Caught in a blizzard with really low tire pressure on a Sunday, when most places are closed. Tires plus wouldn’t even put air in my tires. But Lisa answered my call and got me in to help fix my tire. Service was outstanding.
Updated: Had to bring care back because tire was still leaking. They did get me in quickly and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, they still didn’t fix the tire as it continued to leak. I brought into dealership and they also mentioned that the tire was mounted incorrectly so I ended up have to pay again to repair the tire and re-mount the tires correctly

Failed to Fix Right the First Time (FRFT) - No-Start After Tow-In (Invoice #183176)
I had my 2002 Ford F-150 towed in for a starting/no-start issue. The shop replaced a starter relay, but the vehicle would not start again after I picked it up and parked it.
When I reviewed the paperwork, the repair order was not properly documented using the Complaint, Cause, and Correction (3Cs). The complaint notes “believe his starter is out,” but the cause and correction were not completed, which is concerning for a no-start diagnosis.
I also looked up the part that was installed (F491 starter relay, sourced from AutoZone). After entering my VIN on AutoZone’s site, it showed that F491 does not fit my vehicle, and that the correct part should be F492 starter solenoid. On top of that, I was charged a full hour of diagnostic time, yet the issue was not fixed.

I will be adding photos of the invoice and the part fitment findings. As of now, I’m left with the same no-start problem after paying for diagnostics and a repair.
I scheduled an appointment online with Firestone Complete Auto Care and received confirmation. When I arrived at the location, the front desk staff told me I did not have an appointment and that they “don’t work with online appointments.”
The employee was also rude and did not give me a chance to explain or show the screenshots of my booking and online chat. This was frustrating and unprofessional, and it caused an unnecessary inconvenience.
I am requesting clarification on why online scheduling is offered if it is not being honored at the store. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t experience the same situation.

I love this Firestone! I have always had great experiences with Firestone as a company. This location always has friendly employees. Although I haven’t come to get my vehicle serviced here for a little while now (as I have a car under warranty and get free service from dealership), I always recommend Firestone to anyone who is looking. They have taken care of my Corolla, Sonata, and eventually I am certain they’ll care for my Camry. Keep up the great service!
Don’t come here if you need an emergency tire repair. Picked up a nail and needed an emergency patch. I was told they are 2-3 days out and was turned away. Go to Youngstedts down the road.
Nathaniel is the guy at the front desk, and he’s great! Very easy to talk to and helped me set up my appointment. Also the customer service here is nothing but good. They are time efficient and reliable.
Always a great experience when I come here. Good, fast service and a reasonable price. Robert took great care of me this morning, from the lobby coffee he offered to making sure I got out of the store in a reasonable time.
This place is outstanding. The service is top-notch. The receptionist was friendly and detailed in explaining why things cost what they did. I highly recommend this St Louis Park Firestone!

Amazing Experience!! I got a flat tire and ended up needing 4 new tires due to having all wheel drive. They were closing in an hour and a half and they were able to get me in right away and they had my vehicle done within an hour. Absolutely phenomenal service. I am so grateful for this location!!
Following a phone call to confirm my scheduled appointment, the receptionist instructed me to hold. I waited approximately 10 minutes before she returned. I was bringing my own parts, which they are unable to use, which is acceptable. However, after I mentioned that I would like to cancel my appointment, I was abruptly disconnected.
This Firestone location is always consistent and efficient. I know my car is in good hands here. The crew is always friendly and personable. Shout out to Lisa for being extremely great at her job!

Suspected something might be up with one of my tires, I called right away Sunday morning and Dwayne was able to get me right in. While the 3 nails in my tire couldn’t be repaired, the team quickly helped replace my tires. I so appreciated their ability to get me in and out before a road trip. Thanks, team!

Robert, the store manager, was awesome and worked with me and my budget to get the stuff done on my wife's car that I needed to have done. We picked it up in the middle of snow storm, and with all the work done to the car, she said that the car was rock solid and allowed her to feel safe while driving on the ice rink that 694 turned into. I've had work done on my kids car from this location and figured we'd have them work on my wife's car and were not disappointed at all. She's happy, I'm happy and I wanted to take the time to write a good review because we received great service and will be back again. Thank you for the awesome work done, I really appreciate it!
I was very happy with the service and front office staff that checked me in. I did set up an appointment the night before online and dropped the car early morning. Robert was very familiar with how my fleet car company works and got approval and had brake job done before noon. I haven't had quite a smooth service from Firestone in a while so I was impressed with this location. Would recommend.
