I have had multiple repairs done at this garage. They do a great job communicating during the process of diagnosing any issues and suggesting viable solutions, as well as providing a loaner car for longer repairs. They did a great job replacing the clutch, repairing the master cylinder, changing oil, performing a carbon cleaning, and replacing the upper and lower timing chains in my vehicle. It’s hard to find garage that you can trust nowadays, and I couldn’t be happier with the repairs, service, and preventative maintenance they performed on my vehicle. Highly recommended if you drive a German Car.

This was my first time going to Ratified after having issues with my previous goto mechanic. Great customer service! They listened to and addressed all my concerns with my vehicle. Even gave me a loaner car while they worked on mine. Tough to find honest, quality, reasonably priced mechanics. If you have a German auto, I highly recommend these guys! I will be bring both my audis to them going forward!

My 2016 passat had a coolant leak. The people at Ratified were super helpful and able to identify the cause of the leak within an hour. They fixed the problem in two days and I got my car back right before the New Year’s eve. Also, great communication and friendly people! Will definitely go back if my car runs into any issues in the future.

So thankful for Ratified and the team they have there! My VW Passat TDI was in an out of the VW dealership for 4 months getting worked on until it sat there for 6 months because they had zero idea how to fix the “no key in range” staring problem I had. I called around to other shops and told them what’s going on and they refused to take a look at it, after everything that’s already been “tried”. The car seemed hopeless, so I was thinking of selling the car as is for dirt cheap. I wasn't ready to accept the fact the car was junk. I called Ratified and they said bring it in and they’ll give it a shot. They had my car fixed and back to me within a week! Cars been starting great since! They had great communication, got it done in a very reasonable time, and was very affordable. I 100% recommend Ratified, they have the knowledge and experience and it really shows!

I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are extremely knowledgeable on Audis/ German vehicles. I reached out with a heat issue in my 2012 Audi Q5. I had taken it to a few other shops and they either turned me away, couldn’t figure out the issue, or wanted to charge upward to $5k to replace a water pump that I already had replaced. Kendal had me come in for a free diagnostic and they quickly were able to figure out a solution that was going to be significantly less and did not try to upsell me on anything. They were not only able to get my heat working quickly but were also super honest about everything along the way and extremely kind and generous. They went above and beyond to help me out in a time of need and I will definitely be back for my future car needs. THANK YOU! 🙏

Have had my diesel x5 looked at my a few guys/shops around. No one had been able to figure out the issues, it was just a run out and send me out the door with a bill and a broken car. Had brought it into ratified and had found an issue and car seemed fine. Got my car back and it started acting up again. Had let them know and was told to bring it back to check it out. The owner rat personally worked on my car and spent many hours digging into everything he could. He found the issue and fixed it. He took time out of his personal time to work on it and i couldn’t be happier! Have had my car working great and driving great for a few months now! Ratified Motorsport in Chaska is outstanding! I was able to get some routine maintenance work on my VW TDI and the mechanics and Sam were phenomenal. Sam was extremely helpful and his communication was greatly appreciated. We will continue to do business with Ratified Motorsport.

The folks at Ratified are fantastic. The employees are all knowledgeable and friendly, absolute car enthusiasts. They're honest and won't try to sell you on anything you don't want or need. I stopped in several times for advice before even making a purchase, and they never turned me away. They will put new OEM brakes on your golf, or build your GTR into a 1000hp monster. My B8.5 S4 had been having misfiring in bank 2, the driver side of the engine. This misfiring was for slot 4, 5 and 6. It also pulled a code for camshaft/crankshaft sensor failure so yea, my car had a plethora list of issues. I essentially DIY new spark plugs, new coils, new camshaft and crankshaft sensor, changed oil, etc. All in all, this did not fix the misfiring, although it did help the car to misfire less volatile. I initially reached out to JWP because I knew someone there, but the owner recommended me to Ratified Motorsport since they specialized in Audi. Now, I've never took my S4 anywhere except Audi dealership, but something was telling me Audi dealer wasn't the answer. When I called and spoke with Kendall, I explained what my OBD Eleven codes were and about the DIY work I've already completed. He started to suggest what I might try next since it might be the main culprit, which was the timing chain tensioners. He kindof walked me through what I might need to do to complete the job but I told him I wasn't going to open up my engine on my own. It took me a few days to actually bring it in due to contemplation of performing the work myself vs selling an arm, but at the end of it all, I decided to entrust Ratified Motorsport with my car. I had it towed from my home to their shop and they had the car ready for pick up just a week later. A week is a long time, but I won't fault them because I even asked for them to take their time. Upon pick up, I was able to ask for some photos of what they saw and what was replaced. As Kendall had suspected from the start, it was the timing chain tensioners, and I was able to see a new one compared to what mines had looked like. This fix also took care of my rattling problem when I started the car up on cold days, and even randomly on regular days. Audi had told me it's normal for the rattle, but I've always suspected it was something else, not a knock, but a rattle that came from behind my engine and sure enough, it was part of the timing chain tensioner issue. Overall, the team has been very professional in contacting me and keeping me in the loop. Also, they were friendly and provided honest feedback to my questions. I'm glad I took the chance and went with Ratified Motorsport for repairs on my B8.5 S4. I know where I'm going for future mods or repairs.

I’m traditionally a guy that does his own maintenance and repairs on his vehicles. However, after buying an older Audi I’ve ran into a few things that are better left to people that TRULY know these cars. I couldn’t be happier with the transparency and quality of work that the Ratified team delivered. For anything German vehicle related, I will rely on them and them alone.

10/10, let’s start there first and foremost. I was previously tuned by “nameless” remotely, and the car felt good. Finally put it on the rollers locally to see where it measured up, and of course for the dyno sheet (dynojet). I am an avid DIY guy, will turn all the wrenches and pour my blood, sweat, and tears into my automotive hobby but tuning is not in the cards for me. Brian, the tuning expert at Ratified; strapped the car down and did some pulls. He relayed some not-so-bad but, weird data about how the cars boost was being (failing to be) controlled and shared his findings with supporting evidence. The car is healthy but boost was building up to~26psi and suddenly falling off to ~19psi in the peak rpm range, and attempting to build back up before redline. Right then and there I asked him about his potential interest and availability to get me sorted out with Ratified tuning services. While they specialize in the Audi game, don’t let that fool you - they do it all. I was sorted within the week. The linear power delivery of hp/trq is now at a safe and excitingly level of performance. I couldn’t be happier. Driving the car for the first time and every time since has been a thrill. Expectations were exceeded. Get your moneys worth in your hobby. Do it right the first time. Get tuned or have any work you need/want done here at Ratified knowing it couldn’t be done better else where. Thanks again!

Brought my 2013 Audi Allroad into Ratified for some simple dash lights to be turned off after I replaced my clockspring. From the first phone call I was impressed with this shop. Once I got there to drop the car off they were very professional! They could tell I knew cars and talked to me in great detail about the steps they were going to take with the car. I loved the quotes and approval via text they offer. Very nice to see it in writing before any work is preformed with a price as well so you’re not sticker shocked when it comes time to pay. Will most definitely be going back to them and would recommend them to any one with a euro car!

Sam at ratified Motorsports is incredible! Sam is the GM of the Chaska location and is exceptional at what he does. He provides fair pricing and honest and ethical work. He goes above and beyond to help with any foreign car needs or wants. I am so impressed with him and the quality work his mechanics perform. They are very knowledgeable regarding my Porsche Cayenne Diesel needs. (I had leaks and was unsure where they were coming from) His team located the problems within a few hours and were amazing. I will be a loyal customer for life! St. Louis Park is their other location (which is actually closer to my house), but since I found Sam at the Chaska location first, and he has been so epic, I’ll never switch, he’s that awesome to work with! Our family brings all our BMWs for services and modifications to Ratified! The communication and quality of work is outstanding! The repairs are done correctly. All my questions are answered. As a woman who knows quite a bit about cars I feel some shops can TRY to take advantage or talk down to me. This never happens here!!!!! My most recent modification was lowering my X5. Great guys out here at ratified I had a great experience with them they tuned my 2018 golf r and it feels great brought my car in and was done within a couple hours so was a quick turnaround time. Definitely coming back for more work and tunes definitely going to refer to family and friends highly recommended!

Heard about ratified through other fellow B5 S4 owners and their quality work so I brought my car down from Chicago up there for a pretty big upgrade They helped me out with a new engine block, built motor, turbos, fuel pump and injectors, clutch, flywheel, charge pipes, intercoolers and a custom built exhaust There were many hurdles and last second changes and they handled everything thing with ease. There was a small issue when I got the car back and ratified sent me to shop closer to home to get the car fixed. There was no pointing fingers at who’s fault was who’s, it was very easy and professional to get it resolved, they even paid for the labor and parts from the other shop
