The staff is so friendly, they care about the health of your car. They do a full inspection and text you a detailed report while you are waiting with information about your car. I am a repeat customer and will continue getting my complete car care at this location MIDAS. - Thank you and your great staff

Christian the store manager, the guy up front Jacob, and dont forget Tony, the lead tech with the deep voice, they are always so great. I got in and out in a great time. I had my transmission Axel seal replaced and am very happy. This specific location always treats me so well. I trust and respect their work and prices. I have zero complaints. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Stopped in today due to a tire issue. Taylor and Don were very nice and were able to get me in the same day to get the issue resolved. I have used this shop previously for other services and have always had a great experience.

Just started taking my car to Midas for an oil change. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the people were when I had gone there previously to have work done to my brakes worked on. The price is right and they’re so nice and helpful that i will plan to return to their shop now going forward.

I’ve been coming here since 2021 and they’ve been consistently wonderful to work with. Reliable, honest, and trustworthy every single time. They communicate clearly, never try to upsell unnecessary work, and I always feel confident that my car is in good hands. It’s such a relief to have a shop you can truly trust, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I had 2 front tires and breaks replaced on my car, and they were able to do it same day, in about an hour and a half. Mr. Frank was great too! Friendly and professional establishment, definitely recommend, especially if you're in a pinch.

My first time at this Midas after being burned by another auto place down the street. Don, Taylor, and Carter took care of my oil change and inspection. They were very entertaining to hang out with in the lobby while I waited. Didn’t even read my book I brought. Good people. I will be back! Thank you guys!

I recently stopped by the Midas in St. Louis Park off Excelsior and had a wonderful experience. My vehicle was experiencing an exhaust leak, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and offered a drink by David, which immediately made me feel welcome. The technician who worked on my vehicle, Mike, was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very informative. He explained everything thoroughly in a way I could easily understand and walked me through my options so I could choose what best fit my needs. The customer service from the time I walked in until I left was truly 10/10. The communication and kindness at Midas St. Louis Park were second to none, and I genuinely felt valued and appreciated as a customer. My Camry, which has nearly 250,000 miles, is now so quiet and it sounds brand new! The issue was resolved quickly—within about 75 minutes. THANK YOU, MIKE!!! I’ll be switching my regular automotive services to Midas off Excelsior moving forward. See you in a few days for an oil change and tire rotation!

They got me in same day and took a look right away. I fully expected they would tell me I needed new brakes, but it turned out to be a rock stuck in just the right spot! Zero charge for rock removal ;)

I had a great experience at Midas thanks to Jen. She was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism.

After taking my snowblower tire and rim to 5 (!) other local shops (it's a long story), Taylor and Don were cheerful, quick to help, and Taylor diagnosed a key issue that others elsewhere had overlooked. It was resolved quickly and courteously. I'm a long-time customer for car tires, and this was one more example of why I will return again. Thank you!

5/5 staff as far as I can tell, quick service! 0/5 company. Supply fee?? There’s already a supply fee, it’s called “the cost of the item,” which is intended to cover…. the costs of the item. Supplies are a cost. Want to look up the tire selection? Surprise, you can’t! The tires might $84 each today and $98 tomorrow, who knows? Is there a manufacturer coupon or discount on these tires? Who cares! Comparing is bad, just bring a pile of money and don’t worry about the details I guess

We have been taking our car here for years and the staff is absolutely wonderful- cannot recommend enough! They are always honest and helpful and I know I am always in good hands here. Highly recommend!!

Incredible customer service experience! I had an emergency flat tire situation on a Friday before a planned road trip. I called in a panic and Mike helped triage me an appointment same day. Mike went above and beyond taking a thorough look at the entire vehicle, replaced the tire, and explained everything step by step. Everyone was so kind and made a potentially very stressful situation a positive one. I left feeling beyond grateful for their kindness and trusty worthy speedy service. 5 stars are simply not enough. Thank you for all that you do!

oil change and tire rotation were done quickly. waiting area is comfortable and good amount of seats. price was at least $20 lower than the dealer i used to go to. however, my main issue is that tire pressure was not checked. less than 5 minutes after i left, i got a pressure warning light. i stopped at a gas station and my rear driver's side tire was at only 25 PSI. i would suggest making sure a pressure check is done when rotating the tires. (note: i did fill the tire and there has been no issue since, so it wasn't a leak i got after leaving the shop) edit: meant to do 5 stars, but must have only hit 4. fixed now.

I've gone here for everything from oil changes to brakes and replaced CV joints/axles. They communicate well, they're on time, and they do good work. The managers take pride in their business and will warranty something if it's not up to par. Highly recommend.

I was bringing my car in from a different mechanic for a second opinion. The first mechanic had done an oil change, said my tie rod was bad and said I needed a full exhaust inspection because I had an exhaust leak "somewhere". Midas said nothing was wrong with my tie rod, my oil filter was leaking and I had a hole in my flex pipe which they promptly fixed. The hole was apparent; no exhaust inspection necessary. They are honest, straight up guys and I will not bring my car anywhere else.

Had my dashboard light up after work and made a quick stop here about 30 minutes before they closed to do a quick code check. They did a check, showed me what could be wrong, told me it was probably oil related, topped it off and got me home quickly, free of charge. Excellent service!

The staff at the shop were Very professional. I went in expecting to replace 4 brake pads and my rear rotors and calipers. They saved my calipers and only replaced the pads that needed replacement. I found them to be honest, non predatory and very prompt. My car was finished the same day and my brakes are functioning perfectly!!! Thank you Saint Louis Park, MN Midas!

I took my car in after the check engine light turned on a couple days prior. Once the tech drive the car around, the light did not come on for him (of course!). They filled my tires with air and let me off without charge. I appreciate their honesty and service. Good experience.

These guys did a great job on aligning my Bronco. Joe was very nice and it was actually cheaper then I thought! I'll definitely go back it's my new place for car repairs!

Wow! Last trip to this place. We were charged $416.30 for these thieves to install 4 spark plugs. Did not even bother to test drive when done. Car still ran terribly. Turned out it also needed a coil pack. Can't imagine what that would have cost for them to do this. Used to be a good place to go, but NO MORE!!

Friendly honest clear. I walked in thinking I needed a spark plug replacement, they cautioned me to let them take a look first. As a technical person myself, I said all right. You tell me if you think that's the root cause or not. They checked it out over the weekend, open the hood up, check the engine and the spark plugs and set everything was fine. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostics! Will gladly come back again.

I moved last year to Minnesota and didn’t know any auto repair in the area. I browsed on internet and found Midas St Louis Pk. That time I just needed an oil change. When they do, they check other stuff in the car and even sent a report with pictures. A few months later I needed a front brake to be done. Service was fast at reasonable price. Usually I schedule online but sometimes I call the store directly, both phone, online and in person service are pretty good. Once they check your car, they say if you really need to get a job done (don’t try to sell unnecessary service). Waiting room it nice, they offer coffee and drinks for free. I would definitely recommend this Midas location. Now I’m here for a car alignment, I hope everything goes alright like usual.
