Alahna was incredibly helpful, anticipatory, and kind! She had a replacement battery for my 2012 Honda Fit pulled and on the table before I even told her what I was looking for! She wither saw the old battery I brought in with me, or is psychic!

I called this location after my son recommended them and asked if I could make and appointment to purchase & install a battery. He was very helpful and gave me a price and told me the manufacturer recommended an upgraded battery. I told him that was fine and asked when I could come hoping for either the following day or after work tonight. He asked does the year and make of my vehicle then said it wouldn’t be a problem they had it in stock and while it has been busy with the cold that not much was going on so I could come right in . I thanked him and said I could get there in 15-20 minutes. I arrived within 15 minutes (5:45 pm) and was at the counter to purchase the battery. The guy who had helped me was outside putting a battery in so another guy walked up and asked what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for a battery and had called a little while ago and he said “you know you don’t get something for nothing” those batteries are a pain to get out and my labor isn’t free. I will sell you the battery but you need to take it somewhere else to have it installed”. He said it so rudely that I actually thought he was joking- but when I turned to look at him could tell he was serious. I told him that I had called first and certainly didn’t expect the rudeness as i wasn’t looking for something for nothing and left. Disappointing. I am only giving 2 stars because the first guy was so helpful.

I went to advanced auto parts today to get a new battery for my 09 Chevy equinox and they told me they couldn’t install it because it would take 45 minutes. They told me to try batteries plus. I called them no answer so I decided to drive there. When I arrived I was greeted by Steve. He was in such a great mood. Obviously I was having car trouble so I was not. I told him what happened and he not only helped me save money by telling me about a discount if I purchased the battery onlinehe had my old battery out and new battery in within 20 minutes! I never leave reviews! EVER! But Steve deserves this shoutout. With how crazy and cruel the world is lately he was pure joy and help! Thank you Steve! You deserve a raise!

We always have a great experience at this shop. We were on and out with a new battery installed in 20 minutes. The employees are knowledgeable and cheerful—even when they are out in the freezing weather.

I have been to this store more times than I care to admit for a dead car battery, and the two most recent times the representative Alahna took amazing care to explain my options and help ensure that I was taken care of! Today I was even able to receive a loner car battery so I can drive to work while they try to charge my other one! I am so grateful to this store and recommend it to anyone suffering from car issues, chronic or otherwise

Steven was extremely helpful. I looked up the place ahead of time on a recommendation and was right to go here after my car battery died. He walked me through the process and was done swapping out the battery within 10 minutes. Will be back here again.

I called ahead, so kind and patient, told me if I purchased online I get a discount. Got the discount making it cheaper than Costco since they install! Unsure how to rate this place higher. Might just stop by to enjoy nice customer service 🤣😅

This shop is awesome. I came here believing i for sure needed a new car battery. Alahna the rep took amazing care of me, tested the current battery and informed me that its not totally toast and might have some life left in it, could be worth keeping. Man i love honest customer service! I went ahead and had them replace the battery anyways, given the nature of my job as a real estate advisor is lots of driving and lots of time sensitive client needs, and i didn’t feel that strongly about getting extra use out of the old one. And she did that for me including cleaning up the cables and clamps and did it all in like 15 min. Which was so appreciated on a busy day for me. I just happened to be in the area and had never been here before. But this was a memorably positive experience and I’ll for sure come here again when i need battery items! Well done Batteries Plus. Amazing service.
