I've been going to Crosstown Auto for a couple years now. I had found them just before leaving the zip code and will keep going back because I know I can rely on them to be honest and clear about what needs to be worked on and what doeesn't. They know me and my vehicle whenever I call or stop in.I know I could bring it right back if there were any issue and they would take care of it without hassle, which hasn't happened yet.Cody and Matthew are both knowledgeable, patient and easy to talk with. They'll walk me through issues, risks, and understand my concerns. Without hesitation, strongly recommend.
Crosstown Auto Repair has provided excellent service since I was introduced to them when I moved into town. To feel assured that your taken care of with honest workmanship is so important.
I appreciate this place. I have been able to get in right away. They helped me with my brakes & changed my tires for me. They even held onto one of my old ones while waiting for a new wheel (rim [I didn't realize the term change prior lol]) so I can now have a spare tire for my vehicle. They are also very reasonably-priced.
This review is long overdue. I have not utilized their services in quite awhile but my friends have due to my referrals.<br><br>Cody and Matthew are amazing! Always helpful and upfront. Neither ever tried to upsell me on services but instead laid out my options. If I ever decide to stop leasing and go back to used cars, these guys and their team will always be my first choice.
They had a great New Year Oil Change Promo, for under $14, before taxes, etc!<br>And the staff at Crosstown Auto is superb and honest about inspections too.<br>It's one of the places I've taken my cars for years!
Matt & Cody at the front desks are wonderful, always very helpful & informative. Techs have always done an amazing job. Prices incredibly reasonable.<br><br>Restrooms, lobby, and parking lot are always tidy. Complimentary coffee & bottled water if you're waiting instead of dropping off. These are all reasons why this place has my repeat business.
Crosstown auto repair was very quick and helpful when it they worked on my car. I had them check my breaks, new wiper blades, clean the battery terminal and an oil change. They were able to complete all of this within an hour and informed me on what I should look out for and suprised me with final pricing.
I’ve been really impressed with the service here every time I’ve come in. The prices are reasonable, the work is thorough, and the staff actually care about doing a good job. Everyone I’ve interacted with has a great personality (a rare find in retail these days!) and they take the time to explain things in a clear, practical way.<br>What I appreciate most is that they don’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services. They keep it real, give straightforward advice, and make the whole experience simple, and stress-free. I’ll definitely keep coming back and will recommend them to everyone.

Thought this place was a great company but honestly it’s just a rip off. I spent 1,500 dollars on getting my fuel pumps replaced only to have to bring my car in for the same problem months later. I called and they offered a warranty number to contact…. Just over them and this isn’t the first time I had to bring my car back for them to fix on something they allegedly already fixed
I requested a specific service to be done for an additional fee, and after a check I was told it didn't need to be done. They saved me some $$. Their honesty and professionalism is a 10/10., and rare in the automotive service industry. I definitely recommend them!
Awesome Team<br>The service here was great. But what's set up the most was the amazing staff. I have never been to a place where you guys have been so nice and positive and communicative. It was great! At first. Got my breaks and rotors done. Paid my bill, got my receipt letting me know I have an active valve cover leak. $1100 for what was done. Not one person checked my oil… I just spent over that amount…oil was completely empty. One week. Seriously…

Crosstown auto has one of the best lobbies I've ever gone to the workers are always friendly and are willing to answer all the questions you might have regarding your visit or even other issues you might have involving your vehicle that you didn't have done. On a recent trip out from Maryland to visit my 91 year old father, his car needed to be serviced and the exhaust system repaired. Dad has been a customer for over 10 years. I had a very short window to accomplish the tasks. Cody and the rest of the staff were very kind and professional to me. My hearfelt gratitude to Cody and the rest of the staff.
When my vehicle started shaking on the highway, and the dealership I purchased it from could not service it for a week, I felt a bit of panic. Crosstown Auto was on my way to a work assignment, so I stopped in to see if they could help. Long story short, they got it in, worked with our schedules, and in the end I had a fixed front differential! The customer service, communication, knowledge, and honesty provided by Matthew and Cody were exceptional, and left me compelled to continue bringing my FJ Cruiser here. Thank you, Crosstown Auto!
Work was done. After spending over $5,000 within a year was treated the worst. Rushed on the last service a total of over $1900. Upon my arrival of picking up my vehicle I saw my vehicle had been ransacked, smoked in (& I don't smoke), visors broke, emblem missing off of the front of vehicle,items missing,shop grease in carpet, & also was eaten in. After contacting owner he stated basically they aren't responsible for items missing from your car or damage. He said his mechanics didn't smoke or eat in it, so it was them, or the residents or wanderers from the rundown living area behind the business. After this experience, if my vehicle broke down today, right in front of this business, I'd take it elsewhere. If you care about your vehicle, don't take it there, because THEY DON'T!!!
Great service, trustworthy, professional, friendly.<br>As a woman with little knowledge of the mechanics of a car, I worry about being talked into unnecessary services when walking into an Auto shop. All of the interactions I've had with the front desk/mechanics have been really great. They explain everything thoroughly to make sure I understand and discuss the options and how soon they need to be addressed. I recently had to bring in my car unexpectedly and Cody was very helpful and caring when I didn't know what to do. They were able to take a look at my car that day and communicated what they found. They create a safe, comforting, clean space if you choose to wait out your service. Very fair prices and provide ample service hours throughout the week and on Saturdays. Will happily recommend to others.
