Great experience. Nick, in the Burnsville office was professional, polite, and efficient. After carefully inspecting my car, he made a very fair offer, took care of all the paper work and give us a check for the car before we left. The whole process took less than an hour.

Good experience- price that was quoted using online evaluation is not necessarily the price you will actually get . Nick was thorough in his evaluation of the car and went through the areas that were sub par . Areas that were responsible for the devaluation were valid . Whole process didn’t take more than an hour! Recommend based on this one experience!

This experience was fine. Josh is probably too nice for this job. He kept helping other folks out while I was waiting for our scheduled session to complete. The company gave me FAR less than what was quoted online, despite Josh’s help to get that number up. Additionally, the office is pretty gross. The coffee machine is rancid, and the building looks like a front for something else.
I highly recommend this place if you want to sell your vehicle and don’t want to deal with the hassle of listing it yourself. I worked with Joshua Henderson and he was friendly, straightforward and honest. I was in and out in about an hour and I’m very happy with the outcome. Great experience😁
