
Another time, this crew gave me a good price on tires & did all the things, to make sure I was safe & understood what they did.
More recently, I stopped because my tire was losing air. They quickly diagnosed the issue, & made my car drivable until the new tire was delivered.
Mechanical & automotive, is not my world. I trust IRT & appreciate their integrity & great customer service.
They sure don't have to be this good.
Damaged the interior and bumper to my car totaling $1200, owner won’t take responsibility and comes up with any excuse of how it couldn’t possibly happen. Save your money and time and choose a different company and do yourself a favor in advance!
They were so kind and considerate. I truly appreciated how they handled my case. I would recommend them highly. Great group of people. Eased all my worries.
