They helped me find a problem with my car. What a helpful bunch of people.

They have the best prices on hydraulic filters most of the time. Staff is hit or miss, they have been pretty good lately. A couple years ago they got pretty rude over a battery warranty, but they ended up honoring it. They have good sales and clearance prices and their online store has a huge selection.

Stopped there with a low tire. Bought a Slime tire inflator here and it made my tire flat. And I had to buy fix a flat and it was a huge headache.

Seems like this NAPA AUTO Parts store does not update their items too often online. I had gone there three times that week looking for specific items, that the App said were on the shelf, but they were all sold out of what I wanted each time. I haven't been back there since. I recommend calling ahead to see if what you want is even there beforehand.

My husband can find almost everything he needs to fix a vehicle if they don't have it they have helped him find it great prices and great customer service

Purchased a battery had two year warranty... never made good and only worked for one season... will not be coming back.. customer service is well below Average for the Iron Range... women Steer clear of this place!!!!
