I was in an accident just over a week ago. In partnership with my insurance adjuster, Caliber was able to get my car in for repairs the same day and it was returned to me about 5 days sooner than estimated. The work done was high quality and the customer service was exactly what you would want in these types of situations. No one ever plans for a car accident, but everyone at Caliber was so kind and made the whole process very smooth. Highly recommend!

No matter where you go there cost of parts will always be pricey and increasing but Caliber Collision offers great service. My car was ready two days ahead of time with a complimentary vacuum and car wash. They were all very informative and answered any questions I had.

I was rear ended on July 4th 2025. Very minor collision, however, my rear bumper was left bearly hanging on and my seatbelt and airbag indicator lights were permanently on after the impact. After a lengthy period of deliberation with my insurance company, they determined the other party at fault and I chose Caliber to facilitate the repairs. They were upfront with their timeline on reapirs and were transparent with me about their process. I was satisfied with their responsiveness to questions and ability to coordinate with the local Enterprise rental branch so i didnt have any interruption to be able to drive. The repairs to my bumper are great, it now looks better than the rest of my car! They even offer a warranty on the parts they replace. Very pleased with my experience and would recommend for any auto body damage.

During the estimate he was professional and honest about what could be done with the damaged area of my car. This resulted in a significant savings and the car looks great. I received great service at Caliber Collision. There was good communication with the staff there especially Jeremy, who gave me updates of everything that was being done to my car. He would call and email me to let me know the progress. I even got my car three days earlier than anticipated. I also appreciated that they cleaned the inside and outside of my car after the job was finished! I would highly recommend to my friends and family!

The bad news is, between me and my daughter, I've been here more times than I cared to. The good news is, every time they've been great. Regular updates on progress, quick turnarounds on repairs. They always take the time to walk you through and explain everything they did. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience with this shop. They originally promised to repair my car in one month, but it ended up taking over three months with no clear explanation. Every time I asked for an update, they kept pushing the deadline further. When I finally picked up my car, the work was poorly done—parts were improperly assembled, and the dashboard warning lights were on. Their negligence caused me unnecessary expenses, as I had to find alternative transportation and even buy another vehicle due to the uncertainty. This shop is completely unprofessional and unreliable. If you’re looking for a repair shop that keeps its promises and does quality work, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Don’t do bussines with them They said I should write to them to find a solution, but just so you know, they never responded. They only comment to make you think they care about your case, but they don’t. They only care about your insurance money. For your mental health and your car’s well-being, don’t take it to these thieves.

Providing the bare minimum score for a bare minimum experience. - 4 week estimate was delivered 5 weeks late - Had to call twice to get updates on past-due timelines - Broken glass found in trunk despite no broken windows when presented - Vehicle had to be sent back for rework due to poor reassembly - Craftmanship is not OEM-level - Got a flat tire immediately after pickup due to an embedded screw from the body shop - GM did not return phone call after leaving a message with someone else - Mistakes from previous repair work (from the same location) not addressed There are a lot of body shops to choose from, so I'm forced to recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Took my wife’s car in for repairs due to damage just before Christmas. They got the vehicle in quickly and was done within a week and a half. I am pleased with the work and the staff kept us up to date on the status along the way which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend others to this shop and location.

The Caliber Collision team was amazing! I truly appreciated the team and the updates I would get on my car repairs from Cece. She brought up any concerns or changes to me immediately and made sure I was aware of how the process would go. The team got working on my car immediately and it was even done before the estimated time, they even went as far as giving it a bit of a clean before I picked it up!

Johnny (service advisor) did a good job with trying to help with getting my car fixed to how it was originally. The final product of my car was not how I wanted it at all but I was sick of waiting for my car to get done right. But all in all it was a terrible experience at Caliber. I was called to come get my car one evening so I woke up early before my 10 hour shift the next day to get there before I had to get into work. I drove 35 minutes to come get my car from caliber for them to tell me I needed to pay them $2000 to get my car, when all of this was going through insurance. They told me that I would have to call insurance first for me to get my car. So I left not getting my car plus filled up the rental to where they gave it to me. I wasted my precious sleep time, money on gas to get there and then more money back home, and then more money to come back again to get my car again. To top it all off I was late for work because they couldn’t give me my car due to the fact I had to call my insurance so they could help me get my car. Next day I go to pick up my car and my car isn’t done right and had to go back into the mechanics many times. I made so many useless trips to Burnsville when I live 35 minutes away. My car also had unique small dents in it that caliber claims they didn’t do but I’ll never know how it was originally. I feel like it could have happened in one of the many times they took my car back to fix it right. I’ll never bring my car back here again. Go elsewhere for your repairs, you will save yourself a lot of time.

Our experience working with Caliber was outstanding. They communicated clearly, had the repairs completed before the promise date, detail cleaned the vehicle inside and out, including the windows and delivered it to our home so it would be there when we returned from vacation. We are very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

Fast, solid and simple. They got the work done and were able to match my unique paint color. Additionally, clear and consistent communication from start to finish. Highly recommend. Hands down.

The team in Bloomington did a great job on the repair, and the team in Apple Valley, "shout out to Eric", did the follow up care, which really showed how much I can rely on them for any future needs. In my opinion, you should really consider going elsewhere for your autobody repairs. It appears that this shop is working for the insurance companies, and do NOT have your best interest in mind. My repairs were less than the value of the car, but they still totaled my car and then Caliber fed information to Allstate that reduced my payout because I had a 'stain' on my back seat (not true) and 'pealing paint' on my hood (also not true) - judge for yourself in the pictures below. So for my car that had a value of closer to $14k I am receiving a check for $11,548. You have other options for repair and I would recommend going elsewhere.
